I needed a new roof from hail damage. Mike and Trevin were in my neighborhood offering free inspections. Normally I ignore that kind of offer but they presented themselves so well that I agreed. They inspected it, provided pics to help me understand what they saw, offered to work with my insurance carrier if needed ( and it was.) Overall- could not have asked for a better experience. Their crew did a great job, completely cleaned up when finished, went above and beyond in every aspect. Absolutely highly recommend Promise Restoration.

Trevin and Mike went above and beyond to insist us in getting a new roof! They are knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of the roof/insurance process. On their initial visit to our home they actually got on the roof and provided photos of our damage immediately AND…they spotted severe damage on our neighbors roof, who happened to be out of town. With no thought of cost or time, Promise Roofing immediately covered neighbors damage with tarps to prevent further damage.
Trevin worked tirelessly with our insurance company, the adjuster, and pressed forward like no one had ever done for us. Our new roof and gutters are beautiful, the quality is excellent! We could not be more pleased!

Mike and his team, exhibit an overwhelming amount of honesty, trustworthiness, and fairness. Being in the HOA Management business for over a decade, I have ran into a lot of vendors who talk a big game but do not have the skills required to execute the job properly - You will not have that issue here. During the bidding process, Mike provided an endless amount of detail, including photos and specific guidelines to the work that would be completed. My boards where beyond impressed. Trevin knocked on our door while I was working from home, so I told him to be quick, and he got right to the point.

The neighbors had damage and I had seen Promise working in the area for quite some time. He got my number, and sent over a professional report right after his thorough inspection of our roof.

Insurance did not want to pay very much but he provided a report to Insurance that got us much more.

They did a great job on the roof and a fantastic job cleaning.

They did a beautiful, professional job of remodeling the kitchen, and painting the downstairs bathroom, family room, and kitchen. The kitchen also had new lighting, countertops, and flooring. It's exquisite!

Promise Construction installed for us a new roof, rain gutters, chimney cap, 3 skylights, Fireplace flashing, cantilevered carport awning roof, cedar fence, interior ceiling painting and exterior post accent Lights. They met with our insurance adjuster and made it really easy. My husband is a home inspector and extremely picky and their work was TOP QUALITY! The fence contractors were singing in 104 degrees, Ricky their painter is an artist. Trevin has a certain high standard to his work and if it’s not to his standards he won’t do it. All work was top notch. Call Promise Construction; Trevin and Mike are honest and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Trevin and Mike you guys rock!

I have never felt it necessary to write a review, however with the exceptional service and job that was done i feel that it is well deserved. Promise Construction stayed in contact every step of the way with clear and concise information and suggestions. The crew that came out started and finished installing the roof the same day, and left everything clean and as they found it. The whole process was quick and easy, the job was done expertly, and the completed project looks great.

The work and promise had wonderfully delivered and we couldn’t be more pleased. I enjoyed working with Trevin (one of the owners) and his team. They are very professional, extremely responsive, incredibly patient and going out of their way to make things happened for their clients. 5 stars rating is not enough, I wish I could give more. Trevin and his crew did a wonderful job on our project which included a beautiful new roof, awesome gutters, along with interior repairs (on a difficult to reach area) where the roof had leaked. They left our property much cleaner than it was when they arrived. Everyone was very courteous and professional! I’d give them a 10 if this rating system went that high!
