I had a new Roof installed on my house . The crew was efficient and did the tear off and installation in a day. Cleaned up everything.
Taylor and Susan were great in communicating with us and taking care of our concerns during the whole process from estimate to when job was scheduled, material delivered and dumpster. Professional roofing is top notch in my opinion.

State Farm denied my insurance claim, but Richard was able to get them to change their mind. I would highly recommend them.

My first re-roof job. Taylor and Juan and the crew were fantastic. Great communication by both of them. This was a large job 4,300 sq foot home with many roof angles plus a second detached garage. It included removing three large sky lights. They worked through some difficult weather changes but finished on schedule. I have other projects to be done and i will be contacting them for a quote.

This was definitely a new experience for me but thankfully this company made it an easy one. They worked with the insurance company on our behalf and were able to get our new Roof approved along with some other personal property damaged items. We have a difficult insurance company so while we are still figuring out some other damaged items with insurance, Professional Roofing was able to get our roof on just before the first snow fall and it looks great! I was surprised it was done in 1 day and they did a good job with the cleanup. Mark was super helpful with the entire process and I really appreciated him working with me. Terrible people. Had an appointment set for a Tuesday. The tech called to reschedule for Wednesday and I agreed. He came out. Looked at what work needed to be done and promised a quote for the next day. 5 days later, nothing. I called during regular business hours and noone answered. Left a message. No return calls. Horrible experience.

Came out quickly for estimates, but never received them. Call back by the office that would be reaching out to me again. That never happened, so then I called back again and left a voicemail, no return call. My roof has been leaking for weeks now, if you’re too busy just let your customers know. I wanted it charged off to at least stop it and then estimates to repair it properly. I also had wanted to put awnings over my doors and some gutters. I know everyone is busy, but you could at least let me know if I needed to find somebody else. I have now made several phone calls now to get other estimates from other companies. Trust me, I know what it’s like to work in a busy trade. But totally unprofessional, I was super happy to work with you guys. The tech that came out was super helpful and knowledgeable. But none of that matters because I never received the estimates or any further scheduling details.

I was helped step by step through the insurance process, and Mark really went to bat for me to get not only my damaged roof covered but my damaged gutters as well. Mark communicated with me throughout. I always knew what was happening and when. My new roof and gutters look beautiful!

I sent an appointment request on 3/25/23 because I had some shingles missing from my roof since 12/4/2022 (bad contractor who won’t return my calls). On 3/26 I received a call from Blake Moore asking if he could pop over and check things out. He showed up and actually fixed the few shingles that had fallen off. What a GREAT guy. I was so not expecting this. When I decide to get a new roof, this is the company I’m going with. Excellent customer service all the way around. Thank you.

I've been looking for a long time to find a company that I can totally get behind because the culture is about serving the customers and doing the right thing above all else. These guys don't just talk the talk. They walk the walk. I wouldn't ask anyone else to do my roof or any other part of my house.

they told us we were going to have our roof complete 2 months ago. They started it but didn’t finish. Since then our roof has been leaking still on top of that water damage. They’re dodging phone calls don’t want to be straight with there clients on when and what days there going to be on the job site. We hired them in September & our job still isn’t done

Complete hack job was don’t on a simple roof repair. Was told that it wasn’t done right by the company and still no contact to get to my property and fix their mess up. When you mess up a job it comes first. You don’t put me to the back of the line and wait to get a repair. You come and fix it immediately. Not days/week later.

I had a two layer tear off with new roof and new sky light installed. Taylor Temple was really easy to work with, knowledgeable and friendly.

The roofing job was done well, looks great, and they even worked with my rotating schedule. My only complaint is they ask forgiveness instead of permission. They told me they do this all the time and would work with my insurance, however they installed better shingles than the insurance assessed and material under the shingles that did not have documentation and then expected my insurance to cover it. They did not and I was then out $5000 to $6000 more than my deductible. They did a good job , but I would not recommend them.

These guys are amazing and always used to call just to check on my roof. Everything was quick and smooth sailing. I do recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Professional Roofing Solutions! My wife and I were extremely impressed by the companies professionalism from start to finish. They definitely live up to their namesake! Taylor was the guy that we worked with and he was great! He showed up on time (actully about 10 mins early) and was very kind. He was very knowledgeable, answered any and all of our questions and made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. He helped put our minds at ease given that this was the first (and now last) time that we had to go through this. Spending thousands of dollars can feel a bit intimidating, but Taylor helped assure us that we were making the right decision in choosing Professional Roofing Solutions and we couldn't be happier with our decision. They weren't the cheapest estimate that we received, but they were by far the most thorough, informative, and transparent when it came to clearly setting expectations. This company was hired by neighbors of my parent’s lake home. We saw on camera this company’s employees walking over to my parent’s home and taking a ladder to use for their job. Then they moved patio furniture and knocked personal property over and never cleaned it up or put stuff back. They also went under the car port and looked to borrow a trash can, but luckily it was full. So they had no respect for other people’s personal property.

I knew nothing about roofing or how long a roof would last. The entire team was nothing but professional and after shopping around this was the best rate for the work that needed done. Would happily hire again!

Brandon from Professional roofing solutions was really helpful. He has experience working with the insurance companies and was present when my claims adjuster came out to look at my roof. He helped me get a pretty significant claim for my wind damage and was super prompt getting his guys out to work on my roof. His crew of guys were polite and did a great job. They also do a good job with the clean up and disposal of the old roofing that they took off. I recommend Professional Roofing Solutions as an all around excellent roofing company.

Called Professional Roofing Solutions to repair a leak in my roof. The crew that came out was very thorough. They inspected the roof and assessed the problem quickly. Replaced exhaust boot, damaged osb board, and shingles all for a really great price. Cosmetic wise, they did such an amazing job that you can't even tell that the roof was worked on. To top it all off, Brandon and the crew that came out were all very courteous and sincere. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to have quality work done at an affordable price.

I made contact with company, they came to house and gave me an estimate that same day. They came back the next day and fixed my leaky roof. From time of initial contact to completion of job, 36 hours. Awesome! Cosmetically the roof looks great. I’ve had one night of steady rain since completion and no leaks. Very happy.

I called three roofing companies and Professional Roofing Solutions called me back within a couple of hours. Brandon ( the sales representative ) set up a time of my choosing to give me an estimate and showed up at the exact time he said he would. I explained to Brandon that I have a heart condition and suffer from high anxiety and was really desperate to get this over with. He listened to me with compassion and assured me that everything would be fine. The crew, Ryan, Mikey and Jeremy, realizing my condition treated my wife and I like we were family. The installation and clean up were impeccable and the crew went above and beyond to make us happy. So there you have it. Estimate on Monday, job completed on Friday, impeccable work at a reasonable price. Ten year labor and fourty five year shingle warranty. We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks guys. We were very pleased with the thorough and professional job that the crew did in replacing our roof. The clean up they did afterwards left our yard clean of debris.
