Everyone that we dealt with was wonderful, the garage looks amazing, (we had it resided). We would absolutely recommend them.. We also had our house insulated a few years ago by Gunner, I only wish that they would have been around when we had our house resided.

It's astonishing what the Gunner team can accomplish in just a couple of days. Our insulation project was a heavy lift, but Dain and the crew handled it with skill and professionalism, and even though it was messy work, they were neat about it. When we get around to insulating other parts of our house, we will be sure to give them a call, and we won't hesitate to recommend Gunner to others.

I work for Complete Construction of Mpls. We work with Dain and Gunner Insulation a lot! He is always friendly, quick to respond, and helps us figure out the best way to solve any insulation concerns.

Gunner has done multiple jobs for us and they've all turned out great. We just had my parents' attic insulated, and my mom said the house was cleaner than it was before after they left. 10/10 recommend working with Dain and Gunner Insulation.

Garrett and Tyler performed the insulation install explaining everything that they did. Gotta say, all interactions were 5-star and I will be having them out in the future for some additional work I need done. Great job all!

After a remodel we needed an insulation update. Gunner was great. Rusty explained everything really well, including rebate opportunities. Our installers Garett & Tyler were professional and very nice. Explained each step and made sure to cover our flooring. Would highly recommend.

Had blown in and spray foam insulation done to my garage by Don, Denise, Kevin and Tylor. They did an excellent job. They pay attention to details, and left the job looking better than when they arrived. Gunner was easy to work with. They answer the phone, arrived on time, and were reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend Gunner. Josh was great at communicating the quote, the team in the office were super helpful and knew what they were doing. Insulation day went as planned and the two installers were very polite and were considerate and tried to be as quiet as they could while I was working in the next room.

I received a recommendation from my realtor for Gunner Insulation. I contacted Josh Storz and he came to my place that same week for an estimate. He gave multiple, no pressure options for the insulation projects. He was available by cell phone when I had questions. I was able to take the time I needed to decide which option was best and ask Josh many clarifying questions. He acted respectfully, gave honest answers and support during each encounter. Denise and Don were the insulation installers. Friendly, informative, did a thorough job in the estimated time frame. They also cleaned up afterwards which was much appreciated. Great to work with this team.

I wish I could give Gunnar a full 5 stars since they were wonderful to work with for 85% of our reinsulation project. The inspection and estimate process, price, scheduling and coordinating with other contractors, help securing rebates, and the insulation removal by Tyler and Kenny were all fantastic.

The day of insulation, they missed 2 line items on the estimate and the guy who came to install the forgotten roof vents dripped tar on our patio. He didn’t alert us before leaving so we discovered it by stepping in it. I don’t regret using them, they just needed a close eye on site.

I reached out to Gunner to get a bid. They were great to work with, had someone to my house by the next day and came in $1400 lower than any other bid.
I was in a rush to get the insulation done before the drywall people showed up, which was only three working days later. Gunner has someone to my house the next day. Don and Denise are the two who worked on our house did a fantastic job. They walked through my basement with me and listened to things I was concerned about, and areas I especially wanted to make sure were insulated with a little extra spray.
They were very thorough in the preparation as they taped everything off before starting. I was so happy with the finished results. They worked hard for many hours to finish the job the same day. The cleaned up the area so thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Gunner Insulation and Don and Denise if you're thinking about doing spray insulation. I researched the fiberglass insulation, the rockwool insulation, and spray insulation. There's no comparison. Spray insulation is the way to go.

Gunner insulation stands by their work. We had them out a couple years ago and they came back for a correction. Completely backed up their work. Great company to do business with.

The crew that did the insulation in our garage were awesome - professional- timely - detailed - and the forman was a Vet - it’s awesome that Gunners employs vets.

Rusty from Gunnar, and crew, were great. We re-did the blow in insulation in our 1965 house attic in the Metro. They protected surfaces and used poly plastic to save the walls, left the house interior and yard exterior to their truck clean. Mark & Molly in the office were also good to interact with. Would recommend!

