Pro Wash

Preparing to sell our house. Two relators told us we needed a new roof. I knew the roof was not that old so we hired Mineral Area Pro Wash. The roofing shingles look great. They were black. Now they are white again as they should be. They also power washed all of our concrete walkways and the drive way. The results look fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone needing similar work done.

We had dark algae streaks on the north side of our roof. The quote let us know the process they would use to remedy this, including what they would do to protect surrounding vegetation, which was great to have included. They stayed in touch by email, reminding of the appointment and anything we should do to have the area protected. Mineral Area Pro Wash has our roof looking practically new! They got us scheduled quickly and showed up on the day they said they would. We will use them again should we find another need.

Mineral Area Pro Wash did a great job from start to finish. I had the quote within a few hours of my request. We were able to add on our brick sidewalks easily. The crew that came to wash our house was friendly and did a good job. The rain ended things on our scheduled day, but they returned the next day to finish the job. We love our new, clean look. The crud on the eavestroughs is gone, along with the dirt, spiderwebs, etc. Thanks!

Mineral Area Pro Wash is a professional cleaning company we have used for years on our buildings, windows and parking lots. They do an excellent job! Mineral Area also puts up our Christmas lights and comes back to take them down. They purchase the lights of your choice and totes for storage. Mineral Area Pro Wash did an awesome job power washing our home. Our home is now spotless! Besides the great service they offer, I must also add that they take the safety of their employees and your home very seriously. On the day of our scheduled service the weather was not cooperating at all. It was quite windy and raining with occasional flashes of lightning. Rather than quickly doing a less than perfect job in dangerous conditions, the owner, Curtis Turner, elected to postpone the service for a couple of days. I was impressed by this wise decision, and his crew arrived on the rescheduled date (2 days later) to complete a flawless job. I highly recommend this business!

Have used this service twice. They are very polite and accommodating. I have extensive landscaping and they go out of their way to protect my plants and animals. We power wash regularly but it’s nothing like having it professionally done. They make your house look new!

3 years ago we had this company come out and clean our house, porches, deck, (that included a sun room) and the driveway and walks. They did an outstanding job. They are professional and know what they are doing. It is a soft gentle wash on the vinyl siding, not this power wash stuff that you hear about with other companies. We decided to do this every 2 years, but then we all know what happened in 2020 with the pandemic! Had them out this week and again, they did a fantastic job. The team that did it this year was Will and Jake and just like before exceptional people to work with. Now I have decided this will be a yearly thing just because of how beautiful they make our house and property shine! Thank you so much for being the kind of great company that we can trust. We have used Mineral Area Pro Wash every spring for at least 6 years. Last summer during COVID my husband and I had extra time off and thought we could tackle power spraying our lakeside home and concrete ourselves.
