I called Jose’s company and he responded within a half hour. We had a heavy rain storm with water streaming down the stove pipe of our wood stove. Jose came after hours and fixed it completely. We were thankful for his timeliness and ability to fix our Leaky roof completely.

Jose was awesome! He answered my call quickly and even gave me his cell phone number so I can text him as opposed to calling because I’m at work. A few shingles fell off my house and I desperately wanted someone to place new ones soon since it’s been so rainy. He was at my house in an hour and a half to assess and finished the work on my roof in about an hour after he gave me the original quote. Outside of the expected taxes and processing fee, he charged me exactly what he quoted which I believe was a fair price. He was not pushy about payment as I told him I wouldn’t be able to pay right away because I’m at work right now. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Big red flag in my opinion. I took the time out of my busy schedule to meet with Jose. First impression to me is unreliable and they will not be getting my business.

This past December, heavy rains produced a serious leak in our 2d story; Jose came out the same day, did a temp repair--IN A HEAVY DOWNPOUR--then came back 2ce more to seal it up tightly. Great guy, determined craftsman, reasonably priced. Strongly recommended!

Jose came out on a Sunday, spent all day fixing leaks on our roof that another roofing contractor from Vashon who installed the roof did incorrectly which has leaked since first installed. No call backs or warranty so we had Jose with High Level Roofing do our guest house on our farm and have not leaks or problems.

Jose is solid and will guarantee his work, their prices are reasonable and you can call or text him anytime if you have a problem and he will make it right, even if he is not the original roofer.

Shopped around to several roofing contractors before choosing High Level. Jose and his crew are incredibly professional and replaced the roof in excellent time all without making any mess around the house. I was impressed with the level of detail with their work, and communication throughout the project. Jose prepared me up front for any additional cost since sometimes its not possible to know the full condition of the roof until it is being worked on. That being said we were not surprised when we found additional rot that needed to be address(Jose showed pictures and video to explain what was being found). These guys are very trustworthy, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Jose at High Level Roofing is a very good guy. He fixed a few holes in my grandmother's roof from a tree branch. He gave a a really great senior citizen discount as her insurance deductible was about the same price as the full price repair. We didn't have to deal with any insurance paperwork and paid a fraction of the price other roofing companies would have charged! On his free visit out to us to diagnose the leak he even patched it with actual shingles temporarily and removed the plastic and rocks I had a family member place for me the day before. He is quick to respond to calls and texts. Very professional and fast. You won't regret choosing this company for your repairs or new roofing work.

Jose and team came out to my new home in Gig Harbor to inspect the roof as part of the inspection contingency prior to us closing on the purchase agreement. The team was punctual and identified a mold problem in the attic and not only offered to treat the issue but address the root cause which was from shower steam beneath the attic that wasn't properly venting to exterior of the house. High quality equals High Level Roofing. High Level Roofing came to my rescue during December 2022 winter storms that left my roof with a hole and the rainwater leaking into the attic. My insurance company couldn’t find anyone to come and tarp my leaky roof as it was at a peak time when all the roofers were busy. Jose came despite it being last minute and was late and dark after his busy schedule. I was very happy to find Jose who not only tarped my leaky roof but also nailed a few shingles to secure the tarp during the high winds. Jose came to me through my brother’s recommendation, who had already referred Jose to his neighbors/friends after getting a solid high-quality work from Jose on his own roof project. Jose’s project manager, Luis, was also very professional communicating with me and my insurance that helped fill the gaps that I couldn’t explain to the insurance. It was at a time when the whole country was devastated, I got my insurance approved after 2 months of the incident. However, I was confident that the tarp would not give way and that it stuck until High Level Roofing was ready to start the roof replacement job. Jose, and his crew came and installed a brand-new roof within 2 days that not only looks very nice but also a peace of mind that my roof is solid for another long time. High Level removed all the old shingles, the old roof boards, and replaced them with new board panels and the shingles of my choice. They also replaced the flashing around my chimney and the flashings are a lot better than original ones. In the process of the roof replacement, Jose and the team added new chimney covers, pipes/boots, and buffers, too. Jose’s staff, Julio who is a very pleasant person, also cleaned up my attic from inside, and Jose and the team cleaned up my yard after the job was completed. I am very thankful to Jose, who was responsive to my texting and calls and answered every question I had. He was very reassuring and calm and collected. I will not look anywhere else now that I have Jose to count on for not only my roof but also other home projects as they offer a whole range of other jobs.
