My experience was fantastic. Ben Steever was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. When I first spoke to him about the work I would need done, he made it over to my house to assess it that same day. He got up on the roof and took videos for me so that I could see the damage myself, and explained the work it would take to fix the problem in a way that I could understand, even though I don't have much experience with roofing or major home repairs. He was able to get me an estimate quickly, and scheduled my work within a week. He and his team did a great job, and when there was more damage then he had initially anticipated, he again explained everything and they were able to do all of the additional repairs that same day. I had a terrific experience with ProRoofing Alabama. Over the years I have owned several homes and gone through the roof replacement three times. I paid cash once and had insurance claims for the other two. This was easily the best and smoothest.

ProRoofing and my roofing professionals Jake N and Ben S made the process easy. They assisted in the claims process, the design and shingle selection process and made sure that the crew showed up on time and did high quality work, which the very professional foreman Josh H supervised.

We have small children and decided to schedule the installation during a time that we would be out of town to minimize the intrusion. When we returned the roof looked great and there wasn’t a sign of the significant project that had happened days before.

A couple days after the install we noticed a couple of minor issues (a drain pipe was not fully reconnected and a heavy paver was loosened). We told Jake and Josh within 24 hours they had someone out to fix the issues.

Ben Steever, ProRoofing Consultant, performed a free roof inspection while canvassing the neighborhood. He videoed and took extensive photos and then returned later that day to go over the inspection details with my husband. He thoroughly walked us through the process with our insurance company to ensure we were qualified for a new roof. Even with hiccups along the way, he still advocated for us. He willingly showed up with our insurance adjuster, encouraging them to also get on our roof- most will not. We qualified and they quickly scheduled for their team to replace our roof.

Josh Henderson, ProRoofing production manager, and his team were courteous and professional. We were at home the day of construction with four kids and a dog. Naturally, we had to let the dog out and leave for a few things. They stopped to ensure no one was hurt exiting the house and made sure the gates were closed so our dog wouldn’t leave the yard. Our yard was cleaner when they finished than it was before they started! Josh even returned back to our house the next day to inspect his team’s clean up.

Honest, friendly, and timely service!

Pro-roofing came to my home and offered to complete an inspection of my roof free of charge! When we purchased our home 2 years ago, we requested that repairs be made to the flashing and Pro roofing gladly offered to check and confirm the quality of these repairs. Charlie took video/photos of the entire inspection and reviewed the footage with me in detail. He was honest in his recommendation that our roof was in great condition and we did not need to file a claim at this time. Knowing that Pro-Roofing values integrity and the relationship with their customers is what will ensure that we use Pro-Roofing when our roof is truly in need of repair!

I had an excellent experience with ProRoofing when they inspected my home’s roof for free. They showed up on time and were through with their inspection.

After the inspection was completed, Ben took pictures and FaceTime me areas of my roof that had some wear and tear. I appreciate the honesty that Ben gave me about not needing to file a claim for my room at this time. Instead, he gave me some advice on which materials that I could buy from Home Depot to fix these small issues on my roof if I wanted too.

Also during the inspection, Ben alerted me to an area on my roof where it looked like squirrels had gotten into my attic.
