Tony with Sunshine Roofing promptly came to my dad's house to visit with us and assess his roof needs. He worked diligently as my dad's advocate (and fight State Farm) on paying the claim for a clearly hail damaged roof. Tony waited patiently while my dad assessed options and considered other bids (all the while trying to assist in getting State Farm to pay on the claim. Tony special ordered the level 4 shingle to save my dad money on future insurance premiums, discounted his pricing as a senior and vet, and special ordered the lighter colored roof single color my dad preferred. When the time came to roof, Kevin was assigned as the project mgr - he, Tony and the crew went above and beyond in rebuilding my dad's antenna post, replacing rusted flashing by the chimney and skylight (with barely an added charge on the final bill). The work started in the morning and the roof was finished in one day. My dad is very happy with the work, the value, the cleanup but most importantly the communication. The team at Sunshine helped me navigate major storm damage that occurred in May of 2024. They showed up to my home within hours with tarps and sandbags. They explained how to work with my insurance company and they stayed committed for the next 11 months while I was in a hotel.

Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling - if I could give them 25 stars, I would!! They are by far the best contractors I have hired in the 20 years that I’ve owned my home. They did a full kitchen renovation for me, where a wall was removed and new cabinets, new countertops, new appliances and new flooring were all installed.

Hameed and his team really set the tone when they came over to do the initial walk-through to see if the project could begin (it could not), and instead of saying “Hey lady, we have alot of other jobs we could be doing, why don’t you let us know when you’re ready for real?” - they said, “Do you need help? We can help you pack!” I thought that was the best reaction I could have hoped for.

Hameed and I were in constant contact daily throughout the project,
whether it was by text, email or a phone call. He made sure that I was aware of any issues encountered or whether I needed to come by to make a solutioning decision in person. He and I, and even the crew foreman, Mike, went on numerous visits to countertop slab warehouses so that I could find one that I really loved.

They finished the project on time, with minimal follow-up visits for little things I found as I moved back and started using everything. Hameed made sure that any issues were addressed the same or next day.

This was really the one chance I had to get my dream kitchen, and Hameed and team made that wish come true. I’m so smitten with my new kitchen! I hope to work with them on future home improvement projects before HGTV or some national show discovers them and gives them a huge exclusive contract to do renovations. We contacted Sunshine Roofing after experiencing extensive dwelling and property damage from the storm in late May, 2024. This was our first time initiating an insurance claim and Tony and Maureen assisted us in the claim process decision-making in a professional manner. After a hail storm, our property sustained substantial exterior damage leading to us to file an insurance claim. We spent almost a year trying to navigate the insurance process, coordinate estimates and schedule the work to be done. On a referral we contacted Sunshine Roofing. Within 4 weeks, Tony had assessed the damage, “decoded” all the insurance documents for us, provided an accurate estimate and completed all the repairs to the stucco, metal work and replaced the roof. After finding out my roof needed to be replaced a third time I was not excited. The two previous roofing companies were awful. There was constant delays, quality issues and just a total lack of transparency. My amazing neighbor recommended Sunshine roofing. Tony met with my insurance adjuster and made sure that all the covered damage was noted on the estimate which made it really easy for me to be honest. I was so happy when they upgraded my cheap shingles to a way better shingle and I got to pick the color which was cool. After USAA approved the estimate the very next day my new roof was on my house. My gutters and downspouts were also destroyed and I was able to pick out the color and the upgraded gutters look amazing! The whole fence was damaged too and that is almost completed. All I had to pay was my deductible and I am so happy I finally got a good roofer. Third time is a charm

Sunshine’s team basically took all the normal headaches with handling insurance and took care of everything for us. They handled all the negotiations and got more from the insurance company than if I had just worked with them myself could have thought possible.

That’s even before the workmanship. The owners were there every day to make sure everything was being taken care of according to our wishes and if there was ever any doubt they made sure to consult us. You frequently hear about bad experiences with contractors but I can honestly say sunshine’s team was the most honest and up front I have ever worked with. Highly recommend.

Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling recently replaced our roof due to hail damage. They were with us every step of the way. They were on site when our insurance adjustor inspected the roof and pointed out all the damage they saw. Once the insurance claim was approved, they sent two crews for the job and it was completed in one day. They completely covered our courtyard area and the clean up was very thorough.
