These guys were so helpful when I had roof damage on my home. They took care of contacting and dealing with my insurance company and made my life so much easier. When it came to installing the roof there can be no one better. It took them half of the day to complete and you would have never known they were there as EVERYTHING was picked up outside!!! I had a new roof installed by Custom Remodeling in December 2023. I recently thought I had a leak and called to have it inspected. Mickey came out and determined it was a pipe leak and not a roof leak. He fixed the leaking pipe and saved me a plumbing call. My experiences with Custom Remodeling have been great and I would highly recommend them.

I had storm damage to my roof and chimney. The replacement was done quickly, and John made sure I was satisfied when the job was done. Rhea and John made it quick and easy.

Chris really worked with me and did an excellent and fast job. His crew showed up early and was done in one day. I have already recommended him to several people.

I had a leak in my roof and I had multiple companies try to find the leak. Custom Remodeling quickly found the leak and helped me with the insurance claim. They not only fixed my roof but they fixed the damage inside. This process was so easy and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Everyone one I talked to was very professional and so nice. There’s not a better company, in my opinion.

Just had to shell out almost $3000 to fix their mistakes in tying pipe to our septic from an apt in back. The fall on pipe is not correct, pipes are separating, only put one clean out when it should have been at least two, never capped clean out, used 3” pipe when it should have been 4”. Cannot recommend. We’ve had nothing but problems.

I couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism and workmanship. Our representative Chris held our hands throughout the entire process. Chris kept us informed along the way, and he went above and beyond our expectations. The highest praise that I can Chris and Custom Remodeling is that they removed all of the stress and anxiety that would normally accompany having a damaged roof completely replaced.

Worst mistake of my life was using these guys. Caught them in multiple lies and do shady things. They told me my flooring was discontinued and tried to put some cheap flooring and carpet in my house that I had no part in selecting.Then tried to argue when I refused to pay for it. I later found out my flooring was not even discontinued. Don't let these people on your property or you will regret it Wish I could give them 0 or negative stars

We had my dad’s roof repaired and were pleased. We were assured along the way there would be follow up to check on issues after. We noticed one spot in the ceiling after a storm and let them know and we have not gotten any response. We also let them know that squirrels or some such animal is finding their way in and there was no response to that either. It doesn’t make us feel great about the 10 year warranty if they won’t respond the next month.

I don’t let people work on my house. Roofing is one exception. I am very distrustful and always look for imperfections. With most contractors in the past, I have found many. I found none on this job and they did some things I didn’t discuss with them nor expected. They started old shingle pickup as soon as the first shingle hit the ground. I can’t say enough good about my experience with them. Cody was absolutely superb to work with. He is a true customer service professional and very knowledgeable. I tested him on that before the job started. He passed with flying colors. Neighbors have positively commented on the job and I have passed their name to several friends already. I have zero complaints, which is a rarity for me. They have earned more than 5 stars from me. Great work gents.

Owner is the most awful person! So unprofessional! Rude rude rude! Their roofer nailed a hole in our air conditioner copper line and Tony refused to pay for the repairs. He said the copper line wasn’t installed to code yet our house passed inspection. If you want someone to stand behind their work and mistakes made during the work, don’t chose Custom Remodeling. Zero star review!!

Custom Remodeling LLC was recommended to me by my insurance adjuster to help with repairs from flooding damage due to burst pipes. The recommendation arose out of a very difficult situation with another local company. I am extremely glad I took this advice - Tony and his team were incredible. They were responsive, on time, and did quality work. If I could give six stars, I would.

Can't say enough good things about Chris and Custom Remodeling. After the big New Year's Day storms this year, we had damage that we didn't realize was there. Chris and his team came by and did the inspection, got everything going with our insurance company and walked us through the entire process. Our roof was pretty much torn off and replaced in a day. Their roofing crew did a great job. Chris said when they were done we wouldn't be able to tell they were there and he was right. Thanks Chris for all the help and the great work.

Got the business card from Home Outlet and called Chris Johnsen. He said he will come within an hour or hour and half, never showed up then next day called him. He said he will come in 30 minutes and never showed up. I found another phone number in Facebook and called the number Tony answered and he is being so rude then hung up on me. I called him back and tried to explain that Chris never showed up and Tony hang up. I am being discriminated by them because I am Deaf and using relay service to make the calls. Don’t use their business!

They were timely & provided excellent customer service. The installers worked diligently to complete the job in two days. Chris went above & beyond to ensure that our questions were answered & that we were pleased with the final product.

