I had an emergency on a newer (4 year old) roof. The rubber boots on my roof vent pipes had eroded due to manufacture defect and I didn't realize that until the leaks began. I had 5 gapping holes in my roof and it was raining and I had buckets catching rain water.
I got a referral from a friend but only in name (not phone number). I accidently called Pro Roofing Idaho thinking it was the referred company, and Bernie just happened to be in Nampa. He didn't know us from Adam but he came. He looked at the roof and assessed what needed to be done. He went and got the necessary materials, repaired my vent pipes and stopped the leaks all in 30 minutes. I am still amazed and thanking the good Lord for Bernie and his lovely wife ... they saved us so much additional damage and we are very grateful!!!!
We are seniors and could not get up on our roof or we would have. Pro Roofing Idaho does business the way people used to. They are honest, caring, dependable and all of that is hard to find in this day of price gouging.
