I was having issues with water running under my gutter instead of into it. Gage M. was at a neighbor’s house and I asked him if he could give me an estimate on a gutter repair. After visiting with my neighbor, Gage came over and diagnosed my issue. He offered to do an immediate repair by sealing holes in the fascia. He did this “pro bono” and will send me a quote for some exterior painting work I need to have done.

Gage has restored my faith in home improvement companies! He was also polite and professional. I highly recommend TRQQ to anyone needing remodeling or restoration work.

We recently had TQRR replace our roof and gutters. We worked directly with Gage and Dino and who were extremely professional. TQRR comes to our rescue once again!! Our first interaction with TQRR was when we built a house in a development ten years ago... and unfortunately , like most of the roofs in the new development .. ours had to be replaced. Gage and his Team came out several times, spoke to my husband and I... and replaced our roof (along with 95% of our neighbor's roofs). Gage and his Crew were respectful of our property, professional and extremely thorough. We have had some other small damage due to high winds, storms.. and each time Gage has responded almost immediately and has repaired the issue. We absolutely recommend Gage and the entire TQRR Crew for any roofing needs you may have!!!

Top Quality was an all around great experience for my family and I.

At the very beginning of us attempting to replace our roof we were having all sorts of pushback from our insurance company and without Top Quality working hand in hand with our carrier we would never have been able to navigate the pitfalls of all of that confusing insurance speak. They made it all so seamless.

When it was time for material delivery for our installation, the materials showed up exactly when we expected them and the delivery went like a well oiled machine. They wasted no time staging our materials and then being on their way, as a logistics person I feel like they nailed it.

Next was installation day and at 7am sharp they were onsite and removing my old roof. The professionalism of their crew was noticeable, these weren’t just some rag tag group that was just thrown together for a job. They worked a well choreographed process that was both efficient and exciting to see. At the conclusion of the job Top quality did such an amazing job of cleaning up the work site, we have dogs and they sent individuals around the entire house with magnets to make sure they didn’t do much as leave a nail behind.

The last thing that really blew me away happened a couple of weeks after my installation. I got a fed ex package with the most comprehensive warranty I never expected to receive. Many of my friends had roof replacements and out of us all I was the only one to receive this from my roofing company and that’s because they order your materials for your job and they don’t short change people by sharing materials between jobs and we benefit from an exceptional warranty because of it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I really would.

Dino has done multiple jobs at our house and it’s been amazing to find a contractor who actually comes on time and does what they say they are going to do. He has replaced the roof, replaced all the wood around our garage doors and windows, and fixed a leak in our tub that nobody else could figure out!! I recently texted him about a plumber and he sent his guy over within a few hours and he installed a sink for us very quickly. Dino and his company are all great and I would trust them with any projects in our home! Highly recommend!!

Dino and Gage at TQRR are very professional. They are honest, friendly and a source of knowledge. We have used TQRR to replace the home roof, rental property roof, new front door, replacement windows and install new roof on our addition. The new windows have lowered our energy costs, rooms feel comfortable, and less outside noise inside. We called TQRR after a hailstorm in April. Gage Mihalik came out to do an inspection and showed me the multiple damaged areas on the roof. Gage explained the whole process of how I would report this damage to my insurance company and with my approval, Gage coordinated directly with them. Once the claim was initiated, Gage maintained excellent communication and met with the claims adjuster at our property. There were some issues that the insurance adjuster didn't include in the first estimate report, but the TQRR reps worked quickly to point them out and the insurance adjuster agreed. The 30sq roof was removed & replaced all in one day. We are very happy with the new CertainTeed shingles and warranty. The crew that did the work were very professional & top-notch tradesmen. I worked with Gage Mihalik and Dino Broccoli of TQRR and they both were friendly, polite and very professional in all our dealings. We are very glad that we hired TQRR to take care of this major repair to our home. We highly recommend Gage and the TQRR team!

This past June I had extensive water damage to the two lower floors of my split level home from my basement sump pump overflowing. I reported the damage to my homeowners insurance and they had a remediation team come out within a couple of days.
I now needed a renovation and remodel. My insurance company advised me to google a contractor in my area to come out and assess the damage. I did that and was blessed beyond measure to find Top Quality Remodeling & Restoration. They are exactly that -"Top Quality"!!!
From the time Dino (the owner) and Gage (the executive Vice President) arrived at my home I knew I was in good hands. They knew exactly what had caused all the damage to my two floors, knew how and what would be entailed to fix it, and assured me that my home would be restored to its original condition with no signs of any water damage having ever occurred. And they were right!!!
The contractors assigned to my home were amazing! They were highly skilled carpenters and painters, kind, courteous and respectful, arrived on schedule every day and worked diligently to get the job done . Dino and/or Gage frequently stopped in to check on things and make sure the contractors had everything they needed to do their job well and to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the progress. This company is unbelievable!!!
The job is now complete and I couldn't be more pleased! My two water damaged floors are now absolutely beautiful with no sign of there ever having been anything wrong at all. Called TQRR for a second estimate and they were at my door in an hour. Very thorough and identified more than 70 damaged shingles on my 9 year old roof. Way more thorough than the first company I called. They walked me through the insurance process and came back out to meet the adjuster a few days later. The previous homeowner used TQRR to replace their roofing a few years ago. I called when water started coming into my attic thinking it may have been a roof work related problem. Gage came out that same day, assessed the situation, and determined it was my chimney instead. Gage was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and FAST to respond to my call. He even came out the next day to caulk and seal the chimney so more water wouldn’t come in. Above and beyond! I’ll definitely be using TQRR for some repair work in the future. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. After a storm I was missing shingles from my roof never thought in less then a few weeks I'd have a new roof paid by home insurance. I saw the Top Quality sign at my neighbors. I called and they came out the same day. Worked directly with my home insurance and inspector, submitted the claim and everything. Thanks to Gage for all he did working with insurance. The roof was put on in 1 day and I got some rebates for upgraded roof. Very good company and good experience.

My roof was leaking, so after doing a Google search and seeing good reviews I called TQRR. They came out right away. And I mean right away, like literally 1 hour after I called them they were at my house.

We used this company for a new roof after some damage. I was beyond impressed with the knowledge and care they gave us. Gage was very patient with my many questions and the team was very responsive. Also very impressive was the team that installed the roof. They moved my furniture out of the way and was very careful with our brand new RV on the side. They did not just throw things off the roof like other companies I have seen. They moved everything back and the place was in great condition. My neighbor had his roof done and they had nails everywhere. We found 1 in a strange spot. That is really impressive. They took care of all the insurance questions and even went back after the insurance did not want to cover the whole roof. I have a brand new beautiful roof and would highly recommend them!!!
