Randy did my mom’s roof 15 years ago, as well as a couple of her neighbors, and has been kindly repairing my own slate shingles for years.

He just replaced the entire roof with asphalt and we couldn’t be happier. His crew is professional and kind, organize and tidy—and even went above and beyond to move the dumpster for my neighbors party.

He informed me that the damaged piece was called the gable capping. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work that was performed and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.

My experience was just like all the other 5 star reviews. Randy was a true, honest professional in all regards. He was upfront, knowledgeable, friendly, and did not over price the job. He pointed out other issues seen in the attic and gave products and instructions on how to diy repairs, while diagnosing a leak in the roof. He also did one additional small fix for a second small leak by caulking on the roof without additional charge. I would recommend ProTech to anyone in the area!

From the initial consultation until completion, Protech provided me with honesty and validated any information provided with before and after pictures and reviewed each picture to ensure I had a full understanding. Roof replacements are costly and I felt confident with my decision to use Protech and am very pleased with the new roof!

HIGHLY recommended! Randy is the only person I would call for exterior repairs. He replaced the roof of a previous house and installed new gutter guards on my current home. Very reasonably priced work and above all, honesty. Some people will try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge but Randy gives you knowledge and tells you how to save money on repairs. My roof needed fixing and my back porch was damaged from a very bad storm. Pro Tech Improvements was recommended to me from another customer. I had to get 3 written estimates for my insurance company. I choose Pro Tech Improvements because, 1st, they were recommended and 2nd they came close to the budget the insurance company gave me. They completed the job in the time frame they stated and showed up on time every day for work. They cleaned up behind themselves, which was very important to me. First rate, great quality work, on time and at a fair price. Mr. Randy Wills's personable, professional demeanor and sensible suggestions made him the best choice for my roof repair. A tree had smashed into the eave and knocked all sorts of boards loose too. I liked the marked company trucks, Mr. Wills's availability, and I especially liked that he presented a written estimate and contract with photos and warranty. I'm amazed and pleased at how quickly, yet thoroughly the job was completed. Not only did it look like it never happened but also, Randy took $150 off the final bill because they didn't have to replace, and actually were able to restore this partially crushed old metal attic vent! And when the job was done, Pro Tech was concerned with any questions and followed-up afterwards. I fielded six different visits and, by far, Randy's was the most reasonable, intelligent, and reassuring. I highly recommend this company. ⛈.

We went with Pro Tech Improvements to have some loose gutters reattached to the side of our home. Randy came on site for an estimate. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and gave details on why the repair work would be better than the original. The repair was done just as described and already looks much better than before.

Randy is our go-to person for siding and roofing repairs, and just about anything that is high up and needs to be done right. On this most recent visit, Randy re-hung a shutter that had blown off in high winds, checked all our other shutters, installed a metal cage over our third floor dryer vent to keep nesting birds out, and re-sealed around all the vent pipes on our roof. This was our third visit from Randy in the past three years. During an earlier visit that included broken window glass from one of our children, Randy recommended an excellent company to do the glass repair. As homeowners who like to keep our house nice, Randy is our must-have partner in keeping everything in good repair.
