I highly recommend McRoof. They were very patient and friendly when going through the process of reviewing my options. They had samples of tiles to compare with the colors in my brick for best look overall. I especially liked that they worked well with my insurance company that has worked with McRoof on many jobs. I never had to contact my advisor during the process. McRoof handled everything. I was only out of pocket for my deductible and upgrades I wanted outside of the necessity. My neighbor had just had McRoof do his roof and so I felt safe to use them over a solicitor at my door. I'm so glad I used McRoof. They are a family owned business and very friendly.

It’s one thing for a company to do a great job, but when it comes to keeping their word that when they fix it it’s FIXED! So, we have a modern ‘74 flat roofed house that is ‘difficult’ to build, repair, and keep leak proof. Over 28 years, we replaced 3 complete roofs, all out of pocket, no insurance. But the last time it leaked I heard about Scott McCollum on a radio advt. Scott got the 11 mo old insurance claim approved & replaced the aging roof with a beautiful metal roof, but TWO YEARS later, a bad storm opened up a leak! I called Scott, and he brought a crew to Dallas and worked relentlessly to solve the problem which required 2 more visits, and an engineering workaround on the part of our roof where 5 elevations converge. And…. McRoof covered the entire cost!!!!! There is no one with more integrity than Scott McCollum & his company. You will be extraordinarily pleased with their service!

My wife and I could not have been happier with the service we received. We had just purchased the house and a new roof was one of the requirements of the closing. Because insurance from the prior owners was used, we didn't have any part in the selection process. However, the owners of the business constantly communicated with us in person, phone calls and emails. We were always updated on the progress including when the project would begin due to supply chain issues. It was a big job and they were there for several days. It was in early July so everyday was over 100 degrees. The crew was courteous and took efforts to not damage flower beds or any other parts of the house's exterior. In the end they even repaired a cupola for no charge. If we ever have hail or storm damage and when we need replacement, we will go with McRoof again.

After a very destructive hail storm, i contacted McRoof for assistance. They were very responsive and helped me through the insurance inspection and claim handling. I had the roof replaced, as well as several SolarTubes and the garage doors. I am replacing a solar tube not replaced by the insurance. I could not have more pleased with their services. I also used them on a roof replacement of a rental house.

They were prompt with their response to my roof leak. It was fixed in a timely manner. Dustin followed up with an inspection of the work soon after the job was completed. I have used McRoof multiple time for roof repairs. They will be the ones i go to when my roof needs replaced

Our house took a beating from the 4/29/2021 hail storm in Norman. I called RoofRX and Carley took our case. She has been invaluable throughout the entire process. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company or any of the various venders needed to replace the roof, garage doors, wood trim, painting, gutters, chimney caps, etc.

I met Scotty McCollum in 2019 while waiting for tire service at a local store; and so we struck up a conversation asked him for his business card and thought of him as an impressive young man with a professional work ethic…Little did I realize I would need roofing work done until the unprecedented “ice storm” hit the Oklahoma Edmond area in 2020.

I remembered Scotty and gave him a call a year after our chance meeting; I thought to myself “this guy would never remember me and he would be swamped with work from here to Texas”. Boy was I ever wrong, not only did he remember me but he made an appointment to come by latter that day.

Our neighborhood received baseball size hail. My mom hired McRoof to handle all her repairs. We were very happy with their service. They let us know when to expect workers and what they would do. She had her roof, gutters, siding, garage doors, shutters, screened in porch and some painting done. I had them repair, repoint, seal the brick and put a new cap on my fireplace.

Its family run and the mom runs the office. The dad runs the business and does a mister fix it show on AM radio. The son Scotty was our sales and point person. The daughter oversaw my fireplace repair when he was gone.

