We noticed the difference immediately. Although old windows were dual pane, new windows quieter & no drafts. Windows are of good quality & look great! Best of all, the price was very reasonable!

Jennifer was great to work with. I felt like she didn’t try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need. The communication was great and the windows came in on schedule. Installers took their time and seemed very thorough. I had never heard of Weatherbarr windows before, but they are supposed to have a lifetime warranty so I hope they hold up well for us! I will definitely use this company again for future window installs.

OMG what a HUGE difference in my home! I hesitated buying this house because most of the original windows had lost their seal and were foggy and full of moisture. I kept the blinds mostly closed because they were so ugly!!

We had our roof done in just a day! Very quick estimate, and the best price around and a wonderful job, and when something had gotten left out by accident, which is a true test with how quickly and easily a company will respond to take care of it, they immediately apologized and sent people out to take care of it! She was very knowledgeable about the windows and was always available to answer any questions I had. Communication was great through the entire process and the installation was a breeze. We only had two windows replaced, and they ordered the wrong size for a large window on the front of our house! Of course no one thought to make sure it fit right until AFTER the original window was taken out and broken, so we had to have plywood on the front of our house for 2 weeks due to an error on their part. The communication with us was terrible, and the owner even told us this was “just a part of business” while at the same time saying it was something he’s only seen happen once or twice in his whole career. Unless you wish to have the expectation of babying this company and double checking every action they take, I do not recommend calling Ultimate for window servicing.

Ultimate Windows & Doors has recently completed the third successful window replacement project for the Holmes Road Church of Christ. We have found the staff to be professional and friendly as well as the project costs to be affordable.

I had problems with the door, but they came out today and resolved the problem, I was very impressed, because I had a doctors appointment and when I got home they were already working on it in the rain. Although I wasn't home, they were able to do what was needed without me being there, so I thought that was amazing, great job, you guys...

Talked to several window companies to help determine what features, style, and type windows would best fit our needs, and price. Ultimate Windows made recommendations, explained time to manufacture and installation expectations. All while ensuring our complete sstisfaction. We picked the window style and color, they came out and measured, and we waited for them to arrive. They could not have fit any better. Were installed with absolute professionalism and the look great. I'm happy.

After looking around at different windows and Installers, we decided on Ultimate windows and doors out of Southaven. I called and Spoke with Jennifer and asked for a quote on installing new windows for a older home we had just purchased. Jennifer set a time and was right on time and turned the quote around the same day. We had been given an approximate date on when the windows would be in, which was spot on. Couldn’t be more pleased with the installation and the installers themselves along with a window that looks great. We have had several contractors do work since we moved in and none of them could hold a candle to for their professionalism from start to finish.

10/10 would recommend ultimate doors and windows. My windows were beyond out dated. They came out measured the windows, ordered them, and installed them all in a timely manner. Their installation team was so great going above and beyond to make sure there was no mess left behind. I will definitely be using them again. Their communication through the whole process was amazing including receiving text on a holiday to communicate about my installation date. I love my new windows and I could not be more happy with this company.

We needed a hard to find window. Our contractor could not find one and was trying to talk us in to one that we really didn't want. They were saying nobody could get that window within 6 weeks.
I called Ultimate and spoke to Paul and Jennifer. From the initial phone call, they were so down to earth and knowledgeable. Within 3 weeks we had our window! I could not be more pleased.

My husband and I were VERY impressed with this company! The owner came to our house to discussed window options and made suggestions based on his own experiences as well as knowledge in the product he promoted. He measured our windows and had a quote emailed to us the next day. When we accepted the quote, he sent another crew over to measure again.
Our windows arrived in 2 months rather than 4 to 6 and their crew installed all 11 in one day! The windows are amazing! One window didn't raise as easily as the others so the day after I called to tell them this, Jennifer came over and was able to fix it easily. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE AWESOME!

Had Ultimate replace all our windows and arch windows a couple weeks ago and, wow, they are awesome to work with. I have never had windows replaced before so I can’t compare them to other companies, but Jennifer and the gang at Ultimate get my 100% approval and recommendation with zero complaints.

I did’t get to make business with them, however I needed to get some evaluation of my windows as I believed they needed replacement. Matt came over, looked at all the windows and confirmed the windows were in good shape and only needed a few new sash locks. Gave me some tips on helping them open easier.
I appreciated he didn’t want to just sell me product and that he was honest.

If in the future I need their services I will for sure call them.

The window construction and warranty were the deciding factors. As compared to other companies I considered, there is more window viewing area, meaning the window frame doesn't impead like other windows I reviewed. When it came to installation, the crew was Top Notch! They kept me informed, they cleaned up immediately as they disassembled the old frames, they hauled off the old windows and the debris. Best of all, They took the time to seal each window on the outside and inside, removing any chance of air. If you need windows, strongly consider Ultimate Windows. Ultimate Windows just replaced the builder grade windows in my 16 year-old home with upgraded Weather Barr windows. Ultimate windows is the best place to get your windows replaced! Paul does a thorough job and works hard to get you the best possible price! It’s amazing how much money you save on electricity when you replace your windows with energy efficient versions! Their sister company, ultimate roofing, is equally impressive. Paul sent someone out the same day that we called in about a roof leak and it was fixed within an hour.

We recently replaced our front door and French doors off the kitchen with new doors from Ultimate Windows and Doors. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the doors and with the service we received. Cassie came out to our home and was extremely helpful in helping pick out the options for our doors. The doors look wonderful – the front door is beautiful and adds so much to the appearance of the house. The morning after installation, the guys from our alarm company came to reset the door alarms and they were very impressed with the doors. They remarked several times how much they liked the way the front door looked. Several neighbors and relatives have seen the doors, and all have been very complimentary of the look and quality of the doors.
