No call no show. I even took the day off for my roof to get fixed. They took the warranty deductable and never even placed the claim. Told me that he had a stroke so he couldn't come. But if they called me I would've understood that. He told my husband that he didn't come because he thought it was going to rain. So did he lie to me? He wanted to schedule for next week and I said it looks like it's going to rain. He said "well just hope it doesnt". Not very professional or timely. I have never posted a negative review or rating but this is just unacceptable. I hope this will change for future customers.
