We needed a new cedar shake roof and wood windows for our home, so we called Promar. Their team was professional, friendly, and the quality of their work was exceptional. We're delighted with the outcome and would gladly recommend them.

So happy with our new shingle roof. This is the second time we have used Promar and I cannot fault them. They are very professional from start to finish.

We just used Promar Exteriors and roofing company for windows installation (June 2021). They installed 14 custom windows for us. Just did our roof 3-17-20 though a sub contractor. Roof came out fine but they destroyed our gutters all the way around the house. Called and called text the sales man no one contacted us back to fix the problem. So I wouldn't hold them to any warranty if they let contractors tear things up and they dont fix it. Workers were extremely professional. They took measures to make sure there was no collateral damage to the house and the area around them. The finished job looks wonderful. Afterwards, they cleaned up. I would highly recommend them. Very pleased.

Promar Exteriors was very respectful of my husband and I and our personal items. They cleaned up after themselves, responded promptly to emails and calls, and when one of the windows was not frosted as expected, they reordered and replaced the glass at our convenience. The knee high wall they had to build for one of the windows turned out beautiful even without having finished it with mud and paint. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the clean up outside could have been better if they would have brought some lighting to assist. It got dark quickly and we did have to clean up more the next day in the day light.
