When my roof started leaking after a rain storm I was frantic. Being a woman and head of household you always have to worry about companies taking advantage but the team at PRS was amazing. Fair price, quick response and even faster service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful during my crisis which ended up being not that bad because I choose PRS roofing services. Brandon did an extremely thorough evaluation on the roof of a house I was considering buying. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was able to answer every question I had in a way that made it easy for me to understand. Disorganized, has office staff that do not pay attention to detail in jobs.

They call and spam the wrong people, when told the number is wrong, they call again and leave threats on voice mails about liens. Please consider training your staff better.

Requests for information or pictures of completed work get ingnored, their attitude is them first, they do not prioritize the customer. The NRC should audit their business practices.

My roof sprang a leak, so on Friday I called Professional Roofing based on a referral from a friend. They called back within 20 minutes, then set an appt to come out first thing Monday morning. They were able to identify the problem and issue a proposal for a fix the same day. The roof is now sealed. My roof is 23 years old, so when it comes time to replace it, I will be having this outfit do it, no question. They are prompt, courteous, and very professional.

From the beginning to the end, they did a great job. Phil kept to the finishing timeline, which was a big deal for us since we had our daughter’s wedding and we had many visitors at that time. When they started the job, I really appreciated that the foreman Angel was very knowledgeable, did diligent work and was willing to explain what they were doing. Additionally, Superintendent Lupe was very communicative and always answered my questions. I was very satisfied with their job. Thank you.

Three years ago we required work to our roof. We chose PRS and found, all the qualities one expects in a service business. Last week we had some strange winds that caused a need for roofing services. We referred back to PRS and yet again, we couldn't have been happier with the service. The estimator was professional, polite and educated in his field, plus having to work in 108F temperatures, provided the lost art of how to service customers. Bravo!

Professional Roofing Services is a company that I highly recommend. If you are having any roofing issues this company is the one to call. They call you the day before to let you know that they will be there the next day. Than they call when they are on the way. Upon arrival they knock at your door to let you know that they are there before starting the roof work. Once the job is complete they clean up their work area & knock on the door to let you know that the job is complete & that they will be leaving soon. Truly a 5 star gold medal company & staff. Phil was my first point of contact and he came out to look at the repair for a balcony. He was so personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I can’t say enough about Phil Shaw and the office staff! I called the office and the lady who answered transferred me to Phil to schedule the inspection for the next day! Phil listened to our problem and climbed up on the roof, He explained the fix for our leak was simple. Just needed to patch the stucco adjacent to the roof tiles. He was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs roof repair or just an inspection.

I have two homes that Professional Roofing Services have repaired. My mfg. home has had two occasions of wind damage repair. My recently purchased town home had to have tiles removed and new roofing paper installed because of interior rain leaks. I do not lightly recommend business, but Professional Roofing has done outstanding work, great clean up, at reasonable cost. The work crew was on scheduled time, and courteous . I will call them again if it becomes necessary.

Every staff I talked to were very pleasant. Cyndi was able to get me the right person right away. Jessica called immediately and followed it up with an email. Appt was set and they worked around my schedule. Before Phil came to my house, he called and was on time. He made the assessment and answered all my questions. PRS is definitely different from the other roofing companies I’ve used in the past. PRS knows how to take care of their clients and will used them again in the future.

PRS provided my real estate client with an estimate of the repair from a Home Inspection Report and then went the extra mile to send Phil Shaw out for a full inspection of the issues found on the Home Inspection. Phil was prompt, professional, and took the time to speak with my client to ease his concerns. Jerrica Esau, in the office, was my first contact, and she always responded in a timely manner to my emails and provided me with all the info I needed to pass on to my client. PRS is definitely a company I will use for my own roofing needs, and more importantly, I feel completely comfortable referring them to clients and trust that they will provide A+ service!

Despite the fact that P.R.S. Roofing's estimate came in thousands of dollars under three other estimates, the work was excellent quality and easily demonstrable to be "water tight". The on site crew worked quickly and professionally and fully cleaned up the area when completed.

