Now that Pritchard has taken over the dealership I needed my oil change with the free lifetime deal that came when I bought my car, only to find out they not honoring this. Typical Pritchard customer service. I know you can go out of the area when looking to purchase a new car don't give them your hard earned money

Purchased a car brand new and part of the deal was lifetime oil changes, batteries and tires. The dealership staff makes obtaining the promised services so difficult its nearly impossible in an attempt to get you to give up and just pay for the services. I have ultimately had to pay for new tires myself several times because they refuse to replace them until they are life-threateningly destroyed and unsafe to drive on. I had to argue extensively to get one single battery replacement in 9 years. They do bare minimum service when you ask them to uphold their promise of oil changes. In 9 years I was successful with getting only 2 sets of tires. I guess they don’t care if they get return customers or not. Moral of the story, don’t expect them to care at all if you are safe or satisfied with their service, save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere.

Buying my car there was a no problem. I sold car 3 years later. Called Bob about canceling my gap insurance and went around a couple of days not hearing from him. He then got it all figured out and said I would get a check in 6 weeks. Waited the 6 weeks and nothing. Called about it and got told it was canceled but never got the check wrote out. Was told I could possibly have to wait another 6 weeks and I told them i already did so was told it would come in the next week. Waited another week and half still nothing. Called today and was told it is getting wrote out right now and they forgot about it again. Should see it by next week. If it doesn’t come by next week I will have to drive 1 1/2 out of my way to get my money back. I know people who have done this and gotten it back within 2 weeks. Don’t know why it’s such a hassle to get this done. No one I have talked to has been nice or anything just giving the run me the run around.

Easily the best new truck buying experience I have ever had. I found my new Silverado through the Chevrolet website and entered an online request. Danny Miller called me immediatly after I hit "send". We worked the entire deal over the phone and text including my trade. I drove out to the dealership from Waterford, WI a couple of days later. The truck was clean and ready to go. Sheree handled all the paperwork and financing with me. She was efficient and the numbers were exactly as Danny and I had agreed to over the phone. I was in and out of the dealership with my new truck within an hour. I really appreciate the excellent and friendly service. Five stars all the way!

11/28/23 The absolute worst dealership/service dept. I’ve ever experienced. The service manager hung up on me. The owner called me was willing to help but was in complete denial about his manager. Justifying her unprofessional and rude behavior because she’s a single mom and veteran. So I called Chevrolet directly and got the assistance and proper service I need. I wasn’t rude nor disrespectful but expected to get the service I bought when I purchased my new truck. Apparently they don’t care about customer service.

I bought a vehicle many years ago from Schukei and have had nothing but problems. Even trying to get in for the free oil changes is a headache. Just today I called three times to schedule an appointment and every time was told I would be called back. I never got a return call and will be taking my business elsewhere even though I will have to pay for the oil changes. When we have taken our car there in the past the service has been mediocre at best and the staff is not the nicest.

Took my truck last week for service on some issues i been having with the transmission. Now I got it a week and a half later, they only did reprogramming change oil because they had to open transmission witch they said it took two hours to take the oil pan out, I feel that is ridiculous since it took me half hour, when I did my own transmission oil change and supposedly they are the experts. Problem still there and told me I need to replace my transmission because they didn't know what was the problem, total to change transmission is over 5k. Ok ok I get it, that's probably the rate to change it on a dealership, but I'm just not satisfied with the service because what they did on mine was just check for issues, reprogram and change the oil, and they charge me a little bit more than $800. Are you serious? Just for that?, Well I guess that's what I get for trying to put some faith on the dealership, sadly to say I'm not going back. They just lost one more costumer. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE DEALER, DO SOME RESEARCH AND LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS because money doesn't grow on trees.

I do not recommend Schukei Chevrolet to anybody. My truck was in the shop for 13 days, and they managed to scratch my truck. They denied fault and basically told me oh well didn’t happen. Steve Schukei was a real jerk to talk to. You’re supposed to be able to trust your dealership.

The worst managed dealership I’ve ever had to deal with if I could rate them negative stars I would I would not trust anyone in the shop to even touch your vehicle And purchasing one from them is even worse they will promise you the world so you buy there vehicle but when it comes down to them having to stand behind what they promised you hell will freeze over before there ganna give you anything. What a joke Steve you are the worlds best con artist congrats

Tried to buy a tahoe from here was told I had loan signed papers traded my old car and then told loan didn't go thru then got loan on my own brought in tahoe twice told was fixed and still had problems finally just took back my old car which took them while to get back and acted like part my fault just very poor service

I didn't read all the reviews but I found at least one person who left 2 5 star reviews...Is this how they get this good of a rating? I think so..Do not do business with this dealership. Like most other buyers said they are friendly while buying the vehicle and then rude after the sale when wanting service...Salesman rode along with us before the sale, they rushed us through a sale not allowing us to have vehicle checked out by our own mechanic told us how great this van was and wouldn't provide any kind of warranty. The transmission had to be replaced after only 800 miles, when we inquired about getting help to repair it Steve said "what do you expect for a 15 year old van". He was really rude and hung up the phone on me. It costed us an additional $2500 to repair it. We paid way over book because it was stated that because of the low mileage we would pay above book price. Our own mechanic told us that they should have seen that the transmission was leaking when they sold it to us...Very upset with this whole organization. Will not recommend this place to any of my friends...

Not good at all. Issues with them standing up to guarantees they tell you when they sell you a vehicle or extended warranty. More to come....So, update a bit, Steve Schukei skipped out on small claims court, which we won our case against him. But, he decides to higher a lawyer for dollars to make a point over pennies. Terrible business sense a reflection of their service. Take your money elsewhere.

Schukei staff changed my oil and checked my low tire for free. They informed me of upcoming part needs, and helped me unfreeze my windshield wipers post service as the winter storm raging outside was unkind. Thank you!

Never go to this place. They talk so highly of their free tire, battery, and oil for life but then do everything they can to get out of it. The service department incorrectly measures tires in comparison to multiple other places. They sent me out with tires that were bare boned and worn completely away. They misdiagnosed multiple things that were wrong with my truck. When talking with the owner. He was nothing but rude and wouldn't right the situation in even the slightest of ways. He wouldn't help me at all. I highly recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.
