I had a situation where another company was going to take care of my roof in the beginning. But after all the assessments and dealing with my insurance agent. That company walked away. I am glad that I had initially called Brian Gardner to come and assess my roof. I explained my situation and he understood my concerns and coordinated my roof project. He fought for me with the insurance agent and got everything that I needed. As a single parent, his actions helped me tremendously. I appreciate everything Brian did and will recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy person who likes doing the right thing and works hard for people like me. Thanks Brian.

Paul Blake's knowledge and expertise made an overwhelming situation go smoothly. The work crew kept a neat work area. When I came outside with my dogs even though they were on a leash they closed the gate as much as they could as they had the air hoses for the nail guns running through the gate. I happened to chance on this person while he was in my neighborhood to do my roofing. What started as something Simple became very painful. Communication was poor and I had to keep calling. I supposedly was sent emails which I never received prior to the installation & after complaining about it before i got an email while the work had started from the company that morning.I was treated as an after thought by the salesperson. The Shingles were nice and were delivered promptly but after that, inspection took over 2 weeks, I had to call to see what was going on. It seems the salesperson won the job and was onto the next. He had a project Manager,Blake who was very diligent & committed except I realized he didn't call he shots and didn't make any decisions.
They didn't protect the garage door and so the shingles scraped the door and I now have to take care of that. The cleanup left a lot of nails over 15 that I found on the shared driveway ;my neighbor also picked up a few. After I sent the final check, I waited almost 2 weeks & it took another email from me literally asking for my certificates of completion before they were sent to me. Make the judgement for yourself but this was my experience.

We worked with Paul to have our roof replaced. He made the process simple and easy. I hope hail doesn’t destroy our roof again anytime soon, but if it does, we would work with them again.

They say the Lord works in mysteries ways and Priority Roofing is proof of that saying. I have had several estimates and actually was under another contract and did not have the money to move forward as my insurance company was asking me to come up with thousands of dollars that did not include my deductible, so I gave up replacing my roof. After 18 months, I had a knock on my door and he introduced himself and said my name is Pual Blake from Priority Roofing and we discussed my financial situation and stated, I can help with your financial situation and would be my liaison and contact my insurance company and was able to greatly reduce the money my insurance was requiring me to pay, and I was able to get my roof repaired. I wish I could give them 6 stars and highly recommend them as they did an excellent job.

Trevor Eyre with Priority Roofing is the Project Manager for my entire job to include Roofing, painting entire house, leaf guards, mending broken boards and scheduling to have my solar panels detached and reattached. We cannot be happier with his efforts and honesty. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. The sub contractors that he chose for our project were very hard working and pleasant people. I called other roofers about a small job and no one else called me back, but these guys did. They gave me a fair price, and fixed my roof in a timely manner. At one point they discovered that it would cost more to repair my roof than they quoted me, but they still honored the original quote. I would do business with them again.

Great job on the roof. It took over 4 months working with insurance companies and adjustors to get coverage for our claim, and they worked very hard to get that done. Our project manager, JD, was great to deal with and very helpful. Even though our insurer did not pay 100% of our claim, Priority Roofing still replaced the entire roof and all gutters . . .everything we needed.