I called Gunner insulation about a spray foam job for a friend's basement. Rusty and his crew were super professional and responsive. I had four companies estimate the job and Gunner was among the most competitive. The job scheduling process was flexible and the install crew was excellent... Showed up on time, respectful, and efficient. Best of all, the job was perfect - no low spots, they cut the overspray, and cleaned the job site. It was hard to even find any foam shreds. Sometimes you just go with that gut feeling and I'm so grateful that I did. Will definitely use them next time!

I built a very important Pole Barn to me. These guys spray foamed the walls and did blown- in insulation in the attic. out of every contractor that I’ve dealt with on this build, Gunner was the most straightforward, ethical easy-going and professional company that I have dealt with. They did a very thorough job , and was the most competitive priced. I inquired with a couple different Insulation companies and Gunner beat out the competition in every way of the process. Highly recommend.

Everything about the process was super easy, Rusty came out and gave me an estimate, that day I was able to schedule to have someone come out 2 days later and get the job done. Tyler and Wyatt did an awesome job, and made quick work of everything. We had a ton of dryer lint all over the place in the attic from the previous owner, and they were able to get it cleaned up for us in no time as well. I would definitely recommend Gunner Insulation in the future!

Dain at Gunner Insulation makes things happen better than any one could dream possible and does everything to work around your schedule!!!

Gunner was initially really great to work with and my contact Josh was very responsive. After the work was completed, I had a few concerns over the work that was done and reached out to have them addressed. After a call outage that caused my original voicemail to be missed I was able to get a hold of Josh to come check things out, which he did. He said he'd get back to me a few days later but I ended up having to reach out again after a week had gone by. Finally about 2 weeks later I got a call from the office to have them fill our insulation to the promised level. Happy with the fix to this, but still waiting to hear back about my other issue after a few follow ups. They installed vent shoots for ventilation that appear to lead to a dead end and therefore are not providing ventilation. I specifically chose this company as they work on ventilation in attics, but this is the one issue they have seemingly failed to address or at least send someone to inspect to assure me that the issue was addressed properly.

Gunner was phenomenal at not only squeezing us into a busy season but was very prompt and responsive with everything. Every employee was very friendly and considerate. I would 100% recommend them.

A different company spray foamed my walkout basement last year and all of it had to be removed (the original company screwed up and was not taking responsibility). The people at Gunner saved the day. The owner, Dain, helped form a plan to fix the issues and found someone who could remove the existing spray foam insulation with dry ice blasting. After removal, Don and Denise came in and applied new spray foam insulation. They did a fantastic job! Communication was excellent throughout the process. Every time I called in someone, usually Molly, picked up the phone and either answered my questions or had someone call me back promptly. Dain and his team really went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank them enough!

Very honest and skilled team, they helped me identify some drafty spots and other places where insulation really made a difference, and they were very honest and fair on billing and job scope. Very refreshing to deal with them in today’s landscape, would recommend.

If you need something insulated this is the company you want. We have a very old home that's had 3 different additions from three different time periods. It was a mess up there! Justin with Gunner Insulation definitely came through and did an amazing job. Great communication from the tech (Justin) and from the office. The job was done well and I could tell the difference after day one! On top of great customer service and doing a quality job they're pricing was beyond reasonable. I am a do-it-yourself guy and after crunching the numbers this just made way more sense to have the pros do it and get it done quick and right. Definitely give these guys a call, I'll be referring them to all my other customers in the future.

As a contractor I have used lots of insulation companies over the years. Gunner was fantastic to work with. They actually answer the phone in person every single time I call. They got out to do a bid within a few days of requesting one, and because I had a top side outdoor closed cell job they juggled other jobs around to accommodate the weather. This was the first job I ever used them for and they treated me like I was their best customer. I will only be using them from now on and myself as a contractor and my wife as a realtor will only be recommending them from now on. I cannot say enough good about them.

