Josh Lopez helped us with a new roof for my deceased father’s house. First, he helped us file a claim with the insurance company, which my father had neglected to do. That is a complicated process and I am sure that we wouldn’t have had the same results without his expertise. Second, it was a big job as we also wanted new decking over the entire roof. The crew did a great job, and even sent us pictures as the work was being completed, so we could see the various steps and components involved in the process. We also replaced damaged downspouts and added an extra downspout.
I haven’t seen it in person yet, but in the photos (and according to my niece) it looks beautiful! And they cleaned it all up quickly - it doesn’t even look like anyone was there working. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Josh and his team.

Now that my roof was taken care of by actual professionals (thanks Riteway) I want to lay out my complete and utter disappointment here. Match 24’ Darian claimed he could help us navigate insurance and help us to take care of replacing our roof that was leaking. He did that part sure, and insurance only wanted to shell out 900. After we sent that over (I get it, it wasn’t nearly enough to cover a replacement) we were completely GHOSTED by Darian. It was very unprofessional, I was also 4 months pregnant at the theme too. A two star could have been earned here if there was professionalism and communication, but there wasn’t any. To add insult to injury, another roofing company had to come by and fix the mess and pick up where we were ditched. But thank God for them. Before this company tries to claim we’re mixing them up with first priority, I will leave a picture of what we were handed. I also kept receipts of us being ghosted as well in case this review is targeted as discreditable

After the recent hailstorm that destroyed the Quail Springs area, our roof and vinyl fence were among those. Noah Milliken showed up at our door and told me what he could do for us. So I thought I would take a chance on him. And I am so glad I did!
Noah really took care of things for us. We had to replace the shingles on our house, the large shed and a small garden shed. Also replaced all the guttering and almost 200 feet of vinyl fence. Throughout the whole process Noah kept us informed of what was going on and when certain things would be done.

They may have done a good job on the roof but have gone behind my back to my insurance company and submitted addional information after I paid my deductible and had the claim closed by my insurer. They are trying to get paid for repairs done to my garage door and for new drywall in my garage. Work which has not been done and which has nothing to do with my roof. They are trying to scam more money from my insurance company. I wonder how many other claims they are submitting behind people's backs. Scammers.
