We've used them twice now, once on a big project and most recently an emergency repair. Both times Roberto and his team did a fantastic job.

They had a problem with the metal, dents and scratches, so they didn't just put it on. But got new with a rush order. They did a great job, love my roof. Also cleaned and replaced attic insulation.

This team worked their tails off in the high heat of summer. Great to work with. Great job done X2 for our property. Recommending to all!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They didn't show up for my appointment.. They didn't call me to let me know they wouldn't be showing up or would be late and and they didn't answer their phone when I called to try and find out what was going on

I needed chimney repair and mossy roof/gutter cleanup. Great communication, free inspection, got quote within 24hrs, decided to book, professional crew and work, they cleaned up afterwards and everything looked great. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Really recommend this company. I contacted them because I had roof damage due to a dead tree a month ago. Actually, many other roofing companies refused the job because it is not just about the roof and looks complicated like the image, but this company looked to have confidence and gave me a very honest and reasonable estimate. After the contract with them, they took care of my roof even before starting the job, and fixed it perfectly soon like the following image. What's more surprising was that, after finishing the job, they blew and clean all leaves on the roof and all backyard where are a total mess because the typhoon had caused the tree to fall. It was not even the area they contracted and repaired. I also found they fixed and glued a broken siding as well that I didn't mention. I was totally satisfied with their perfect and professional service. Really appreciate meeting this fantastic company!

These roofers, Cristina Velazquez and Jorge Martinez, are very unprofessional. Following an inspection, they had me review and sign a 4-page contract that accompanied an email with a service window of 9 am to 1 pm. Because the roof repair appointment originated from a home inspection report, I scheduled the home inspector to come towards the end of the roofing service window. This was 1 week before the actual repair was scheduled to take place.

At 5:40 pm the day before the service day, Cristina called me to let me know that the repairman Jorge will be an hour late. When I reminded her of the 9-to-1 window promised in her email and that I already scheduled the home inspector to come towards the end of that window, she then said he will be by at 9 am as originally planned. Around 9:20 am the next day when Jorge was still a no-show, I called Cristina only to be told that Jorge will be by closer to 10. There was no phone call and no apology issued for being late and causing cascading troubles with the home inspector, even after I told her that I would have scheduled the home inspector to be later if the roofers had told me that they will be finished later. She did say the work will still get done at 1 pm, but at that point I've already lost confidence that this roofer will not rush through my repairs. Though I was very disappointed by this display of unprofessional behavior, I called my home inspector and through some pleading, was able to get the home inspector rescheduled to come later. I told the roofers this, and they didn't even show up at the 10 am mark that they promised. No notification or apology for having troubled others so much. Only a passive-aggressive email 1.5 hours later defending themselves.

There are other roofing services in the area. Stay away from these flaky folks who can't even abide by their own contract and promises. If you want your job to be done on time and correctly, you will be better served by any of their competitors. You will appreciate being spared poor attitude and lack of customer service from Professional Roofing LLC.

My family and I were very impressed with the way our roof turned out! We had our home roof repaired and a separate building on our property completely replaced. They did an excellent job matching the color of the shingles and the job looked seamless! Jorge M. and the rest of the crew were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend!