Amazing company! From quote to finished product, this company hands down was incredible. They came out, inspected the 30 year leaking roof, took photos of the current state of affairs, and as soon as the contract was signed they scheduled for a speedy roof replacement and repair! Within 3 days the old roof was fixed and the new roof installed, old tiles replaced with new ones, and new photos of the process and finished product taken! Value driven job for sure! If I could have given more stars I would have! Their entire team was excellent!

I have been working PRS for over 12 years now. They have replaced at least 10 to 15 roofs on my rental properties. The office staff and the roof installers are fantastic to work with. All of them are extremely honest, knowledgeable, considerate, diligent and professional. I only recommend PRS for any Roofing Services that are required. They are the best!!!

Excellent service. Found the leak was a loose flashing and nail. Pressed it down flat and stopped the leak. Advised that I add plastic roof cement to insure it did not return. I have done so and have not had any further problems. Thank you very much for you professional service, John Casteel

I used PRS seven years ago for roof installation. I called them this week to inspect the roof because of possible storm damage. They were out at the house in one day and provided a comprehensive report with pictures showing no damage. Very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their service!

We have used PRS for years. Always to total satisfaction. Especially resolving flat roof patio issues. Also high wind damage. They are everything good about services, professionalism and response.

Gary was so informative and easy to talk to. Spending money on a new roof isn't something you want to do, but have to do. Gary guided me through the whole process so I felt relieved. The workers doing the job were very respectful of property and did a great job. I highly recommend this company!

We had some roofing issues after last weeks high winds.After calling a few places,PRS (Professional Roofing Services) was the only one to came out.
When Phil from PRS arrived we discussed the issues and Phil went on the roof fixed the problem and even secured loose tiles. He did all this and didn’t

Just a shout out to all Las Vegans who have a roof, I needed some tiles and a few other things repaired on mine recently and had a very pleasant experience with PRS. They were very friendly, they always got right back to me if I called, and it was done in a timely manner. If anyone needs repairs,etc., please don't overlook this company when shopping around. We will certainly be doing business with them again for future roof needs, and/or repairs.

I had a leak in my ceiling but that can't get repaired until I get my roof replaced. Received a quote and paid my half down on 2/4 with a response that someone would call the following week to schedule the replacement. Received that call on 2/11 that my roof is scheduled for Feb 22-26 with the message that someone would call a day or 2. Well, here it is the 24th, no call, no message about anyone coming. I called and emailed with no response. Meanwhile, my ceiling is exposed (the entire length of the back of my house) going on almost a month now. I am disappointed, stressed, anxious and very sad. I understand everyone is busy but at least a courtesy call would be nice.

UPDATE: 3/1/21. After speaking with Tammy on the 24th, my roof was scheduled for Friday 2/26. The team arrived on time and were very professional and nice. Another crew arrived on Saturday and they were just as nice. Phil stopped by to check on the status of the job and we had a nice chat. Today, the Friday crew returned and Phil stopped by to wish me a Happy Birthday!! I am very happy to say the job was completed today!! The guys were really cool about everything. The section with shingles looks great! At first I was not sure what the installer was talking about when he said the color was brown. But after they installed it, WOW... it really makes a huge difference in my roof! It matches the tiles perfect!! They guys cleaned up any mess that was made. Someone will just have to return to fix the condensation pipe from the AC/Heating unit (Something about a missing coupling) which is no big deal! This was a great birthday present. Thank you again for taking care of me even after my meltdown. Innovation comes from all forms of feedback :)

Great company! We can now look forward to the rain! We needed a re-roof on our 20 year old roof. We were going to save money by using a handy man. We are so glad we chose PRS roofing. Phil Shaw was amazing from estimate to making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. After seeing the professional job and all the work they did we are so glad we chose them!! We highly recommend PRS for roofing needs!!!

