I called this company on March 16th needing a contractor to repair some damaged flooring. The guy that answered (didn't get a name) almost immediately asked me to text him (at his office number ) my address and that he would contact me because he wasn't in his office. So I texted him my address. I tried waiting a week or so to see if he'd contact me, all the while my floors are still damaged. To this day, he has never contacted me. I didn't bother trying to contact him again because his actions told me everything I needed to know about how the experience might play out. The word "unprofessional" comes to mind.

After the first phone call, all communication was by text only as requested. I sought a quote for some joist repair on Oct 2. Jason told me the crew was tied up on a job and to text him my address and he would contact me in a week. I waited to hear from him the following week. Nothing. I re-texted my address on the 14th, got no reply. I called Saturday the 17th, no-one answered but received a texted reply stating "text me". I replied that I had texted twice already with no response. He replied he was busy and would contact me in a week. This was unacceptable, and things quickly got ugly. He threatened me with a lawyer unless I stopped "harassing" him OR even if I posted my complaint online. Says he DID respond. I don't consider texts telling me you're busy and will talk to me next week (twice now) to be a proper response, buddy. What I'm looking for in a reputable contractor is an appointment for a damage assessment and quote, not excuses. I will never be a customer, will never recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They did a great job for my Dad's house. Great work, professional and prompt. Jason kept me informed and updated as the work progressed and things were done in a timely fashion. If I lived in Huntsville, I would look no further for a Home Repair Company. Don't take my word for it, call them and meet them yourselves. I'd show the before and after pics but my dad prefers his privacy. Great job Jason, thanks again!

They were very quick to get back to me and very down to earth and polite. I believe this contractor will give you an honest quote and do his best to fix your problems.

Repairs are done and the whole experience was incredible. After calling about 6 contractors to do our work we were extremely frustrated. Not only was it difficult to get someone on the phone but we could not even get any of them to come out or even give a quote. It seems most contractors in the Madison County area care only about quick, expensive, insurance jobs.
So I called Professional Home Repair. Jason the owner contacted me by text because he was in a meeting. My response came in 15 minutes. Everything they did was quick, profession and a very great group of guys. Ivan came out and looked at the repairs needed that same afternoon and I had a quote in hand the next day. They showed up to do the work a few days later and the 3 day job turned into a day and a half!! And we even added an additional project from original work! The work was done perfectly! It was a fantastic experience all around.
If you need repairs done, this is the ONLY number you should ever call.

Mr. Marsden, Jason replaced two windows on the front of my house. Some pieces had to be custom cut which was done on site. Once done you could not tell that they had not been in a millwork shop. It was dark when they finished and I planned to go out the next morning and clean up the sawdust.. When I went out I found they had even swept the sawdust up. Excellent job and I would recommend them without question. JDHI I5-2018
