Victor and his team have been amazing. He walked me through the insurance claim process and got our insurance to cover our roof replacement due to the wind damage that caused damage to our roof.
He stays in constant communication with my wife and I, they put up all the safety netting and tarp to make sure everything stays clean,
Then they clean up every day at end of day. This has been an amazing experience.

Don’t look at the recent one star review as it was a neighbor complaining about music while they were working on my roof. As far as I have heard music wasn’t blasting one time and whether it is a weekend day or not they make sure
They are starting at 8 am and there is no noise ordinance during that time in our county.

In November 2024 my roof shingles blew off. I call Victor out to check on my roof and he came out and inspected it and it was damaged by the wind storm so I call my insurance and reported it and from there Victor and my insurance adjuster were in touch and agreed on the dollars amount. I am very happy with the new roof that Victor and his crew installed for me. Victor and his crews are friendly and professional and I highly recommend anyone want roofing services.

I was very satifies with the work performed by Proline Roofing. The workers were polite and cleaned up noy only after themselvesd but may ot the projects I haf dnot finished. I called for an estimate and Victor came out the next day! Very honest, kind, and professional. Really good communication and customer service from the beginning and fixed the problem quickly. I already recommended him to a few people I know. Highly recommend!

Viktor came out and did the estimate right away when I called Proline about my mom's leaking roof on 12/1, said first he could make it out would be 12/17 so I agreed. Morning of the 17th he called and said it was "raining" and didn't want to do the repair in the rain, indicated the first he could get out would now be the 24th, called another company and they showed up on the 17th and are currently repairing the roof.

I had a leak around one of my events they came out fixed the leak in a timely manner and did a very good job. You need a roof repair they are a good company to contact. If you're wondering about the four stars rather than five I don't really give five stars to anybody.

Victor’s customer service is excellent, he was always very patient with me and attentive the entire time I worked with him. Always making sure my questions were answered and that I understood each part of the process. From the use of the materials to the roof-installation itself. Apart from demonstrating professionalism, he showed a genuine care for the quality of his work and meeting the satisfaction of his customers needs. Even as far as to guide me with putting in a claim. He got the job done fast and efficiently within a few days, I could not recommend him enough.

Garage roof needed to be replaced as had been 40 years since it was installed! I called Victor, and he came the next day and gave us an estimate…very reasonable, as it was a 2nd story roof with 6 skylights! Within a week he and his crew were onsite and almost completed in one day….a few small details the next day and voila! A new roof on the garage! Very professional and very hardworking!
