I couldn’t be more grateful that I found Priority Home to renovate a bathroom. It was very important to us that this bathroom had a spa feel. I have worked professionally with many contractors and have had several home renovations completed over the years and I am most impressed with Priority Home. Matt was very responsive and communicative the entire time. The crew was fabulous. They showed up each day on time and prepared. The workspace was always organized and neat. They made sure we were happy with placement, setup, and appearance of everything along the way. They are very knowledgeable and were able to move plumbing and electrical as needed and it was never a major ordeal for them to do so. I could go on and on at what a great job they did and words still won’t express how pleased I am. The completed bathroom has exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier!

Had to add a more recent review since so many of their reviews were older…Matt and his team are so wonderful and I couldn’t have gotten luckier with choosing a contractor! I had an addition demo/rebuild, door install (replaced window), new kitchen, and new basement flooring. There were quite a few hiccups along the way as is normal with owning an older home, but they were absolutely amazing and helping come up with solutions that fit within my budget. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did, and will always use them for my future projects!

We had our basement remodeled and were very happy with the way it turned out. Matt and his team were always on time and willing to work with us to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use them again!

The words here will not completely express how good it was to work with Priority Home Repairs and Renovations, but I will try.

I was looking for a company to help me convert 2 rooms into 1 bedroom with a good-sized closet. I contacted 5 companies along with PHRR. PHRR has a chat option on their web page I figured was just for a robotic reply well not on this early Saturday in December ’22 it was in fact the owner. Within 30 minutes he had a copy of my floorplan, and I had a rough estimate and an appointment for him to take measurements for a true quote. Extra bonus was the feeling that I was an actual Priority for the business. On the day of the appointment, he was early can you believe it, showing me in the first 2 steps here I was a Priority. I was given a window of 5 weeks for the project to start and up to 3 weeks for it to be finished and able to move back in. A week and a half later I got a notice that he was starting in 4 days.

Brings me to where I am today typing this review on workday 8 with construction completed and they just helped me move a couple things back into the room. At the end of each workday, you could have, pretty much, eaten off the floors…the area was always spotless. Every second they were working they were laser focused on tasks no downtime no messing about. The only slowdowns were due to my indecisiveness and Matt and Jeff were both able to give me options along with the pros and cons of each. I was more than happy that I chose them for this project and believe you will be just as happy with your project you have them do for you.

Now it’s been 2 weeks since completion and still I’m impressed that I am yet to find anything not perfect in this new room. Over the years I’ve used maybe 50 contractors between my homes and company spaces I’ve never had such a good time with contractors. Were they the cheapest…No…they were just slightly higher than the middle, but I knew I was going to be a Priority and that the work would be done well.

Priority Home Repair and Renovations is on my short list if anyone ever asks for a company for work being done. I’ve already passed them on to a couple of friends.

They did an amazing job! New kitchen floor, which included moving the appliances. Even hooked up the water line to the new fridge. Did several odd jobs afterwards, including trim & molding & installed a new exterior door. All the work turned out better than I could have imagined. An honest, hard working general contractor that takes pride in his work... And that's hard to come by.

This company was great to work with. They were professional and always on time. Matt explained everything in detail and answered any questions or concerns that I had. They always cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company for any home repairs or renovations. I will definitely use them in the future.

Matt and his team did an excellent job on our flooring and trim. Professional and courteous at all times. Communications, estimate and billing processes were top notch.

Matt and team were quick to help at my home. Brought some maintenance issues to my attention that otherwise would have been a larger problem if not fixed. Also quick and easy to work with!

Priority Homes updated our power room to a full shower (other contractors couldn’t do this) and remodeled our family room with another bedroom, beautiful update on the stairs and flooring upstairs. We are so pleased with their craftsmanship! QUALITY work, reliable, attention to all details. They do it all-electrical, plumbing, roofing - no subcontractors. The best contractor we have ever had. Even did landscaping to fix a grading problem. A+ work. If you want the best at reasonable prices, call them. We will definitely use them again next year.
