The majority of my interfacing with Pro Shield Roofing and Construction was done with Ray Salazar, from initial inspection through completion of the project. I also gained assistance from Derrick. Due to the discontinuation of my shingle type and changes in code requirements since my home was constructed, there were several issues that needed to be negotiated with my insurance carrier. All negotiations with my insurance provider were performed by Pro Shield staff. Ultimately, the roof replacement, gutter replacement, screen replacement, and siding repair were performed quickly and professionally. Ray and Derrick maintained contact with me throughout assuring my satisfaction with the project. I can't thank them enough for their involvement and assistance and would heartily recommend them and their company to anyone requiring their expertise.

Seth was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He also did an excellent job in tracking the progress of the project and monitoring the phases of replacement. The construction crew did a great job in record time.

I had a leak from the ceiling in my bathroom. I never had to deal with any of this before. I did not know who to call or who to trust. Derrick came highly recommended. He came out to do an evaluation on the roof the next day. He worked with the insurance company and made the entire process very easy and smooth. He is very honest and stood by everything he said. We had been working on a small roof leak for a long time with different people and companies and one morning we woke up to a small flood. The bedroom and hall were standing in gallons of water. I posted HELP for a good company on Facebook and got a phone call within the hour. The young lady said they were a new company and would like to come talk to us. Best interview, very nice people, and said they guarantee all work. They helped us with our home insurance and started the work within the week. They not only did the roof, they had repair men completely redo a very damaged hallway. We are very satisfied with the work done in a timely matter, but they were very nice and respectful.
