ProFaster Services did a fantastic job with my chimney/roof leaking problem. Jordy and team were friendly and informative! The work was top quality work and they even tested the work area! Job well done!!

We had a small job of hanging shutters, I reached out and they were quick to respond, showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job! They were appreciative, courteous and kind! I will use them again!

I called Profaster Services about an issue with our bathroom exhaust fan and Jordy was out within an hour. He was so kind, thorough, answered my 50+ questions and even took pictures of the roof and the attic for us to reference. I definitely would recommend and use Profaster Services again!

I needed to repair some cracked stone siding and found Profaster online. I requested a quote and Jordy responded within a few hours. He was over the next day to examine the job and give a very reasonable quote. His crew was on site within a week, and did a very good job!
I have yet to hear from the other companies I requested a quote from.

I purchased a home that needed a complete renovation from bathrooms, kitchen, drywall, floors, woodwork, roofing , windows and more. I had a recommendation to call Profaster and it was the best I made. Jordy promptly returned my call and came over. I made a list of items that needed addressed and Jordy quickly got to work. His crew surpassed my expectations with detail oriented work and excellent outcome. I’m 100% satisfied with Profaster and Jordy’s professionalism.

It is a pleasure to leave five stars for Jordy and Alexis. We employed them to stain our deck, and then later to wash our windows inside and out. They were outstanding, especially with their attention to detail. We have never had contractor who were so careful with our property, punctual, and cleanup. We would not hesitate to employ them in the future and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

AMAZING and 10/10!!! I was needing our chimney rebuilt and requested an estimate on a Friday, and they came out the next day! Jordy did a full estimate for free, took photos to show what needed to be done, and gave a full run down of the work in person. He sent over the estimate four days later. Not only was that estimate quick, it was concise, broke down each piece of work in detail, so we had an exact idea what would need fixing and how that would be executed. The best part about it, it was a great price!
We accepted his estimate and they started the work a week later! Jordy and his crew worked on the chimney for two full days, with the last day being filled with rain. His team knew how to get it done, as they continued all that work under a tarp for more than half the day! They were quiet, courteous, cleaned up all messes, and never asked me or my husband for anything. A few days later, the crew came back out and sealed the chimney.
The work was fantastic as you can see from the before and after photos! We are definitely planning on working with them again in the future, and you should too! You won’t regret it!
