Outstanding customer service and ongoing communications from the team (Sky and Brittany) at Professional Roofing. Very competitive pricing. Work was completed timely and professionally. A wind storm took our 15 year old flat roof & whipped it over the front of the house around noon-time on Friday 7th of March. A quick phone call & a few emails started the ball rapidly rolling. By 2:30pm on Tuesday March 11th, I was getting completion pictures from Jon & his team! ABSOLUTLEY INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!

From first contact, each & every team member we dealt with were extremely professional & courteous. As questions arose from the insurance company, these were answered in rapid time by Skylar or Brittany.

The lads showed up promptly on Monday morning to remove the damaged roof section & survey the balance for any hidden damage. A quick discussion later, we decided it was best to take down the redundant chimney & replace an inefficient vent in the front roof with a ridge vent. The rear gutter had been underperforming, so at Jon’s suggestion, they placed a helper strip to ensure correct pathway.

Like clockwork, first thing on Tuesday the full crew arrived and immediately set to work. When I arrived back home, the driveway & yard were CLEANER than when they arrived! Not a bit of debris or trash remained. The driveway had been swept & blown out, garden & flower beds picked clean.

Not only did we get a replacement roof, but we got an entirely better roof SYSTEM by the time they left! We cannot be more appreciative of the craftsmanship, diligence & pride shown in the work!

We had some pretty bad ice dams, there was no way that I could take care of it myself. I contacted Jon at professional roofing and explained my situation, he said he would have a crew over the next day. Jon and his crew went above and beyond to not only get rid of our ice dams and clear our roof, but also got rid of a giant ice cycle that was dangerously close to the pipes to our propane tanks. I couldn’t be more impressed and highly recommend professional roofing company of Dover!

Jon Kenyon and and his business (aptly named) Professional Roofing; exceeded our expectations in putting a new roof on our barn! From initial contact, to providing a thorough and detailed quote, and following through replacing an aged and leaking roof; Jon's team proved to be exceptional! Starting with the quote; we were provided a multi page quote outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, satellite photos of the project and detailed CAD drawings of the roof. This was the most detailed quote we received where others sent a single line item quote containing none of the aforementioned details. As nerve wracking as any home improvement project can be, ours was compounded as I had short notice business travel over our scheduled time. Jon and his crew, treated my property as if it were their own. Protecting the building and surrounding area as the removed 2 layers of shingles and an improperly installed metal roof on top. I was provided photos of the progress throughout the project and they completed re-roofing my barn in its entirety in a single day! I came home from my business trip to a beautifully installed new roof and my yard was left as though they had never been there. Professional Roofing was not the least

We've had some serious storms in North Berwick since I had my new roof done last fall but I didn't have to worry a bit. Professional Roofing Company was a joy to work with - Jon and his crew did what they said they would when they said it would be done. Communication was excellent and the work was top quality. They went the extra mile by trimming branches above the roof and doing a great job cleaning up. I heartily recommend them.

Jon, Brittany, all of the staff and roofing crew at Professional Roofing Company made the job on our house a breeze from beginning to end. Jon came out and looked at our roof, took measurements, climbed on the roof to address concerns we had about our skylights, etc... He promptly got back to us with an estimate and answered all of our questions. After deciding to go with his company, which was a no brainer, they were very accommodating in getting us on their schedule and even moved our date up a bit so we could get it done before we opened our pool. The crew itself was totally skilled and professional. It was amazing how they came in and set up everything necessary, did a wonderful job (even fixing an underlying problem we didn't know existed) and completely cleaned the area when they were finished all in one day! You would have never known they were here except we ended up with a beautiful new roof with top of the line GAF shingles and an amazing 50 year shingle warranty/10 year workmanship warranty and all at a very fair price! The Team at Professional Roofing Company is just that, Professional! From the initial contact with the office to meeting the owner on site to discuss my project I was made to feel like I was important. On the day of the installation weather was in the forecast for the following day. The team kept working into the night to finnish the roofing and skylight installation on my house before the weather could arrive. I could not be happier in my choice of roofers and would reccomend Professional Roofing Company to anyone.

Professional roofing helped me decide what type of roofing to use. They schedule everything and communicated every step of the way. A rarity now a days. They arrived bright and early and stayed late. When I say late, it was a 14 hour day. As promised they complete the entire job in one day. That including removing multiple layers of roofing, sheathing, adding insulation, fixing a bathroom vent termination replacing sheathing and a rubber EPDM roof.

Jon and his team did an excellent job! My house needed a new roof and skylights needed to be replaced. Jon came out and explained the whole process. His team came right on time and did an excellent job with great attention to detail. The job was completed in a single day, and the site cleanup was excellent. Overall, I'm thrilled with the work and can't recommend Jon and his team enough.

They were lovely to work with! Very quick responses, kept us up to date on everything they found the day of. Fixed those issues quickly and cleaned up our yard like they were not even there. Speedy, quick and wonderful to work with.

The entire process was so easy. John explained that I really only needed the front of the house done. Really appreciated him being so honest. Very fair price (especially for the quality of the finished product). They arrived right on time. They got right to work. 3 hours later they had stripped the old layer, laid the new shingles, and were gone. Truly not a branch broken on my shrubs or a piece of debris in my yard. Then received a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the end result. Can’t say enough good things. If you don’t call them for at least a quote, you’ll regret it.

From the first meeting (where there was no pressure) to the final installation, everything was handled with precision, timeliness and quality. The roofers were on time, polite and respectful. They worked tirelessly. The whole experience from start to finish was delightful, easy and flawless. The clean up during and after the project was top notch. Everything was left clean and no nails, staples or shingles left behind. I’m super impressed and happy to have this job completed.

Jon and his team came and provided quality installation and service when we needed it most. When you need a new roof you don't have the luxury of time and his team came out in the winter on a 2.5 story colonial in Nottingham and accomplished the task in a day with sunlight to spare. Don't bother calling anyone else call Jon.

They were extremely professional and did an awesome job from start to finish. They arrived at 7:30 this morning and we're gone before 3pm. They took great care in encapsulating our home so as not to damage my flower gardens or our siding. As part of their final cleanup they go around the home with a magnet roller to get any nails that may have been missed on the tarps.(something I've never seen before)

In my past life I was a contractor who built and renovated many homes. I’ve worked with every type of trades person from foundations to roofs. After becoming a real estate agent roof work has stayed in my life with many clients that needed to upgrade or repair roofs over the years. I just replaced a roof on my personal home and the work was done by Jon Kenyon and hands-down it was the best experience I’ve had to-date. Jon is an experienced contractor who actually runs his business like a business, they did what they said they were going to do in the timeframe they said they were going to do it and kept us updated with a high level of communication that you don’t typically see in this industry. To top it all off the projects was on budget! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but my experience was truly that great. I thought I should share my experience so others can benefit! I have already referred Jon Kenyon’s business and will continue to do so. I feel more than comfortable giving out his name to my friends, family and clients.
