Pro home 1 replaced the roof of our home and our kitchen window and we had a stress free experience (which as you may know is not always the case with most contractors!)

They were polite and prompt. I particularly appreciated that they restored my room after the installation. I thought I would come home to a mess and they moved my furniture back in place. They even rehung my curtains and blinds.

The installation was fast and very professional. The windows and patio door look beautiful. The casing and the outside siding trim also look beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Pro Home replaced my 3 windows and 2 sets of sliding glass doors in my condo. The price was reasonable and the doors and windows beautiful, especially the blinds in the doors. I highly recommend them and have since moved and need a new sliding glass door in my new condo! Ralph call me!

Repair has not been completed— or even started yet. I first met with a contractor in September around Labor Day. It is now after Christmas and I have not seen a contract yet. I was told several times with different excuses that the job would be done. The people seem very nice but stringing a customer along like this isn’t really good business— beware.

The team was INCREDIBLE! After interviewing several options, Pro Home 1 was the most professional, best listeners and most accommodating by leaps and bounds! We were so happy with the work I would highly recommend!

Edit: They offered a 'gift card' incentive to write a review for their service which they have since gone back on after having posted this review. While I am pleased with their work, this 'bait & switch' leaves a sour taste and will make it harder to recommend going forward as they drive their public reviews disingenuously.

Outstanding work installing my new windows and exterior trim. The workers kept things clean and even worked on a couple of rainy days.

Ralph had originally provided the quote and unlike the four other places I received quotes from, Ralph was open about the costs and worked with me without complaint as I changed the window features more than once. The contract was very detailed and the company was very professional. Ralph continued to be my main contact throughout the job.

The work done by Greg and his crew member turned out great! We had a couple of communication issues which the office took care of as soon as they were made aware so overall it was a job well done.

Just had my home resided and had new gutters installed after a hailstorm this past summer and the guys at Pro Home One did amazing work! My contact/salesman Jerry Boyadijan kept me up to date with anything that was going to happen and well as timelines which is huge in my book. I just want to know when and what is happening and I was more than pleased. It took a bit for everything to get going but there were some permit issues and special order items that took time to get in which is not their fault. Once the parts came in the work began and went right up. The house looks great and Jerry was able to relay my requests to the workers and I have no complaints!

We just had a tear down and complete installation of our roof on our home. They did an astounding job!!! The installers were friendly, respectful, and you would never even know they were there the next day. The yard didn't have ONE piece of paper, shingle or roofing material ANYWHERE. From the start to the finish----the estimator, the foreman, and the super hardworking roofers were awesome! Pro Home 1 has done extensive work on our home without a glitch from beginning to end. We HIGHLY recommend them and will have them again if ever needed. If there were 10 stars----they would have them all!!!!!!!

We did a big addition project. I am very satisfied with how it turned out. Starting from the preliminary stages through the end, the team was professional and did a great job.

The Pro Home 1 experience we had when replacing our roof and gutters was excellent. Our sales representative, Ralph, did a thorough job of explaining our options and was not pushy at all. We never felt up-sold during the decision making process. The crew was in and out in two days and did an excellent job of being efficient and neat. When I had a question after the work was completed, Ralph came back out to our house and used a drone to show me exactly what was done on top of our mansard roof.

First off, let me start off by saying that I never write reviews however, Pro Home 1 and the Men that are a part of that company, are a perfectly synchronized group of people, that I felt I must give the highest approval rating for what they do.

I have been in business my entire life, successfully.

Pro Home 1 is an Excellent, 5 Star Company, in every aspect of what they do.

I can't even begin to understand how anyone could give this company, or its Men, a poor review, like the one that is posted on Google reviews.

Obviously, this individual, is of the type, who is very unhappy with just about everything in their lives, and when given and opportunity to be negative, jumps at the chance, & the internet/google gives this type of person their 10 seconds of fame, in their own minds.

It seems exceedingly easy these days, to type a bad review, from an air conditioned car, office or home, with a cool drink in your hand, while watching TV, after completing some strenuous activity like walking the dog, or possibly doing some grocery or clothes shopping, without having any idea of what you are talking about, unfortunately.

All the Men of Pro Home 1 are incredibly hard working & highly skilled. They always show up exactly when they say they will & complete their work flawlessly.

The work that that the tradesmen from Pro Home 1 do is very difficult by trade, in outdoor temperatures exceeding 90 degrees, almost every day this summer, and they accomplish it Perfectly.

If I could give the Men that work for Pro Home 1, 10 Stars, I would.

After reviewing 4 different company estimates for James Hardie siding, we decided on Home Pro 1. Not only for their pricing (which was decent) but because of the the companies salesman/foreman John Cefalu. He was always available for questions and made the whole process go smoothly and easier then we had thought it would be. Everything went as planned and work was done on time. The 4 gentlemen working on our home siding also went above and beyond our expectations. They worked right through the worst weather we had in Chicago, and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend Home Pro 1 to anyone. Thanks again!

The team at Pro Home 1 did a great job residing our house in James Hardie siding. All went well starting with the proposal and planning process and throughout the project. The work was done well in a timely manner at a fair price. The team was friendly and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Home 1 for siding projects.

Replaced 30 year old roof, updated some siding with a James Hardie product, recaptured a porch area. Met Ralph at a contractor event was very professional. Listened carefully to my needs, thoughts and suggestions for ideas. We worked out a plan over a series of meetings in defining the scope and selecting the materials. Took a very serious approach that was both practical and maximizing each opportunity and careful that I understood each step.

The firm uses different work teams that specialize in each function. Found them professional, very focused on clean up daily and respective of the property. I had no concerns of any short cuts being taken etc. Ralph and I met and communicated regularly by both text and phone. All calls were returned timely. Pricing was market. Had other quotes higher and lower, we will do it for less today if you paid cash today offers. That is not how to do this kind of work and I am glad I had Pro working for me.

Neighbors were over regularly looking at the work and Pro picked up some assignments. I would hire these guys anytime and have no regrets. I had a great experience with Ralph who lead the work. The firm does use a lot of Polish ethnic workers in their teams and that was no problem for me. They were a good find and I highly recommend them.

They did great job for remolding our bathroom and installing our rear door!! They kept up the work schedule.
Arek was very professional and worked with us to understand our needs and provided the best solutions. He always had great ideas. With his suggestions, our small shower room became much bigger and our electric room is much easier to access and had extra space for storage. There was a small issue with the shower head, but he tried his best to fix the problem to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the quality of work and the time that Arek and his crew put.

ProHome1 put a new roof on my home. They did a great job from initial project scope and bid right through to installation and clean up. Jason was very accessible through e-mail, phone and text so that really helped. The work crew was great and Bogdon, their master carpenter did a great job also repairing some spots on the roof deck. I highly recommend this contractor.

This was the best experience I have every had. I can say nothing but good things about Pro Home 1. The job was started and finished on time. They cleaned up afterwards, and provide me with some recommendations on what I need to do to help increase the life of the new roof. A-1 Service
