We had a small leak in a valley of our roof -located above a closet - that appeared a few months ago. It started showing through the sheetrock of the ceiling when it rained. The roof was fairly new, so this leak was a surprise. We called Pro Exteriors, LLC to get an estimate. Within 30 minutes, they had someone on our roof to assess the situation! They discovered that the metal (flashing) that is placed under the shingles and then up the bricks a few inches, had developed pin holes and needed to be replaced. They informed us that they were able to purchase the same shingles but, we could expect a slight color variation because our shingles were older. They felt like the variation would be minimal. We agreed to start repairs and within 24 hours from the time I made the initial phone call, the job was completed! Even better, the shingles were an exact match!

They need to get better control of their subcontractors. Interior painter did the worst sheetrock repair I've seen where the ceiling had leaked. Had to have someone else redo it. They did reimburse me. The same painter painted the entire ceiling the wrong color and sheen after being told what color and sheen was used in the house. He did not remove registers as was paid to do and had an attitude about it. Wife about kicked him out due to his attitude. I told Pro Ext that guy was not coming back in my house. Roofers left both furnace exhaust pipes undone from roof vents. In fact they were just tossed back into attic. Caused carbon monoxide detectors to go off until I found the issue. Roofers threw trash in my attack. Filled 7 large trash bags and several 5 gallon buckets full of old shingles, vents etc. My attics were decked and very clean prior. Multiple issues with gutters. They used Better Flo gutters. Owner is a complete azz. Waited 3x for them to come out and fix and they never showed. They showed up when I was not home and just said gutters are stopped up. I had told them many times the gutters has issues since the first rain and foretold them there is debris in the gutters now because we literally had tornados and trees and debris were all over the entire neighborhood. I ended up rehanging 2 gutters myself because there was no slope to them hence not draining. They work fine now. One of the employees at Pro Ext had told the gutter contractor I had issues with other contractors. Yes. True. All very legit issues that I have pictures of if anyone wants to challenge to challenge this. I asked Pro Ext to tell me which issue was not legit. They did try to take care of the issues but enough is enough after a while. Won't use again nor will anyone around me.

Pro Exteriors did a great job replacing my roof, gutters and repairing other damage caused by the storms earlier this year. Billy Cowell did a fantastic job managing the project. He always kept me informed and up to date on everything that was happening day to day. They also worked with me to find the correct shingle and even upgraded me to a class 4 shingle at no extra cost. Pro Exteriors was recommended to us for roofing needs after a hail storm passed through our area. I reached out and had the pleasure of working with Billy. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt during the entire process. Billy has great communication, he called the morning of to confirm our appointment and then also to inform us when to expect his arrival. When he arrived he did an inspection of our home and explained what our home needed. He was very upfront and honest with the roof inspection, he showed us pictures and videos. At no point did I ever feel pressured or like he was trying to up-sell anything, I got a trustworthy assessment of our roof. Billy is also very knowledgeable when it comes to navigating home owner’s insurance policies and was very thorough in answering our questions.

When 2" hail came down heavy hard and long on our property we had damage to our roof, gutters, fence, air conditioning unit, etc. In the following weeks we had numerous contractors leaving their door tags, flyers, & ringing our doorbell. For some reason Pro Exteriors stood out and we felt led to choose them as our contractor for repairs. Chandler came out and spent a long time looking everywhere outside, up top, in the attic, etc. and took a lot of pictures. We talked for a while and he explained the damages and what Pro Exteriors could do for us.

Afterwards he assigned Billy to be our project manager. I told him we weren't in a rush just wanted everything fixed and not to have to deal with the headache of back-and-forth with our home insurance company getting it all done & paid for. Billy assured me he and the Pro Exteriors team would handle everything. I told our insurance claims agent to work directly with Billy & Pro Exteriors until all damage was repaired as I am too busy to be involved with the process.

True to his word Billy, over the following weeks, took care of EVERYTHING! He looped in contractors to do the various things that needed doing. He came out and met with me, took more pictures, and kept me updated regularly with texts and phone calls to me. Unlike some contractors he ANSWERED HIS PHONE when I called and REPLIED to all my messages & emails promptly.

Billy came out with the team and stayed onsite when the roof was replaced, one of their contractors measured our gutters, then came back and installed them, another repaired the outside air conditioning unit, and another stained our fence so it was protected from weather where hail had gouged it out.

I've NEVER worked with anyone more professional than PRO EXTERIORS and I'm in my 60's. They are a CLASS ACT and I will RECOMMEND them to EVERYONE who asks if I know a good company to replace their roof and exterior damage from storms!!!!! GOD BLESS THEM!!!!!

After a small tornado hit my area in March, I found myself in a "pickle", with the current roofing company I was using. Pro exterior did some stellar and outstanding work with my roof repair. A storm damaged my roof and I had already gone through one roofing company that tried to patch my roof before the claim was processed - but it still leaked every time it rained. However Chandler and his team took care of it with no issues. They paid attention to detail, were super responsive to requests from us or the insurance and were thorough with the work done. Let me start by saying I didn't use this company for service. They showed up after our town had a hail storm and asked to fly a drone over my house to look for damage. I wasn't home so I spoke with them through my doorbell camera. I continued to watch on my camera as they looked in the windows of my house.
EDIT. Chandler reached out to me and explained that his salesman had seen a Crack in my window and that is what he was looking at. He apologized and sent me a gift card for the inconvenience. I was definitely impressed with the customer service and quick clarification.

We had severe hailstorms on the 4th of July 2019 at our Highlands Ranch CO house. Eventually, the roof, solar panels and gutters were totalled by the insurer.