Great service and reasonably priced. Bill and Dain were very quick to assess our problem in the attic within a day of contacting them. The guys (Justin & Kenny) that came to blow in the insulation were very respectful and even cleaned up after they were done with the job.

Customer service is very poor. I chatted via text with a Mike from Gunner for estimate and for his team or tech to come out for an estimate. Gave him name and address. This took place on 8/5. It’s now 9/5 and still got no one out to my place for an estimate. I got the excuse well “Schedule is pretty full, if I get someone it'll probably be late in the day. ”. That was in 8/14…I do live further up north but if you can’t commit at least let me know instead of ghosting me smh. If you’re looking for best customer service and staff who treats their business like a real business and put customer first reach out to Century Insulation. Ryan from Century showed up like he said he would.

Gunner got me in within a couple weeks (estimation & attic venting). Eddie was very knowledgeable about attic venting & explained things in terms I could understand. The installers were efficient & did the job within 6 hours! The job supervisor even came for a visit which was very cool. All were friendly, kind, and helpful. They were also very reasonable for the work done- low cost & quality work all in 1. Gunner was all around awesome!

If you want spray foam done right the first time these are the people to call! I had an Isanti MN based company ( NOT Brian's) do spray foam on my new shop in 2021. I let him tell me it was a good job and up to par. It was not. I knew nothing about spray foam. I saw what good foam is supposed to look like and contacted him with my issues. Lots of back and forth Yada Yada blah blah blah. Long story short I hired Gunner to fix his terrible spray foam application. Gunner did a fantastic job. I am very impressed with the quality of their work. They had a tough job to cover up and went above and beyond my expectations. Don't bother calling the company that " lives forever", just call Gunner. Specifically Don and Denise are the crew that did my job. The yellow foam in my pictures is the 1st company. The picture with the pink and blue is a thermal image of the job the 1st guy did. Pink good, blue bad. I can't recommend GUNNER highly enough. I will never recommend the other guy.

We had a great experience with the Gunner Insulation Company. We had to improve the attic insulation and bring it up to code. The difference in temperature is already noticeable after the first hot days of the season, and we hope for less heat escape and icicles during the winter. In our garage the existing old fiberglass batts were removed and part of them was replaced. Ed was friendly and knowledgeable, assessed the problems, gave us advice, and the very reasonable estimate was sent within hours. The estimate was by far the best compared to the other 2 companies we contacted for the same work and we did not have to pay a penny more after the work was done. The work crew, Joe, Ricardo and Kevin (?), were very friendly, approachable, explained everything, worked fast and left the house and the garage cleaner than they found it. Molly, Kat and Matt in the office were friendly, polite and very helpful. We would recommend the Gunner Insulation Company to anybody with high confidence.

Gunner sealed our attic and added additional cellulose insulation to bring our attic up to an R-60. They were great to work with, super nice folks and a more than fair price. I truly expected to pay double what they charged, and was pleasantly surprised at how low the bill was, basically a no-brained to get it done.

We also had them fill the cavities between floors that we’d opened up as part of a remodeling project.

The crew was on time, worked fast, was nice to work with and left the house as clean as when they got here. Couldn’t have been more impressed.

The ultimate test has been how well the insulation is performing. It’s basically night and day from what we had previously. The upstairs of our 111-year old house used to get unbearably hot or super cold and drafty. It’s now totally pleasant and the temperature doesn’t fluctuate nearly as much. Both the downstairs and upstairs have stayed within one degree or so of each other since we had the insulation improved, which is fantastic.

Denise and her team were fantastic! Right on time, friendly, fast, and cleaned up. They installed spray foam insulation in our basement. I can't wait to enjoy the energy savings and increased warmth in winter. :)

Gunner was awesome I would hire them again for insulation again. They removed old insulation first then they sprayed 2 inches of closed cell foam in my attic then blew in cellulose insulation to a depth that equals R50 total. My only complaint was that a uninvited worker came in to use the toilet and surprised and embarrassed my mother due to her being in her pajamas still. Otherwise the work was done as expected and when I had concerns they came out right away to address those concerns. Obviously they take pride in their work. I would hire them again very nice to work with.

