My home flooded the weekend after Christmas due to all the rain. Called on SERVPRO to help with removing water from my floor. Their demeanor changed when I would not allow them to tear out walls and rip up carpet and padding and also when I told them it was self pay instead of an insurance claim. They stayed about 40 minutes and did not even knock a dent in the water that was in my floors and home. We even had to ask them to come back inside because water was still pooling around our feet. The flood was bad enough to deal with but to have to deal with horrible service on top of that made it worse. Would not recommend calling on SERVPRO when experiencing water in your home!

Professional, organized, accessible, and super nice guys and gals. Highly recommend these folks for water damage restoration or any other service they provide. They went above and beyond for me.

5 days before Christmas we come home to water flowing out of the garage. Located the issue and got the water turned off. Called ServPro and within the hour about 15 fans and several dehumidifiers were in my kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and bathroom. As of today, 1/15/25, all flooring, drywall and baseboards have been removed and reconstruction begins. The first thing I was told by Wesley was “this is a process but we will take care of you”. He told the truth! All the guys have been amazing! Richard is the one that I dealt with daily. He was extremely helpful and patient with me asking questions. Let me start off by saying this, they get the job done! My water heater flooded my home and I called them. They came straight out to my house over a hour away. Robbie, Briar and Woods were very professional and friendly they did everything they could do to make sure I was satisfied.

Our home had a kitchen fire in july 2023. There was also fire damage to other rooms. Our house insurance company recommended we call and use Servpro. We did contact Servpro as recommended. Now, more than 13 months later, our kitchen renovation is still not completed; we’ve had no plan or timetable discussed with us on addressing the other areas of the house still needing renovation; and most of our furniture, household items and clothing remains in storage with Servpro. We are quite frustrated as well as tired of “ camping out” in our home, waiting to hear if a work person is coming, or what the next objective is with a timeline. We desperately need our home renovations to be completed, and correctly done, asap.
However, we do wish to be complimentary of Ms Theresa and her team who came in the initial weeks to pack up our fire-torn home. Their work was professional; Theresa was always in touch with us on their planned work schedule; and they treated our home and belongings with respect during a most emotionally charged time for us.
Please, please…. Get our work addressed and completed, with a return of our furniture and other belongings.

Greg, Earl, Tristin, & Robbie came to our rescue when we had mold growing under our home. They were very professional and respectful. They kept us updated on how long the process would take and even showed us pictures of the work they were doing. These guys come highly recommended by us.

Earl, Greg and Robbie were very courteous, professional and prompt. Each day they arrived when they said they would. Cleanup and removal was great. I would definitely use them again.

Woods and Briar took great care of my home, had a hot water leak into my bedroom, they came in and dried and cleaned everything up and was always on time. Great guys, you want them on your team!!

My 4 yr old clogged up our toilet and it runs so it ran all over the floor in our bathroom, closet, and bedroom. Within an hour we had Briar over and he single handedly ripped out the carpet in our closet and bedroom. He set up the machines to get the moisture out of the rooms and left us feeling (though stressed out about the damage) confident in a full "recovery" of our property. Today I had two SERVPRO guys clean my attic after a new roof left much debris. Wesley and Big Chris were assigned to this job. They brought all the equipment needed and completed the job in record time. I would highly recommend SERVPRO for any big cleaning job.

Come home at midnight with a burst pipe and water damage. We Called Servpro. Greg and Earl arrived at 2 AM and began removing the water and cleaning up. Life savers!! One of my properties were damaged during the snow and I tell you this group of guys did an outstanding job! They saved the floors and carpet. Outstanding job! I had to call on ServPro twice for service on a water leak damage claim to a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Dylan and Kirk came both times to handle the job. Both of these gentlemen were very kind and professional, answering all my questions and handling all my concerns. Their service was especially attentive to the needs of my daughter with autoimmune health issues. They deserve recognition for their complete and timely good work! Shout out also to managers David and Robbie for their roles in the project direction, as both of them saw to the progression of the cleanup and took the stress off me to work with my insurance adjuster. There’s a good group of people at Servpro Southaven, a company you can trust. I highly recommend them!

I would give 10 stars if it would allow me to. These are the best folks I have ever run into better than my own insurance company. They were professional., They are polite, and absolutely went above the call of duty. I would recommend these people anytime anyplace anywhere.

We had the unfortunate event of our hot water heater busting in our attic. We called Servpro and Nathan and his team flew to our rescue. Not only Natthan but Frank's crew, Greg, and Earl saw to it that we got back to some sense of normalcy. They were helpful and eased our worries!! I hope we don't have to, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!! Great job!!!

