I wanted to take a moment to share our great experience with Polam Improvement, who recently completed a project on our house. We had them tear down and replace the stucco siding, which had suffered water damage, and I must say they did an outstanding job. One of the standout aspects of their service was their transparent and fair pricing. Unlike other companies that offered superficial patch jobs for a similar price, Polam Improvement provided us with a competitive quote to properly replace the stucco.

During the project, the team discovered water damage from a roof leak that required replacing some of the studs and plywood, as well as some decorative stone. They were upfront about the additional work required and provided us with a very reasonable estimate for the extra cost. Considering the extent of the damage, we were pleasantly surprised by how fair the additional charges were. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire process.

We wouldn't hesitate to use Polam Improvement again for any future projects, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

I should have taken before and after pictures, especially of our chimney. Tomas and his crew did a beautiful job repairing stucco around our house. He was very communicative when it was raining letting me know they would wait until the next day. They cleaned and tidied everything, and I would definitely recommend hiring them again.

After the stucco on the side of our building was damaged, we reached out to three companies for repair. Two of the companies never got back to us, and the last company provided an estimate that was unreasonably high. I reached out to Tomas who was quick to respond, stop by to take a look, and ended up providing exceptional work at a fair price. About to give him a call again for another repair!

Tomas did a great job communicating and scheduling the job greatful for his amazing work. Unfortunately we had to wait for the weather to change but he let me know amd made it happen as soon as the sun came out.

Worked with the contractor since October to do my stucco project. Recommended waiting till spring for sunny weather. Connected a month ago in mid Feb to start scheduling. Assured me to start work in 2 weeks. Trying to connect since end of Feb and Tomas does not answer to emails, messages or calls. Poor professionalism. If he wasn't going to work on my project for whatever reason at his end, should have communicated. Now, my house listing is delayed.

PS- read the response. My work is done and I am happy I didn't work with your sloppy communications, and I have moved on. You are leaving loose ends. When did you send any contract? You said I would need to and i need to pay deposit and i had no issues with that. You just absconded from 2/19 to 3/11 and didn't respond to some 6-8 calls and 5-6 messages. You should have responded to 1 message with your reasoning. So, next time, be more professional and you will get your good reviews. Own up whatever mistakes you did and didn't show up.

Tomas and team did an excellent job from bidding to completion. This was a challenging stucco repair that included water damage and rot. Entire posts had to be replaced along with reinforcing water damaged beams. Couldn’t be happier with finished product and working with Tomas and Kaz was great! I’ll be hiring them for phase 2, once we’re ready!

We had Tomas refinish our blemished cement block chimney with stucco 5 months ago and we couldn't be happier with the results!
His crew did a great job prepping the previously painted chimney by grinding off the protruding diamond shapes and removing all the moss and loose pieces of cement block. They patched and filled in any voids before applying the stucco finish.

Tomas and his crew did excellent work at a great price. We’re so very pleased with the results to preserve our exterior.

I have an old home that had stucco cracking from age and from tenants putting holes in the wall from hanging pictures. I tried to fix it myself but quickly found out how difficult it is to repair stucco. I called Thomas at Polam Home Improvement and he knew how to do it right. His price was fair, and the quality of his work was outstanding. If you need stucco work I would highly recommend him.

Polam Construction and Thomas did everything perfect in stucco on a 1905 home that needed it badly. He used Dryvit, every detail was taken care of and it was old world craftsman grade work and reasonable price for the time involved as this is not simple job. It came out incredible. If you care, use this guy.
