Proformance did an excellent job on our roof, gutters and other hail damage in the spring! Ed is very professional and thorough! The crew was excellent, taking care to not damage our plants and did an amazing job of cleaning up! I would definitely recommend!

Long Review:
I have been around and around with roofers about my roof. I bought the house in 2019 and the roof was “replaced” shortly before purchase. Harlan came out to inspect two leaks I had going on in the roof. Well, we thought they were taken care of, but one kept leaking, so after the third call he came out himself to really get to the bottom of what was going on. Disaster struck when he found out that the previous roofing company didn’t try to fight the insurance to replace the decking and simply nailed through the shingles where there were gaps in said decking. This caused holes beneath the shingles that during a hard rain would leak. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the job, insurance wouldn’t cover it. I tried to get in touch with the previous roofing company to no avail and felt lost in what to do with the situation.

Harlan bent over backwards for me to cut costs where he could and walked me through step by step on what they were going to do for me, where the problem areas were and what my options were moving forward. We could’ve patched the entire side, but he was transparent with me letting me know that might not be the end of the repairs. Mind you through all of this he was very professional and the communication was phenomenal. I never felt like he was keeping me in the dark or using a bunch of roofing lingo to go over my head. He talked to me about options with loans if I was uncomfortable paying for the entire roof on my own.

Eventually, I came to the conclusion to replace the entire roof and MAN was his team FAAAST! They came out early in the morning and got the entire job done in one day. They laid out tarps to protect my grass and cleaned up much better than even I expected. This was a complete demolition and replacement of the roof. Boards, shingles, nails, decking, flashing, the whole nine yards and I couldn’t even find a single nail when they were done. Harlan himself walked the property afterwards to chat with me and tell me what all they did and to inspect the work. They even put in an extra ventilation spot because the attic was scorching hot.

All in all, I couldn’t recommend this company more and I will continue using them in the future. This was one of the most stressful situations for me as a young home buyer, but Harlan made it easy and made me feel confident in my ability to be an informed home owner with peace of mind that things would be taken care of. My roof looks great! 10/10

Steven McNeil came out to inspect my roof thinking I had a leak. It ended being the HVAC system (a/c). Told me the problem and how to fix it! Very knowledgeable in his field not just roofs!

Steven is amazing. It’s not very common to have anyone come out for an inspection and not offer repairs or a new roof. He is very professional and honest. He checked my house and told me the damage was little that I don’t need to claim the insurance. He helped me seal a hole and gave me very useful advice. Highly recommend!

When trying to sell my house, inspectors found my roof was a total loss due to storm damage. Closing was delayed because I was unable to reach anyone that could give me an answer at my usually responsive insurance company. My realtor recommended Proformance, and Harlan called me back right away. He was able to reach someone at my insurance company that afternoon and I had a settlement the same day. His team was able to get to my house within the week and I was able to close! They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

Was selling house and out of state when found out the roof failed inspection due to damage. They sent me pictures of the damage and walked me through the process of getting it replaced. The most thing I liked about their service was the honesty. When it was all said and done I paid exactly what was quoted and agreed upon with no surprises. And my out of pocket was minimal.

We had hail damage and we wanted it repaired. Harlan inspected our roof and met with the insurance adjuster as he was investigating our claim. We hired him as the contractor for the entire project, the roof and the interior. Harlan was able to renegotiate a higher claim amount as he was pricing actual materials. The work was done well and it was completed in a reasonable time. It took a bit longer to get started than we had hoped.

Quality is really good. Improved the house to the new legal specifications. Replaced our antenna with a better one at no charge.

Value is great. No cost overrun from the final insurance estimate. We got good value on some extra repairs and enhancements we agreed on in advance.

Professionalism excellent. He spoke to us personally.. He returned our calls and emails and texts promptly. He told us what he planned to do and he did it. He had a good rapport with the insurance company and was able to negotiate a higher claim on more than one occasion.

He found roof deck and interior leak issues missed by the insurance adjustor. Harlan then justified and got approval for these issues and guided me through the insurance maze. My experience working with Harlan and the team at Proformance, that worked on the roofs for my home and sheds, was the best I've ever had with a company. The team arrived early, immediately got to work, and finished before the time they estimated. It was a huge relief for me especially since we had rain the day before and after the roof was replaced. They did a good job with cleanup and made sure to lay down a tarp to protect my lawn. The roofs they replaced looked fantastic as well.

In terms of customer service, I was blown away. Harlan was extremely helpful, answered any questions I had, took the time to go over the condition of my roofs with me, checked with me throughout that process, and went above and beyond what I expected. He helped get things moving and finished quickly during a very busy time for me, and I cannot recommend him and Proformance Roofing Systems enough.

Most trouble free large project I ever under took. Proformance Roofing Systems delivered all work as promised. Harlan the project manager was always available for questions and made sure clean up of the work site was done two different times, once the day of completion and a second run of the large magnets on wheels for nails when the final payment was made. For once I feel I received my monies worth.

Search no more- you have found a LOCAL, respectable, trustworthy, reasonable roofer. Our experience with Proformance was absolutely perfect- the customer service and quality of work were truly out of this world.

First, I must disclose that my grandparents have a unique roof- both flat as well as traditional shingle. Unfortunately, they had fallen victim to another "local" (unnamed) roofing company a few years earlier- the company promised they have experience with flat roofs and took a lot of their hard-earned money up front. Unbeknownst to us, the unnamed-company made several mistakes- they changed the pitch of the flat rood to slant *towards the house, they botched the replacement of doors, they even left exposed 2x4s. My grandparents tried to reach the unnamed company (who still operates in OKC), but no one would return their call.

My grandparents did not mention their awful experience to us (family) for a couple years, I think they were afraid to admit they had been taken advantage of by a roofing company. Eventually the passing of time + mistakes made (pitch slanting towards the roof, exposed 2x4s, etc) caused substantial damage to my grandparents roof- water damage to rafters, drywall in the garage, and other structural damage.

Enter the professionals at Proformance Roofing. The owner, Harlan, personally showed up to do the estimate and listened patiently as my grandparents explained their frustrations, their concerns, and their hesitation. Harlan showed my grandparents each of the issues caused by the previous company, explained the damage, and explained how he suggested fixing it. Due to a lack of insurance, my grandparents needed time to gather funds for the roof- but Harlan offered to start the roof at their convenience- and even did a courtesy temporary repair while the gathered the funds. He truly earned my grandparents trust- which is not an easy task.

Before the roof could commence, we unexpectedly lost my granddad. My now widowed-grandma was uncomfortable making big purchases and decisions, but Harlan walked her through all potential decisions.

When the time came to put the roof on, the Proformance team showed up on time, worked quietly, and cleaned up quickly. Harlan kept my grandma in the loop through the entire process, showing her the damage caused by the faulty roof put on by the unnamed company, explaining how the changes made would prevent future damage, and repairing the structural issues caused by the unnamed company.

The repaired/new roof was spectacular- a true demonstration of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Proformance even came back a few weeks later to deal with some birds who were nesting in drains on the flat roof.

Harlan with Pro Formance Roofing made sure our job was done right and done quickly. He handled all the insurance paperwork and even sent his employees to repair shingles after a bad storm had knocked limbs on our brand new roof. He also personally came to repair shingles that were damaged by an unknown variable, after a home inspection, at no cost to me. His employees were friendly and were diligent to clean up after themselves and even triple checked to ensure all nails were picked up.