Greg and J were great! Very thorough and proactive. Greg was extremely proactive regarding certain things he felt needed to be done and made sure they got approval to have them done same day. Very thankful! Moe and his partner were also very helpful with explaining things while they were here on the initial day setting up.

The girls were very nice and did a fantastic job. The team leader was Mandy and her team consisted of Rebecca, Jackie and Serenity. They were very professional but in a very friendly way. They did a great job cleaning and getting rid of the smoke smell. I highly recommend them.

Fred, delvin & derome were so amazing! All the water is gone and they did everything it took including many checks, rechecks, 8 fans and multiple section removal of ceiling and walls. They cleaned up everything and got my things safe and out of the way for me too. Highly recommend servepro!!! They also came THE NIGHT we found out about the water damage!!! Amazing!

CJ and his team showed up mere hours after the first call (pretty impressive with how far out I live). They came in and immediately got to work removing damaged floor and getting equipment set up to get the house dried out. I can't say enough good things about CJ and his team from their professional attitudes, promptness, helpfulness, and constant communication regarding the process. It's never fun having your house turned into a swimming pool, but CJ and his team did a fantastic job making the process as stress free as possible.

They were contracted to deep clean the facilities kitchen. Theresa, Terrie and Erma did an excellent job. Ryan was great from start to finish. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a company that does what they say and are on time and communicates with you.

The tornado of January 2020 left our house needing extensive repairs. Nathan and his team showed up promptly to attend to our needs. They were professional and did a great job packing, labeling, and storing the contents of our entire house. They stored our things in an optimal condition for 16 months while repairs were completed. Nathan was always very accommodating if we needed to get things from storage. The crew was very nice and attentive and willing to help. I would highly recommend this business and would use them again in the future. They made a stressful time much easier.

This company is most disappointing. Our Church used their servieces at the request of our Insurance Adjuster. The work took 5 months to complete, the contacts were not responsive, workers were rude and they even attempted to bill us twice for the same repairs. I will not recommend this company for anyone to utilize - neither will the insurance company suggest them as a contractor. If i could reduce the star rating to 0 stars, that would be my rating.

Water heater upstairs busted and downstairs flooded in kitchen. They came in within an hour of being called and got busy fast! Greg, Brian, Cedric, D’Angelo and Will were courteous, polite and very hard workers. They made sure they cut away all of the wet Sheetrock and cleaned up before they left. They returned the next morning and did more work. Greg returned 2 more days and completed the water removal as best he could. He was on time every day and always asked if we had more questions. I would definitely recommend ServPro to anyone!

Worst service ive ever experienced with this company called servpro, after a fire weeks went by without any progress midway thru job. On site representative was a bold face liar that talked down to myself and the owners of the house. Was told seversl times about several issues and still lied at every turn. Would not reccomend servpro in desoto county for ANYTHING ! Left a mess when they finally finished and continued to lie up until the last dealings were complete. Dont know how they could stsy in business with representatives dealing with customers in this fashion. We could have had a complete house built in the time it took to do the repairs. Literally weeks went by between any work being done after they started,
Pitiful service and they tried to cut corners at every chance they got to pad their own pockets. Would not reccomend at all.

We had a water leak that damaged a large portion of our hardwood floors. In addition, there was sheetrock and ceiling staining and water that pooled within the walls within our. As a result, we also suffered from damaged trim (crown molding, baseboards and quarteround). Our insurance company suggested Servpro to handle the immediate issue to dry out and dehumidify. Each day through the process, the team was courteous, showed up when they said they would and did everything to dry out the walls and prevent mold from developing. They communicated with us daily and did all they could and only cut into part of the wall as a last resort. Because of their professionalism and quality, I discussed their doing the restoration. They gave me a fair quote and negotiated it with the insurance company. Each day they did work, they showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job restoring everything back to its original condition. In addition, their hardwood installation was great! I trusted them enough (from watching their workers through the whole process ) to allow them in my home when we were away (I had cameras periodically watching) but it enabled us to do the work while not having to miss work. They communicated daily allowing me to activate and deactivate my alarm system daily. All in all, this was a professional and great experience from the first time they walked in my home all the way up to the cleaning crew coming in after all work was complete. I recommend them for water mitigation and restoration services. Hats off to Dustin and every other team member that made this possible! My wife is happy with the work.....so I'm happy!
