I work near this dealership so it’s convenient to use them when I have issues with my truck. Everytime I call they get me in right away and fixed up same day top notch service. Can’t say enough good about the service department here.

Told salesman upfront the car I wanted to test drive had too high of miles and I likely wouldn’t buy it. Salesmen then called back after an appointment was already made saying his manager wouldn’t allow the test drive if I didn’t intend on buying. I just wanted to test drive it to see how it drove, and potentially buy a similar one with lower miles from them in the future.

They just lost any potential future business from me, I will be going elsewhere.

10/10 service center
Brought my car in for some warranty work and was told it would be done that day so I left my child’s car seat in the car. Got a loaner car and was an hour drive back to work and as I got to work they called that the previous advisor that was no longer there did not order all the parts and they wouldn’t have it done until the next day. Dan went above and beyond and got someone to bring me my car seat for my son with an hour drive both ways so I did not have to take time out of work both that day and the next day to get the seat and then pick up my car. It wasn’t his fault and he still found a way to help me. Thats 10000/10 service. So thankful for their patience, understanding, and their solution finding in my panic! Will continue to do any and all service through them with that care they put in!!

My husband and I had been in the market for a new car. Looking at luxury, efficiencies, domestic and being able to have something serviced locally. Our salesperson (we are returning customers to her) Kristi, was patient, knowledgeable, and advocated for us, from trade-in, to purchasing. She arranged test drives and went the extra "mile." Paperwork was ready for us on time, the day of signing, and went smoothly. Great teamwork by the entire dealership!

Christion Quaye, our sales person, was extremely helpful in assisting and generally selling us our 2021 Terrain! Christion was very honest about the vehicle and showed my father all of the features compared to our old pickup. Prices are good service is ok but they were spouse to take parts off of my trade in truck when I got a new one truck is no longer at Pritchards I don't have any parts it was in all the paperwork that they were going to pull part for me not very impressed with my experience

I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in and received a quick response. Josh asked qualifying questions, and I responded promptly to him. He answered my questions, presented an offer for my trade in, and I accepted. He stayed in communication, and we concluded the deal a few days later.

Robert helped in the finance department and was courteous and made the process easy.

Jake introduced himself and asked about my experience.

Everyone seemed to know what to do and made the buying process painless.

Oil change and tire rotation went fine. They checked the cabin air filter but I told them I would replace it. When I replaced it the arm that holds the glove box was gone. Have asked multiple times about lights not working on heat controls and nothing gets done. Asked about cracks in seat and center console and they ignore those requests also. Because of service department I will probably never buy from them again.

Does not even deserve one star! I have been trying for THREE weeks to get ahold of someone, I have many messages with no return phone call. I have called and a gentleman answers and says Hello...then NOTHING! I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place for fear there is NOONE there to help or assist you with anything. Poor business relations, I would be embarrassed to know how they run this business. And yes I have called EVERY number, to no avail. I've called early in the morning, throughout the day religiously and in the evening. Are you even open anymore?

One of the Best Dealerships I have ever worked with to purchase a Car. Micah Sinnwell Went out of his way to provide everything necessary for my completion of the sale on a Tuesday evening and helped me return my rental car. The Internet Sales staff responded to my inquiry quickly and passed my request to Micah a salesman. Everything was handled Professionally and with dedication. This is the Best family dealership I have ever done business with.

I originally went here for service on a vehicle, and Josh was so amazing I decided to trade in. Brandon helped me find an amazing vehicle with loads of safety features! Best part? It was in my budget. He was so patient and even worked with another one of the Pritchard locations for me to test-drive vehicles. Luke handled the loan process and was as wonderful as sales and service. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.

Using deceptive listings, insulting me for being poor and pull up my bootstraps to get a vehicle and payment plan I cannot afford, and not working with me, a mechanic by trade, to try to get something I can fix in the future. It's sad when prichards has taken over all the main dealerships here. Take your business to wheel man or any other local shop that actually cares for the customer and not the bottom line.

They are very accommodating in the service center. They picked up my car for me because I work six days a week and don’t get time to bring it in then they bring it back when they are finished. Great service and they check everything out to make sure it is ready to go and if anything is wrong then give me a call. Thank you for servicing my car.

Brought in a vehicle for a check engine light. They called and said it was a sensor. They fixed the sensor.

Wife goes to get the car. Check engine light is still on, invoice says 7 other OBD2 codes found. They charged me a diagnostic fee for a separate item I said was needing fix, but I declined that repair. It’s an blend door actuator that they wanted $1000 dollars in labor for.

They didn’t go over the other codes with me. I called immediately and left a message with the service department asking why I have the vehicle back with the check engine light still on. No return phone call.

