What a great experience! As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I needed to do with getting a new roof. Joe was so patient and explained everything to me. He was there on site when the roofing was being done and he made sure things were done to perfection. I highly recommend this company!

Kevin took care of everything that needed taken care of. He did it kindly, efficiently, and with regular and easy communication.

We had hail damage in February. I was not looking forward to trying to file insurance and work to get the roof replaced. Kevin and Parker from Apex were working with other homeowners in our neighborhood so I agreed to let them take a look at our roof. They were very quick to send me a report that I provided to the insurance company. The insurance company was able to use that report, along with a short site visit to meet with Kevin, and the total claim to replace roof, gutters and downspouts was quickly approved.

Kevin stayed in tight communication with us to select the replacement shingles (which were an upgraded Impact Resistant shingle) and to schedule the work. The new upgraded shingles are saving us money on our insurance premium.
Kevin and his installation crew showed up early this morning and the job was finished the same afternoon. The site is clean and the new roof looks great.

I have no hesitation recommending Kevin and Apex. We do not live in Dallas, so I was hesitant to use an out of town contractor. The professionalism we experienced and the service we received was a very pleasant surprise.

Replacing a roof is a daunting process, but Shane, the owner of Apex construction, made it so easy!

We were very impressed with Shane from start to finish! He is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

He responded to our questions promptly and always gave us updates on the repairs and the claim.

He used a high tech drone to take pictures of our roof before, during, and after the project.

He walked us through the whole process and provided the insurance company with documents needed for the final payment.

Shane and his crew arrived early on the day of the installation. They were efficient and very experienced with the prep work and installation.

Shane and his business partner and project manager stayed on site and even texted me pictures and updates throughout the installation.

Apex also helped with other related repairs, such as our gutters, damaged window screen. They even painted one of the window frames for us.

Shane and his crew went above and beyond during the quoting installation and follow up process. Shane did an incredible amount of work pushing information to and from the insurance company and following up directly with them so I didn’t have to. The installation was fast. When we had an ac leak two months later, it never occurred to me that it was due to the roof installation, but whet that’s what we figured out, Shane had his ac guy out within 24 hours to fix it. Great guys to work with on all counts.
