This is a scammer! I had my roof done with them! Can’t list the amount of trouble I had and still gave with this dishonest contractor! Two things: took two years for them to do the work after inspection and a 1 and had after signed the contract! After 6 months of reroofed I gave leaking on my kitchen ceiling! They don’t answers call for the warranty!!! Run from this people!

The prololiance team showed up to perform a roofing inspection at my home today and were highly professional and very knowledgeable about the insurance replacement process. Performing a ten minute inspection at my home they were able to quickly identify wind and hail damage from a recent storm. I feel confident that Proliance will be able to manage my insurance claim and coordinate the repairs on my home. Looking forward to working with them through the process.

0 stars! It took over a year for the job to completely be done. I can’t even count how many times they had to come back out. Last night I tried opening my window. They caulked the siding to the window!!! This has been a horrible experience! Stay far away from this business!

working with proliance on my roof was the best thing that ever happened to us. they came to the house and did an initial assessment of what i needed fixed on the roof. and put their best guys on the job. allen and yona and the design team went above and beyond my expectations and gave it a personal touch. they treted me like i was family. i would reccomend them to anyone lookig for a contracting company they did a top notch job and i couldnt be more satisfied with their level of professionalism.

New roof in June. End of October leak in kitchen due to no seal around vent pipe. For months water has been getting in and finally broke through. Its also starting to smell. The roof was repaired by Proliance. Waiting for them to do ceiling repair.

0 STARS. The company employees are very friendly, but getting work done and done right is not the what they do. It took right st a year to finally finish, but still haven't received any of the warranty papers on the roofing and siding products. There was at least 2 to 3 sub contractors fired during the time they were working on our home.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK ON THEIR HOME.

Deniz came to the house to explain the insurance process and the roofing process. She was very thorough and I'm looking forward to getting the roof replaced by them.

Yes I would recommend this company for your roofing needs … Mr. Nylus Stanton came to expect my roof & gave me the answers to my questions & was very professional & honest that’s the real reason why I write this review he went on the roof & came back down & said you have a solid roof & could’ve said we need to call your insurance & start a claim cause he said it was some small things he seen but nothing to worry about & said he will be back to check it again to make sure it doesn’t get worse now that’s the kind of ppl you need in a business that just won’t take advantage of you …. Nylus my man you the Best & if I was you I would call this company & request him !!!

Even tho they went door to door they were the only company that was able to get my insurance to do a whole roof repair. Very easy going a little hard to communicate but always got the answer I needed. And I’m not a bot just know good when I see it.

The work preformed was ok but they will sweet talk and act like they are taking care of you yet in all honesty they are trying to squeeze every cent out of you and your insurance company like saying they did work they never actually did and after work is complete, good luck getting ahold of anyone to help with your issues. Still picking up nails around house also. Shady ways.

Indianapolis~ We have had a great experience with Proliance. We had to reschedule a few times and they we're very accommodating to our needs. The roof was scheduled to be done right away. Fast and friendly service at every turn.

These people are scammers. Notice the people that leave Good reviews only left one review ever. They will rip you all the way if they get your info they will try and take pictures of your damage abs up the price and tell you your insurance ppl need you to sign over a check only for the insurance ppl to not even give them any check. The lady who came to the house was terrible rude and a son as she found out I wasn't interested in her mess she changed her tone. Do NOT go to these ppl

Hired them to replace the siding on our house. Avoid this company at all costs. They don't communicate at all. Just show up and then leave with the job half finished and no communication as to when they'll be back. Then they'll show up at 8am on a Saturday with no warning and wake you up on your day off. Then they'll put nails through your screened in porch leaving a hazzard to deal with and steal your downspouts leaving your crawlspace to flood if it rains. That's right they STOLE all of our downspouts and we didn't notice until it started raining. Just completely flabbergasted anyone could be this awful and have the good reviews they have. I would have never hired them if I had even an inkling of the disaster this would be. If I could give them zero stars I would... and that's a first for me. I've never been this dissatisfied with any company I've dealt with before.

I have waited over 3 months for my roof installation to be scheduled.. On the day they are supposed to do do the install, it's a no show. I called the company the company only to find out that the person either forgot to schedule it or or didn't communicate appropriately. When I pointed out how long I have had to wait already the only response was "well other people have had to wait longer". I have consistently had issues with them communicating next steps or what is going on. If you are looking for a timely job And consistent professional communication I would look somewhere else. If it wasn't too late I wouldn't hesitate to find a different roofing company for myself.