It was my pleasure to have Custom Remodeling, replace my roof in Cordova Tennessee, after wind and storm damage. Chris and Jessie were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. They always answered our calls whenever we had to reach out to them. The crew who installed our roof were phenomenal all done in one day on a 4k foot home. Our home has flowers around the perimeter, not one flower was damaged. After the roof installation was complete, we couldn't tell they were there. Chris Johnsen knocked on my door and wanted to leave his card due to some missing shingles on my roof - that's it, that's all he wanted to do. He didn't want to tell me my roof was going to fall off, or that I was getting a ton of water damage, or anything crazy like that. He actually started talking about the new car we had just bought, and after a few minutes, I asked him about the roof. He said that Custom Remodeling specialized in working with insurance companies, and that they could get the roof replaced through the insurance without a problem. I was pretty skeptical - I mean, a roof is exposed to the weather constantly, why would an insurance company pay to replace something like that. He never tried to tell me that he had to be the one to talk to the insurance company or anything, just told me to call them and file a claim and that he'd be out there when the adjuster came to answer any questions the adjuster had. So I did all of that and was still skeptical - flash forward a month, and I have an entire new roof with better quality shingles than I started with - all at no cost to me except through my insurance company. The crew was here at 630 in the morning and were done by 2 in the afternoon - old roof off and new roof installed completely! They were very professional and effective in their process - they protected our plants and furnishings and cleaned up every single speck of anything from the process. I hope I don't need another roof anytime soon from any other storms that blow through, but if I do, I know who I'm calling!

These guys were very professional and did a great job on my roof. After the ice storm over here I did not have any idea how to handle all of this Chris worked with the Insurance and this has been so easy to get everything fixed. Chris and the crew came and not only took care of ensuring that the work was done timely and the right way, they checked in and was super fast in their responses when I had questions. They work closely with the insurance and mortgage company regarding payment to take the stress off. They fixed Sheetrock and painted areas damaged by water from the roof. My roof installation was done on time, at a reasonable price and I didn't have to pay until after the job was completed. The crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Tony was easy to work with and did everything he said he would.

These guy’s are the best. They came right after the tornado hit at 6:00am. They got out of there trucks and started to tarp my roof. Chris, Tony, and John helped me threw everything. They came by everyday to make sure everything was right. I love all the work that was done to get my house back together. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Chris is the best. He would make sure I had everything I needed. I thank you guys for being there when I needed you. If you need a job done right call custom remodeling and you will have the best.

A tornado hit our house on 1/11/20 and did extensive damage to our home, our fence, and shed. They were there the morning it happened and helped with some cleanup, as well as covering our garage, front doors, and roof to keep the rain out.

We ended up hiring them to repair our house, fence, and shed.

They did exceptional work and were always ready to accomplish any extra work we wanted done while they were repairing the tornado damage. They were easy to get in touch with anytime we called them for information or needed help with paperwork.

I have dealt with contractors many times in my lifetime, but never have I been as impressed with a company as I was with Custom Remodeling. If I saw something that needed doing they were right there and ready to do it without a word. In fact, they made a lot of suggestions as to how we could improve on some of the repairs that saved us some money. I would recommend this company for any type of repair work, or construction work, you might have and never worry about the quality of work they would do.

If I ever have any construction work done on my house again they will be the company to do it.

Had them do repairs from tornadoes, including roof, siding, painting, windows, flooring, etc. With all the work that was needed in the area they made me feel that my house was the only one damaged. They were quick with repairs and always asked if I had any concerns or needed anything daily. Chris has amazing people and communication skills. His genuine concern made the tough experience and good one. If you ever need repairs be sure to speak with Chris.

I’m so happy my husband and I found this company. We had a leak of some sorts and one day boom it started raining in our house! I was more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs until we called Custom Remodeling! Cody was there within an hour. He conducted a roof inspection and he found a tree branch from my neighbor Karen’s tree had pierced through my roof. I always hated her but that’s besides the point. Cody was able to remove the branch and repair the damaged area. While he was up there he completed a roof inspection and asked if we knew how old the roof was. We bought the house in 2013 and the previous home owner said the roof was about 15-20 years old. Cody provided us with a very in depth estimate at a follow up consultation and answered all of our questions. We decided to replace the roof and also update our gutters to aluminum vs the old pvc. Since then we have also had them install a new entry door which is a thousand times nicer than our old one (it looked like Stephen Segul kicked it in). I can’t believe the curb appeal our house has now! We no longer want to sell our house! Next project is to put a fence up so we don’t have to deal with Karen anymore!

Was a great experience, great work ethic, although the tall guy smelled a little funny but all in all great place highly recommended
