The Coach Works team is phenomenal. Clear communication and frequent updates, and the repairs to my truck we completed in the timeframe they estimated. Highly recommend.

I’ve had the privilege of working with coach works 4 different times (yes yes I know!) between deer hitting me to other cars, they have been amazing to work with! Every repair, they have gone above and beyond to provide the most excellent service possible!

What a fantastic experience this was! I hit a deer which resulted in some front end damage. The same day I took it directly to The Coach Works. Their scheduling process was quick and easy, they had the car exactly how long they indicated they would, and handled the insurance process as well. The staff was not only super helpful, but incredibly friendly as well. They even cleaned the car back to looking new again. As I said it was a fantastic experience all around, except for the deer, he was not happy. Thanks Coach Works! Fantastic local business!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with coachworks. I was recently in my first car accident. I didn’t know how the process worked but Mike and the other folks at coach works explained the process and made it as simple as could be. My car had decent damage and they still managed to get it done in just a week. I’m floored by how well they did, the car looks like a million bucks. They even professionally detailed the inside and outside and it looks better than it did when I bought it from the dealership. Mike kept me updated as they worked through the vehicle as well. I’ll take my car here again and again for repairs.

From start to finish The Coach Works is an incredible business for the local residents of Lemhi County. After hitting a deer in the fall, Coach Works quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle within a reasonble time. After learning of a failed seal several months later, I returned my vehicle to them and asked if they could take a look at it. They had my car taken apart and found the problem within 30 minutes. They stand behind their work and the crew they have there are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about them adn the quality work they provide. I would recommend Coach Works with enthusiasm.

Start to finish with the windshield replacement, everything was AMAZING!! Ordering, installing, the total price, all of it...Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a new windshield asap.

Great people. I was having a motorcycle tire problem and called them because Google said they might have rental cars. They don't, but they acted like I was their best customer trying to help me out. They called all over and called and texted with helpful information. They didn't have to do that. Can say enough about them!

I did not have to take my truck back for additional work.