I first heard of McRoof.us on 1520 KOKC radio where Scott McCollum was doing a show on Saturday morning. He spoke about the materials they use in re-roofing a house and the options they offer. His son, Scotty, came to my house to check out the roof and I was told it was "toast", which I knew from multiple leaks I have had over the years. The next step was when Scotty and my insurance company came out and did a joint inspection and my insurance company concurred. McRoof.us worked with me and I had a very reasonable deductible to cover a complete re-roofing. They delivered materials one day and they began working the next day. I could not believe the job was finished in one day. There were around 14 workers here all day long. They did an amazing job and the job site was cleaned of 100% of the debris. McRoof spent time to get to know me and my needs. They were professional and timely. Not a single nail was left behind after the clean-up. Our job was challenging to say the least. The previous roof installed by another company was failing. McRoof thought it was due to defective shingles. They patched it several times to stop the leaks, while at the same time they worked with the manufacturer to see if they would cover it under the warranty. Much to my surprise, after many months of McRoof advocating for us with the shingle company, they agreed to completely replace the roof, labor and materials. I seriously doubt most roofers would have been so tenacious. The new roof is now on and looks great. McRoof does quality work and really knows the roofing business. But what sets them apart from other roofers is the people. They treated us just like family, to the point when a record snow storm hit a couple of weeks ago they called to see if we needed any food or supplies brought to us. I just bought a house and there was a little bit of hail damage to a couple of shingles. I was hesitant to call a roofer for fear that they'd try to sell me a whole new roof (mine is only 5 years old). Then one day I saw McRoof completely re-roof a neighbor's place in a day or two tops. It was amazingly fast. So I decided to try them out and it was so much easier than I imagined. They were totally transparent throughout the whole process and they provided me with pictures taken during the evaluation. The main guy I talked to was Scotty and he was very helpful. Overall, this is definitely the way to go if you've got roof work!

By far, McRoof exceeds the Oklahoma standards for excellence! No job is too small or too large. We had damage to our chimney flashing that would have caused a flooding in our living room if not repaired, after the 70 mph winds a day prior. From the initial meeting to the end of the project, great experience. Quotes were presented in person with several options offered for the type of roof desired. They had a manager on site for the entire project to insure the project followed the scope or work as agreed. McRoof did a great job for us. Scott McCollum (Mr. McRoof himself) was the most knowledgeable roofing contractor I talked to in the process of reroofing our church, and actually the most knowledgeable roof contractor I have ever met - and I worked in building trades for 25 years. Scott presented us with several options for the roof, including both the same quality we had had, and some upgrades which would help the roof to last much longer in the future. We chose the more expensive roof to get better life from the shingle.

Scott also worked diligently with our insurance company to ensure that all the job was done quickly, correctly, and according to building code. Because we had a decking problem, he worked with the insurance company to ensure we received appropriate coverage for that as well.

His crews were diligent workers, fast, and thorough. They knew what to do to protect the areas where we formerly had repeated leakages - even with new roofs in the past. There have been no leaks at all since this roof was completed. When the job was completed, no trash was left behind. We did find one roofing nail from the scrap shingles on the driveway, but finding only one is just a little short of a miracle.

This company is not cheap, but the price was insurance market compliant. McRoof is a roof BUILDING company, not merely a reroofing company. The crew was respectful of property and respectful of owners. It is not merely a few roofers with nail guns and beer bellies. I'd hire McRoof for any commercial or residential roofing needs.

I had 2 rental house roofs replaced by McRoof. They arrived on time for both jobs, were very professional and did an excellent job. Scott was great working with the insurance company and kept me updated on all of the changes to the claim. In the end we had high impact shingles installed for about the same price as the other contractors were asking for standard shingles. They are scheduled to change the roof on are personal home the end of June. I'll post another review when that job is completed.

McRoof replaced my entire roof a few years ago after some tornado and hail damage. Then I had some minor wind damage last week and Scott sent is son out to take care of it on a weekend. No better roofing company out there...I won't call anyone else.

This company was a God send after having a horrible experience with another roofing company that messed up our roof. Ken was very easy and nice to converse with and was not pushy which we appreciated considering my grandparents are elderly. We were very pleased that he was able to give us an affordable option. 2024 UPDATE: We had hail damage to our roof from a storm in April of 2023. A claim was turned into our insurance company and Dustin with McRoof was here when the adjuster inspected the roof. A new roof and decking was put on our home by McRoof last week. The crew was awesome and had the job done in two days. They put tarps down and kept the mess under control up to the minute they left. Great job by a great team!

Our roof was not damaged by a storm but was leaking none the less. Scott McCollum came to our rescue. He explained in detail what repair needed to be done. His GREAT CREW came to our home and within a couple of hours had the job done. They actually found shingles that matched our eight year old roof perfectly! The crew was fast, courteous, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Because this didn’t involve an insurance claim we were a little concerned about the price. Great Team! McRoof just completed replacing my roof. Ty and Armando made the whole ordeal easy to manage. Ty stepped me through the process. I almost signed with another well known company for the job but their representative dropped the ball. Ty not only picked up the ball, he out scored that company in several areas.
