the whole process was smooth and easy. i called for help with some downspout repairs on my house, and got a quick call back from the owner. i sent over some photos by text, and he replied fast with three different options for fixing or replacing the downspout. i went with the replacement, and he let me know when they could do the work, which was really soon. roger and camden showed up right on time and finished everything in about an hour. they even went the extra mile by making the gutter hangers more secure while they worked. the cleanup was great too. after the job was done, the owner checked in to make sure i was happy, then sent the invoice by text and that was it. i'm really impressed with their roofing work and how well they handled everything. i had tried three other companies in las vegas and none even called me back. five stars for sure!

pro roofing las vegas is a company i highly recommend. everyone i interacted with, from the office team to the roofers and gutter installer, showed real professionalism. i waited until we had some heavy rain to write this review, and after a few big storms, i can see that the new roof and gutters are keeping my home well protected! my experience started with camden, who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without being pushy. throughout the process, everyone communicated clearly, which made things easy for me. the quality of their roofing work is easy to see. in fact, at least three different contractors, without my saying anything, have noticed and complimented the high quality of the roof, flashing, and gutters on my small house. i also noticed the improved roof ventilation—when i checked my attic, there was a gentle breeze where it used to be stale and stuffy. the crew made sure to clean up the site, protect my garden, and handle any small changes to the project smoothly. now, every time i go outside, i see my beautiful new roof and it makes me happy.

I got a fast response when I called about a roof leak. Camden came to check things out and quickly found the problem. He knew exactly what he was doing and set up a crew to come out soon. Even though some bad weather slowed things down a bit, Camden kept me updated the whole time. When Roger and his partner arrived, they got straight to work and finished the repair in just a couple of hours. While they were up there, they also patched and sealed a few extra spots that needed attention. Everyone was professional and easy to deal with.

The customer service was excellent. It truly takes a dedicated team to handle roofing jobs like they do. I want to give a special thanks to the hardworking crew who put in a long day fixing my roof. Roger, Camden, and Zachary supervised the project and made sure everything went smoothly and the crew had all the materials they needed. If you notice even a small leak in your roof, don’t put it off. I had some hidden soft spots that could have led to much worse damage if I had waited. I’m very glad I called when I did. Great job by the entire roofing team!

Choosing to hire Pro Roofing Las Vegas was an excellent choice, and the opportunity to collaborate with Camden and Roger was an added bonus. Camden was with us from the initial consultation to the final touches, while Roger supervised the installation and kept me informed throughout the process. Their team was exceptional; they managed to finish both our house and garage in a single day, putting in an 11-hour shift. There was a constant hustle on the site, and they also did an excellent job tidying up afterwards. We were so thrilled with their work that we decided to also invest in gutter guards and requested a quote for siding. If you're in the market for a new roof, you definitely can't go wrong with this team. We've had our gutter guards and siding installed, and the results are fantastic. Zachary, along with his diligent team, handled our siding. They were consistently hardworking, and there was never a moment when work wasn't being done. The siding turned out looking great. Camden was our point of contact for all our projects, and his work was commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Pro Roofing Las Vegas for all your roofing needs.

Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and we valued our interactions with Roger, who guided us seamlessly from the beginning to the end of the roof replacement process. He assisted us in selecting all the necessary options. One of the reasons we opted for this team was the additional services they offered, surpassing other roofing companies, as elucidated by Roger. They utilized stainless steel nails and high-quality shingles, enabling them to extend a very good warranty on our new roof - a factor that was crucial to us. Our skylight was flawlessly executed too. We are extremely satisfied and wouldn't think twice about reaching out to this team again in the future, especially when we need our siding done.
