Recently had my roof redone by Prodigy, they worked with me to find what I needed and came to a price that was within good reason. They were able to come out and stripe and replace my roof in a single day. Even replaced my fairly new gutters that they had to remove to redo the roof correctly all within the price that was agreed upon. I had Fernando who was working with me throughout the whole process who was very help and described everything in good detail so that I was not left in the dark about how the process would happen. All in all. The communication and interaction with Fernando and Prodigy was easy and without any problems. I would highly recommend reaching out to Fernando from Prodigy for your roofing and gutter needs

Britton did a great job helping us get our roof replaced. He came out and met with me to review damage, the was here when the inspector came to look at the roof. Once the claim was processed, he was timely in getting our roof replacement scheduled and ensured the job was complete from beginning to end. The crew also did a great job, making sure everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend Prodigy Restoration.

Will had showed up to my house to “check my roof” one day and I am glad I let him! Will told me that I had damage to the roof and other areas of my house. We put the claim in to the insurance company and they tried to low ball the payout for repair. I felt defeated as this was the second time the insurance company had done this to me. Will reassured me that he would go to bat for me and try to get everything that was needed to get a full replacement done. Will just asked that I trust him. The insurance company sent someone out to inspect my roof and Will was there through the whole process. He was here every day through the process making sure it was done to our satisfaction. Will and Prodigy made sure my home was left far better than they found it. I now have upgraded impact resist shingles, gutters, and a much cheaper insurance premium. Prodigy has set an unbelievable standard and I am blessed that they came to my home!

Prodigy replaced my roof on an insurance claim. They replaced my roof and guttering. Nick was great as well as honest. He was on top of the whole process. He gave me proper information for filing 2 part claim. They did a great job from start to finish. We love our new roof and guttering. Outstanding job!

Beau was super helpful with navigating the insurance claim to make sure our new roof was replaced and brought up to current building codes. The team was professional and all repairs were done with care. We only had a minor roof damage from the tornado, but it still qualified for replacement with the hail damage.

I just want to share. If you’re like me (an older female) not sure what to do or who to call about your roof. Don’t worry or wander any longer. Prodigy Restoration is just absolutely awesome. I didn’t have to even call my insurance. They have a great man in Beau Waller he total took care of everything and he worked with my insurance company, keeping me in the email loop so I knew everything that was happening. The roofers found an area that had leaked a couple of years ago. I forgot to mention it to them. They reinforced that weakened areas and informed me about it, which is so impressive because I didn’t even tell them about it. I have a beautiful roof and new gutters and they work so quickly even when solar panels are involved (as with my roof) they are fully equipped and able to take care of all needs that that my insurance company requested to be done. Even power washing and restraining my fence and even added extras that I wanted done at no extra charge. Thank you Beau. Beau has become more like a trusted friend I would advise everyone to call on him for your roofing needs. He’s so awesome. Thank you so much Beau.

Devin is the best! We had another roofing company that we were very far in the process with but they became unresponsive so we had to find a new company. Devin was so much more thorough than the first company was, and got us literally double the amount from insurance to cover our repairs. He checked in multiple times along the process to make sure we were happy with the work being done and make any changes we requested. He also recommended some other contractors to us for other home things we wanted done and everyone he sent our way was wonderful to work with.

We needed a new roof, so my friend recommended prodigy. Literally they blew my mind on how steadfast they were in working with my very reluctant insurance company. They were absolutely amazing! Most companies would have just submitted to the insurance company and moved on. Prodigy went back to the insurance company multiple times to save me more money and get things taken care of appropriately. When the insurance company asked for more pictures or additional information they did it IMMEDIATELY. They kept me in the loop at all times, yet I didn’t have to do anything to speed up my claim- they did EVERYTHING. I didn’t know this company before, but I HIGHLY recommend them. You will be flummoxed by their diligence.

He was able to get the maximum allowable to roof and fix all hail damage to my house. Prodigy explained everything they were going to do before the work began. Hire this group! This is by far the best company with which I have ever worked! All work was completed quickly and efficiently with extreme attention to every detail.
