I prefer to shop at Ace for my home projects because the store is tidy, well organized, and small enough that I can find what I need quickly. If I can’t, an associate is almost always available to direct me. Keep up the great customer service!

I shop at Brothers Ace Hardware in Mason City, as well as Clear Lake and Centennial, CO. I always find the associates extremely helpful! While there are younger associates, the majority are adults who are very knowledgeable about the products. The stores are easily accessible and products easy to find, And I am always surprised to see the variety of products they have! I remember when I bought our first gas grill for my husband's birthday. They quickly delivered it and had it up and running by the time he got home from work. Today, an associate helped me obtain a sample of Magnolia paint (Rosy Pink:) for a bedroom. It took 5 minutes and I was ready to go!
The store in Clear Lake, IA always has what we need for boating products on our way to the lake! Again, I am amazed at the variety of products available!
The store in Centennial, CO had all the products needed when helping my daughter move into her new house.
Each store has an endless supply of helpful hardware products to make life easier! Thank you!

We purchased a Weber Grill last week from the Mason City Store, and were very pleased with the service we received. Our Grill was delivered to our home, setup, and our old one was taken away free of charge. Always helpful, knowledgeable people working in the store.

Found the couple items required to complete a home repair. Remember you pay a little more for qualified advice and convenience.

This is my favorite hardware store, especially since the recent remodel. It's like a whole new store, and we are so lucky to have it on the east end of town.

The folks working there were super helpful with sending out my UPS package, the young man working up front even held the door open for my son and I to walk in. Overall great crew and I will be shopping there way more often. Awesome place.

Was asked by several employees if I needed help. Nice not having to search the store for somone to ask a question.

Austin is an absolute total and complete A hole. Unfit to deal with customers. Don’t rent a Uhaul if he still works here.
Everyone else there was wonderful, unfortunately they couldn’t help with the Uhaul.
I was told by a manager it’s not their first complaint about Austin and they were going to try to fix the issue.

Love an honest place. They admitted they didn't have what I needed and directed me to Zilges.
Been here multiple times for various things and each time been great service.

Good place to get things you need and it's not half way to clear lake on the east side of town rather then the west were Menards is anyway

Good selection great service. I always go here when i am working on a project. They will help me work thru what i need for a handyman job. My favorite part of this place is the nuts and bolts section. They can help you find the nut or bolt for your project. I needed bolts to attach my head board to my frame. I took the bracket asked how think the wood they were going in they found me bolts and nuts suggested locking washers and nuts for extra security. And it was $3 for everything
