Proaccess Roofing

OMG our roof was done a little over six months ago. We experienced the tornado two days ago in Conyers on April 2 with 115 mile an hour winds. 8 trees were torn down along with our fences and outdoor shed but none of the shingles were removed or damaged and the roof remains intact! Secondly, Mr. Sandoval is ALWAYS available and takes calls. He is also gentle and very kind. This company overall gets five stars!

This was the best customer experience I have had. Sandy was a gift to work with and his team. I had my roof replaced by another company who I found out after 30 yrs was out of business. Receive notification and me warranty was gone. Google and found proaccess. What a blessing. I needed to get my skylights replaced. Sandy came out inspected the situation. Scheduled the replacement due to bad weather we had to reschedule. They came and even cleaned up. I could not even tell they that they were there. Would highly recommend the to anyone for roofing needs.

Harrison is the man. He walked us through step by step and made it easy for us. We requested him to come by after installation to double check for nails with metal sweeper and he happily came by next day. Roof looks great and would recommend them to anyone.

Proaccess was professional and provided great customer service throughout the whole process. I have experienced trial after trial the last couple of months, and was overwhelmed when a storm damaged my roof. A leaflet was left on my mailbox soliciting repairs for my roof which at the time had a missing shingle over the garage. Someone came out and gave a quote only to not return to do the repair that was agreed upon. I was given the excuse of the weather not being great when it had only rain the initial appointment and not the 2nd and 3rd times I was given. I personally thought the job was too small and the contractor had bigger jobs that took priority over my small job, which if the case, the gentlemen should have not agreed and not left me thinking the repair would be done. This was very unprofessional especially since you solicit me for business. I hope they don't do all of their customers this way.

Will and Zack were both friendly and professional. I love the new roof. It looks incredible. I would use the company again if I needed to. Highly recommend them!!!!!

They did a good job. The gutter guards were damaged doing instillation, but company replaced them. Only complaint was we didn’t always know when someone was showing up to work on them.

Process Roofing is an incredible company. The customer service was excellent. I had 5 other companies that couldn't get the insurance company to repair my roof and they got it done. They walked us through the process step by step and was always knowledgeable. The day of the install was a breeze. The crew showed up on time and knocked the job out in one day. These guys knocked it out of the park from start to finish. Beginning with the initial contact with Brian to sweeping up the last nail. Shingles were delivered on time, workers arrived on time and worked hard all day, the job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend this company if you need your roof replaced. I couldn't be happier.

Jonathan was our sales consultant and did wonderful with getting the roof replacement approved by the insurance company. All was great and they let me know what was going on each step of the way. The roof was installed with no issues and looks great!

They were on top of everything. I agreed to let them inspect my roof and I didn't have to do any work other than file a claim. They were there with the insurance inspector, hassled them about payment, I just sit back and let my roof get worked on. I would like to thank William Davis (Director), Joshua Craig (Sales Consultant) and their entire installation team for changing out our beleaguered roof shingles for a the beautiful black sable colored roof you see in the attached photos.

Proaccess Roofing were installing the third roof in my subdivision, at my immediate neighbors, when Joshua stopped by. After a free roof inspection, William filed a (wind damage) claim with our insurance company. Proaccess Roofing worked with the insurance company for a few days, returning one more time, then the insurance company agreed to pay for the roof replacement. A week and a half later, we had a beautiful new roof installed.

We have a heavily landscaped garden surrounding the house, but the installation team caused virtually no plant damage, and did a perfect job cleaning up after themselves. Work started around 7AM, and the job was completed by 8PM. We have a fairly large roof.

The Proaccess Team were very professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The installation team appeared very skilled, and took great care of our property. A very impressive operation! I would recommend you consider Proaccess Roofing for all your roofing needs!
