My wife and I hired Jeff and his team for extensive upgrades of our 35+ year old house, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Throughout the entire process they were professional, patient, thorough, and more importantly trustworthy, this extends to all the sub-trades that Jeff uses as well. By the end of it all our kids knew Jeff as Uncle Jeff, and were sad when the work was finished and they weren't coming around anymore (Jeff still pops in for coffee periodically though).

When the reno began, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted, but not only did Jeff and his crew have good ideas, once ideas were presented, they would give us ample time to make a decision without being pushy in any way, moreover, Jeff seemed to spend ample time mulling over the rough plans back at home, and would frequently be in contact with us so we could bounce ideas off each other. It seemed like no project began without looking at it from every angle, how it would present visually, but also how the design would function in our day to day life. At the end of each project, if something wasn't maybe quite what we had in mind, Jeff would make it right.....every time.....without fail.

Pro Contractors were recommended to us by friends of ours who used them to re-do their kitchen, as well as a local Draftsman we know, who told us that Jeff would be his #1 choice to tackle the project we had in mind. Both of them were spot on in their recommendations, and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Update 2 years later......

Contacted Jeff regarding one of the plumbing fixtures needing warranty work(no fault of Jeff at all), I wasn't expecting him to do any of the actual work on the repair, just needed to know if I had to go through him as it was purchased under his account, turns out I didn't have to. I thanked him for his time and we all went on our merry way, now unbeknownst to me, by the time I contacted the distributor the next morning, Jeff already had the part on order for me with the warranty details already taken care of, just goes to show that once you're a customer of Jeff and his team, you're always a customer, still can't recommend these guys enough!

Jeff and his team are amazing! I first used Pro Contractors at my business to finish our office space and liked the work they did so much that we brought them in to our home for our firsr major renovation. Our new bathroom is exactly as we dreamed, and they stayed on time and on budget!! Now we are already planning our kitchen remodelling, and you can be sure Pro Contractors will be helping us with that too!

Jeffrey at Pro Contractors did a very professional job rebuilding our failing deck, including helping with the city to ensure the permitting process got done. Jeffrey consulted with us throughout the project, so we were very well informed and confident in the quality of the work that was being done. Jeff is a true professional in every sense of the word and we would not hesitate to work with him again.

Jeff and his crew did a great job repairing our stucco and building new entrance steps. They were quick and professional. I love my front entrance and look forward to working with them again in the near future! I highly recommend Jeff with Pro Contractors!

We needed a run down commercial building revitalized for our business and contacted Pro Contractors. They gave us a reasonable quote and was very transparent in where the charges were going. When their trades made slight mistakes that were caught by our PM they were quickly rectified at no additional cost or time delays to the project. The project delivered on time and on budget which was very surprising in the past this has never been the case with other providers. Our staff have used them since on personal projects for their home as well, and have also been very pleased. Would definitely recommend and will be calling again soon for other general contracting/construction jobs.

We hired Jeff at Pro Contractors for our Showroom’s initial build and for multiple other expansions. Jeff not only helped us with our build, but also suggested few changes to our plan/design which played a key role in strategically displaying our products. The entire team at Pro Contractors is amazing to deal with. They deliver exactly what you are looking for and on time!!

We truly had a fantastic experience using Pro Contractors!! At the time all we could focus on was our business opening on time (tight deadline), and we had a lot of stress, but at the end of the day Jeff and his team managed to do our whole job on time, on budget, and extremely well…. I never hear of that happening with any trades. Especially looking back 2 years later, we couldn’t be happier.

We hired Pro Contractors to remodel our two bedroom, 28 year old Townhouse. Timing was very important as I, Denis, have mobility challenges. Jeff scheduled his crew to begin promptly on the August long weekend to remove the carpeting and install the vinyl plank flooring.
This project involved new Kitchen and bathroom cabinets including a custom built pantry, baseboards and door and window trim. We valued Jeff’s knowledge of current finishing practices and trends. We also appreciated his workers practice of frequently keeping a small portable vacuum with them for clean up. They were quite aware that we are fussy and handled our furniture with care.
His crew also installed our new appliances and took care of anything we asked them to do.
The cooperative and courteous attitude of all of his employees we highly appreciated.
When people are working in our home, as seniors it is very important to know that all of our needs will be met. Cleanup and touchups were also dealt with promptly.
We also hired Pro Contractors to supply and install a small air conditioning unit. They checked
the Strata requirements and promptly and competently completed this too.

Overall we are Very Pleased and Satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our townhouse
remodel.

This was our second time hiring Pro Contractors for a home renovation when we moved to Langley. They completed both a kitchen and bathroom renovation in addition to a custom designed fireplace/TV wall in our family room. I had a vision and they got it! Jeff and his team were reliable, honest and great to work with.
