We had Brandon, Geoff and both the crews to redo our siding and later our roof. Dealing with them was very easy and they were available to take a call or returned calls within 24 hours. There were some communication hiccups, but overall they were on top of it. Services matched the services quoted. Any work done that we brought to their attention as needing a look was remedied.

Before the siding work, their foreman came over for an initial eyes-on for the job and made some suggestions for us that would allow them to make a large section look more clean and elegant, which we did and he was right.

Crews were working all day, never came inside one time even though we made the bathroom available to them. Quiet, respectful and high quality work.

I would recommend them to anyone for this kind of work.

Several of our siding pieces were damaged in a late winter wind storm. After getting ghosted by several other companies, working with Poland was a relief - Brandon was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. The work was done quickly and they were able to correct some major oversights from our builder (siding was not properly nailed, Hardie siding was splotchy in areas, and they didn't use galvanized nails on our window trim).

After a string of bad luck, it's a nice change of pace to work with someone who really cares and provides a high level of service.

Owner said he would complete the job in one day, clean up; his crew came at 7:00 and worked until 2:30. Cleaned everything up to my satisfaction. I was very satisfied with the whole job and pleased with the result.

What was promised to be a 3 day installation turned into a 30 day nightmare. Roofing was removed and left exposed during a heavy rain causing damage to my home. Workers left trash in my yard, did damage to my property, tore off siding and soffit that was never replaced even though a bundle of siding was deliver to my home with the promise of it replacing the damaged siding. When I requested an itemized statement of materials, I was told I was NOT entitled to that formation since it wasn't "protocal" for the company. Once I finally received the so called itemized envoice, none of the listed items matched those used on my roof, mainly the color.
When I had given Mr. Poland several weeks to provide information, I was called rude and demanding. I have the text messages if anyone would like to view them.
I would not let this company near a property of anyone

Satisfied customer! Attention to detail, clear and prompt communication throughout the process. I had vinyl siding added, replacing old stucco. New gutters and downspouts, new soffits and exterior wood trim wrapped in aluminum.

Spent 2 years working with another company when our porch roof started to leak after a second renovation. I won’t mention their name because in all fairness they only worked at repairing our roof, not replacing it. We actually thought they had it fixed, no leaks in over 6 months. Then a 4”+ rain had not only our porch, but our dining room leaking too. We decided it was time to replace, no more bandaid fixes. We called 3 different roofing companies for estimates with Poland being the least known name company. Brandon was the first to respond. Poland’s price was so much better than the “big name companies “ that we were almost afraid to use them. If it’s that good of a deal, what kind of job are we going to get? Well, price won out, and Brandon sold it. You were very professional, yet friendly and personal. You were prompt kept your schedule and very upfront about possible issues and costs The crew was nice and efficient and clean up was great. We had an aluminum shingle roof with aluminum nails(magnets don’t work) to tear off. They walked and picked up it all. Driveway, yard, flowerbeds, patio. Our roof looks great, no more leaks. Brandon even returned the next day to do another site check, sat and visited, very friendly. He also provided drone pictures that he had taken through out the process, a nice touch. I highly and totally recommend Poland Roofing.
