ProCraft did a great job on my home's exterior. I have received several compliments. The work primarily consisted of roofing, siding, windows, facia and the addition of a stone facade. ProCraft aims to please and the appearance of my home demonstrates this. Chris and Kevin are professional and very good to work with.

I suffered roof damage from hurricane Ian. I have never worked with an insurance company coordinating such a major repair job before. I was very leery of scams and worried about low payouts from insurance due to improper explanations from a company justifying necessary repair work. The people I spoke with at Procraft had prior experience working as insurance filed adjustors and extensive roofing experience. They were extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable about roofing repair, hurricane damage and the entire insurance process. They took the time to walk me step by step through the insurance claim process and gave me the most thorough explanation of how the entire process works. I could not have been happier with the customer help and specific, detailed attention I received. I did not receive nearly this kind of specific attention and customer service from other companies I obtained repair estimates from.

Kevin came out and checked my roof for hail damage. He was here when the Insurance folks were accessing the damage. His expertise with roofing and the insurance process was very helpful. I took his recommendations for roof vents and shingle color which was spot on. The roofing crew was great, efficient, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned up well after themselves. All in all my roof looks great! Good job.
