So happy I did my research on Promar when my insurance company was unable to take care of my roof damage with a different company. From the 1st meeting with Vince to the communication with the actual crew foreman, to the roof being replaced. PURE PERFECTION!!! Vince is a true professional, who explained everything very astutely, and answered any questions I had. Was pleasantly surprised when Promar was able to replace my roof a couple of weeks early. The crew was a well-oiled machine that got started early, took excellent care of the work area, took off old roof, and replaced with beautiful GAF tiles, and cleaned all garbage up efficiently, and left front and backyard exactly the same as before they came..........and finished all in one day!