Prior to this repair, I had a vehicle still under warranty with a transmission issue. Rather than diagnose the issue they reset the transmission computer for $200 hoping that would fix it. It didn’t fix the issue. I ended up bringing the car to an actual Cadillac dealership that immediately found the issue which was covered under warranty.

Two incidences with two different vehicles. I won’t be returning.

I have never given a bad review. This review must be given. My Buick was serviced by Mason City Buick service department for warranty engine work late December 2022. Car was picked up from service department for the completed warranty oil leak engine work. My car lost its oil shortly after picking up from their service department loosing 5 quarts in a 200 mile out of state trip. The car was brought to a different Buick dealer in MN to check the damages. This is where the truth came out. Its been an ongoing investigation. The Service Manager at Mason City Buick admitted to billing out all of the engine gaskets to my extended warranty company, but he did not replace them, verifiable written on my service receipt. The Buick Manager and Service Manager are now denying engine damage approximately $6800. The next step the BBB will be notified. I've been patient for the last 2 months waiting for the general manager to correct the situation internally, but he has failed to do so. I'm done waiting.

Had a GM Recall warranty part and the dealership made arrangements to pick-up my vehicle at work which was hassle free for me and estimated 2-3 hours and brought my vehicle back to me at my work place--again very painless and hassle free for me. Great Job!

I stopped in and got pitched the regular sales pitch and that they can finance everyone. I gave it a try and they told me I was approved with roughly $6k down. I decided to think about it and check other places, because once you run your credit, you have around 14 days to shop with other lenders, ect.

In the end, less than a week later I said I would do the down payment. They said all they would need is my paystubs to verify my income. I sent them, which showed that I actually made $10k/yr MORE than I originally thought it was. Then I heard nothing.

Their communication was terrible. I would have to message the sales guy every other day just to hear anything. Apparently, it was not approved as they said in the way they said. Each time I texted and or called I got the same answer that they haven't gotten it approved, even after they said it was, and then would say and to this day keep saying, give us more time and that they are talking to banks on the phone, ect.

I do feel like I fell for the sales pitch, was lied to and lead on. Then when things apparently appeared like they were not going to workout and that they may not be able to make the sale, they just stopped communicating period, other than to say give more time. Well it is going on week 3 now, haven't heard anything in over a week. I am guessing that I not going to either. Other than what I already figured out and confronted them on, which is that I wasn't approved as they said and or that they did something that changed things if it ever was approved.

It hasn't been a good experience with them and after going through the reviews, that I am leary of being real, that I would have had a more honest and better experience.

Larry always gives me the information I am looking for concerning the repairs on my car. He gives me an estimate cost prior to work being done, so there are no surprises. The work is done fast and professionally and they even give you a loaner car if needed.

They gave me a decent price on tires. They were ordered and called when they came in. I was greeted when I arrived and they were on in a timely manner. A car wash would have been nice but perhaps this isn't done there. Thanks guys!

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews but this is well deserved. The level of service provided when buying a new car was amazing. I called about a very specific Yukon XL that I have searched everywhere within a 500 mile radius for and they were the only ones not selling over the MSRP. I spoke to Zach and he quickly appraised my vehicle sight unseen, got me financed and offered delivery (400 miles) to my home the very next day at no cost! All the other dealerships were charging at least $3K over the MSRP and wanted a $1000 down before they wanted to really talk to me in order to hold the vehicle. It's 400 miles away and I will be purchasing all my vehicles from here moving forward.

Update: Matt the service manager takes great pride in his work, and was able to fix our 4x4. He went above and beyond to figure out the cause. I highly recommend Matt and his team for all service needs. It makes a total difference when there is open communication and transparency. We are very pleased with the outcome of our truck.

We bought a truck and we have had it less then a year and have already put in at least hf of what we paid for it and still the driver side window doesn't roll down, the 4x4 switch has been replaced 3+ times yet it still it is stuck and won't switch from 2x4 to 4x4. The hitch wiring has had to be replaced. Definitely will not trust this dealership for any future purchases.

Awesome no pressure sales. Bought my 2020 GMC SIERRA 3500HD AT4 from here. Brandon was awesome at getting numbers to line up for my budget. Matt in service is Awesome to deal with for my trucks needs. Great Job everyone and Great Customer Service and Support Staff. Update: March 2022 Truck had issues. No Fault of Dealership!!! Brandon, Matt Service Manager Zach Finance MGR. Still all AWESOME to deal with. Had to trade truck due to recall issues and couldn't go without for length of time for parts. Again NO fault of dealership. Gave fair price traded in. Way to go Brandon, Matt and Zach. I Absolutely LOVE dealing with you guys. Great Experience all around. So great in Fact I had them remove dealership stickers from dealer I got new truck from and put theirs on. Nothing but 5 star Service here..