Stay away. A selling point for the house I bought a few years was that the roof has been done in 2011 and had a 10 year warranty. 2 years ago I noticed quite a few wet spots. After contacting them, having 3 guys come over to verify, a few emails and multiple calls with response of “we will give you a call back” over the past 2 years I haven’t had any repairs done. Seems to me they are giving me the run around just to avoid the warranty. So I highly recommend using someone else if they will not honor their own warranty.

Edit: After contacting PRS from the comment left on my review they made it seem like they would get to the bottom of this or at least give me an answer. Was in contact with them for a couple days and then crickets. They definitely don’t stand behind their service. It also appears they deleted their comment regarding contacting them. Like I mentioned above, absolutely stay away at all costs.

I called about a noise complaint. The operator named Victoria was very rude and hung up on me. These workers are messy and loud. Throwing things everywhere on top of me and waking me up out of my sleep. Yelling at each other etc. She called them to tell them my complaint, and the thumping got louder and more frequent. Very unprofessional.

PRS did work on my roof 4 years ago and now e have a leak on a flat section of the roof which is covered by their 5 year warranty. However, they have not been responsive, have not been able to fix the leak, and water keeps dripping in through the window. Very unprofessional services.

I currently live at the 95 apartments and they’re getting their roof worked on and all I have to say is that the workers working on this project are slobs. They leave stuff everywhere and don’t pick up after themselves. They also leave track marks from the lift they’re using to get up to the roof. They don’t care about the property they’re working on. They even drove through the rocks out front of my apartment and just left it a mess with rocks everywhere.

This company is a joke. People who leave good reviews either are being paid to do so, or dont have any idea what professionalism actually looks like. Do not hire these people.

Their cleanup is abysmal, their crew drives around the forklifts at max speeds when the boss isnt around and almost hit my apartment. They leave nails everywhere. If you have kids or animals dont use these people, someone will get a nail in their foot.

They do more standing around smoking and drinking than actually working. Again, dont give these people your money, it's better off elsewhere.

This roofing company is the Worst! Warranty department awful. They never showed up when they say they are or they show up when you don't know it and leave a note saying they where at your place. My roof is under warranty and they haven't fixed the 4 leaking spots in my son's room. This has been going on for 2 yrs NOW! They've been in my son's room 3 times to see where it's leaking from and haven't fixed the problem.

These people hire some of the rudest people. I haven't a personally experienced this company. But a neighbor of mine did and the people they had working. Went Into a business nearby. And harassed a cashier who was just doing her job and trying to make sure they got exactly what they wanted. It was 2 men and a woman. The woman was the worst as the men just laughed and they tried to make the girl. Who was just trying to be helpful feel very small in front of her regular customers who.wers trying to tell her it's ok that she didn't do anything wrong. i witnessed this personally because I am one of the cashiers regular customers. Absolutely a poor way to represent a business that you work for. Shame on You for allowing such people to work for you and as i read the other reviews i can see why they acted the way they did.

They destroyed my cameras that were mounted to my roof. They worked on my house when I was out of town. I came back to all my cameras laying on the ground and the cables were all severed. I spoke with Gary many times but all he wanted to do is argue about it. This was a very bad experience!

Working with the best roofing company has change my outlook on construction companies. They have the best staff that is very knowledgeable and hardworking.

We hired this company in October 2014 to repair a commercial roof for a 15,000+sf building. Since then the roof has continued to leak multiple times.

After reaching pretty extreme frustration, I emailed the president of the company. To his credit, he responded promptly and promised to address the continuous leak problem. After that, things went south. The employee who was assigned to communicate with me failed to do so. I had to email and call to ask what the progress was and finally received photos of the repairs. I asked for a roof maintenance proposal which was never forthcoming.

Another leak has occurred today inconveniencing a tenant and costing money in damaged ceiling tiles and possibly light fixtures. Upon calling their office, I spoke to an employee who sounded like he/she was about as enthusiastic as someone about to be marched off a tall building. This person couldn't assure me that I would get a response today.

I will be interviewing new roofing companies.