Outstanding. Did a great job insulating the walls on a 1903 farmhouse. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. Clean work, neat and simply did an excellent job. Highly recommend. Thank you Don and Denise - certified installers!

I really enjoyed working with the folks at Gunner. Ed came out to my house twice to look at our attic and answer my questions about the insulation job...as well as answering several questions over the phone. Kat was a big help in scheduling and then rescheduling when snow forced us to change plans. The crew that arrived did a great job: Denise, Don, and Mitch the first day then Denise, Don, Joe, and Trey the second day, they were all delightful to have in our home and we really appreciate their hard work.

I had a really great experience with everyone from Dain who gave me the original quote to Kat in the office to the team on-site doing the work. The removal of old insulation in the installation of new spray foam insulation and loose attic insulation completely fixed my ice dam issues. A great team!

We had Gunner Insulation out this morning to insulate our attic. We had an estimator out Wednesday, a quote on Thursday and the work done on Friday - amazing timeline! The guys were also fantastic! They arrived on-time, explained the process and helped us understand our ventilation issues. They finished the job in a couple of hours. We are very happy and will refer business their way.

I had insulation put in my attic. They removed the old insulation, which was water damaged, and installed new insulation. They replaced all vents and insulated around them. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely recommend them.

Gunner Insulation did blown insulation in my attic and spray foam in one exterior wall and all my basement rim joists. Two different crews were here, one for blow-in and one for spray foam. All of them did a great job. Pricing was transparent, the quote process was easy, and their office staff was friendly and competent. They answered a ton of questions patiently and honestly. We had to reschedule a couple times due to illness in my family and they were great about working me back in to their schedule. They even explained how to keep my pet safe from fumes during the spray foam cure. They were very conscientious about protecting storage shelves in the basement with plastic, and left both jobsites reasonably clean. The attic workers diagnosed a fascia leak I wasn't aware of that was dripping slowly into my kitchen, which saved me a ton of heartache and repair as I'd just had the roof done and repaired a bunch of water damage, so that work would have been immediately and silently ruined by drips behind that wall. They made my house not just warm, but went above and beyond to help it stay dry and avoid future problems. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had Gunner come in to spray foam hot roof compliant insulation along with some standard batting in a large space. From the start, the sales contact Ed was friendly and transparent with the pricing. Patrick and Charlie were my installers and were super kind, personable, introduced themselves by name first thing, and explained the spray foam curing process & what we could expect post spraying. They also left the job site really clean once done and sprayed really cleanly. I was impressed. The Gunner quote was the lowest price I got (by almost 50% compared to 2 others) but the service and experience were great. Would definitely recommend.

We moved into a home that we found out had very little insulation in our attic which made hot days, extremely hot for us and cold days, extremely cold. It was like our A/C was doing nothing for us upstairs and we ran space heaters on the really cold days. After they installed we noticed a difference immediately that day (a hot day) and our A/C doesn’t have to be set as high and doesn’t run as long as it would. They were clean, professional and very efficient. Soooo happy with the results!

Bill is a straight-talking good guy who followed through on every promise and showed up every time he said he would. I hired Gunner to insulate a Cabin/Tiny House that my wife and I had bought and were finishing off the interior. From start to end, the people at Gunner were tremendous. I met the crew at our place in Wisconsin, showed them what needed to be done, and they went to work. I came back later that evening to check on things and to my surprise; the place was clean, neat, and tidy. No mess left behind at all! If it wasn't for the green foam insulation (and the noticeable sound/temperature difference inside) you would have never known they were there. I was expecting a mess to clean up and instead, it was left broom clean! Just very impressed with that. I would highly recommend Gunner to others!
