Pro Shingle Roofing

My mobile home is 1,280 square feet with a straight roof. The insurance company paid for the roof and some of the inside damages from limbs going through the roof. I had three holes in my roof. I like my new roof but I never thought it would cost $5,636.51. That was the complete insurance check plus my $500.00 deductible. The roof for this mobile home shouldn't have been more than $3,800.00. So therefore I'm paying out of my own pocket to remodel the inside. As a single woman I'm really frustrated with being taken advantage of. I'm really disappointed in Pro Shingle Roofing.

They replaced the roof on our church, painted the steeple that other people couldn’t do and did it all with little to no interruption of the day school or church activities!

Roof looks great. Had a big rain the day following and no leaks! Jerry was very on top of things. Answered all my many questions with patience. Reason for 4 and not 5 stars: Was told Monday but the shingles didn't arrive in time, told one day but they had to come back a couple of more hours the next day and took a little longer to clear the driveway so we had to park on the street for two days (no real biggy). Overall, I would use them again.

I want to say many thanks to Walter Hopper in the process of getting my new roof. He was very knowledgeable about hail damage on roofs. I got approved for new roof and got new skylight dome. Thanks to Pro Shingle for doing a great job on the roof! They cleaned up very professional.

I was selling my house & had a new roof installed a few weeks before it was to go on the market. The install seemed to be fine, except the workers kept at it until 10:00 p.m. at night, disturbing the neighbors & my kids/newborn baby. We had several issues post installation, that they kept saying would subside. My inspection reports from the buyer had issues with the roof installation. After coming out twice to do actual repairs that were needed/sited, they tried to force me to say I would not call them back out at all. I refused to say that, just that I wouldn't as long as there were no further issues. Now 5 months later the new buyer is having the same issues with the roof, nail pops.

You can't go wrong with ProShingle. Jerry is the most attentive person. He gets the job done, keeps you informed, stops to answer your questions, etc. I could go on. I highly recommend.
