I would give 10 stars if possible. Two very polite, kind, competent and professional men came out to clean our windows, including sliders and skylights. They gave care to every aspect of our windows, gently moving furniture when necessary and replacing everything perfectly before they left. By the time they finished, our house sparkled! I had forgotten what a tremendous difference clean windows make to the entire look and feel of a house. Thanks Window Genie! We’ll be calling on you frequently in the future!!

Window Genie came out today in 107 degree weather and wouldn't do a reschedule that I offered! Morgan, Mason and Elijah were amazing! My windows look better than they did when we bought the house!! Not only do I recommend this company, I will absolutely use them again in the future!!

Many other window cleaning businesses wouldn't return my calls...not Window Genie...within 24 hrs I received a return call and within 48 hours the job was scheduled. If you're looking for someone to do a job to perfection Window Genie is your go-to-company. The staff was amazingly professional and personable. A staff of three worked diligently cleaning the inside AND outside of a 24' x 16' dome skylight. After 4 hours of non-stop hard work the job was complete. Window Genie is highly recommended and I too would give a 10 star review if I could.

I had our indoor windows, outdoor windows, garage windows, basement egress and all of our screens cleaned by Window Genie in April this year and they were phenomenal! I had used outdoor Windex hose spray myself the past 2 years and there is absolutely no comparison in the quality of window cleanliness and sparkle. The 2 young men that appeared at our door were punctual, polite, extremely hard working and concerned if we were happy with their completed project. They did not use a hose on a pole but a hand-held squeegee and a microfiber cloth. Wow !! My windows have never looked so crystal clear!! I would definitely give Window Genie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a job well done!

I suppose there is a reason you get 5 stars. I'd give 6 if I could. The service was great and the team very courteous. If you consider YOUR time and energy (and potentially danger) of doing it yourself, the cost is well worth it. Spotless results. It's like mulch, pros simply do it better.

They have been great from start to finish! We only did the roof line and windows this year because we were late in the season, and it looks as good as I had imagined. Next year we will have them do our large tree and fence with the red and white to make a more cohesive palate. They are very helpful in talking out design ideas and the installers were friendly and professional. So just to be clear on my photo, their part is the red and white lights on the house. We had already put up the multi color lights so the mish mash of color is on us

Window Genie’s customer service was perfect from beginning to end! My windows needed to be cleaned bad and the owner and his assistant got them sparkling clean. If I had known their prices were so affordable, I would have gotten them done much sooner! I will definitely be using Window Genie again!

Very conscientious workers. Just would have preferred that there be another worker with extensive experience instead of virtually two trainees: one just starting the day we had this group come, & the other having only been on the job a month. Extra time needed to be taken to complete our windows because 3 were completely forgotten about & others in the front had areas that were missed or cleaned incorrectly. Didn't really like the fact that we were put in this position without notification prior to the workers coming so the entire job could have been handled more expeditiously & in a timely manner. There were two other clients following ours and I can only imagine how displeased they were to find out how late their arrival time was going to be! What what Joe, the supervisor in charge said, over two hours!!

The window cleaning was excellent! My windows are fairly new but never looked this good. The gutter cleaning was thorough and all the stains were removed. They look brand new. I plan to continue to use Window Genie for all my household needs.

I contacted Window Genie about tinting my sliding glass door. They gave me a reasonable quote, and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the results!

Accompany did where they were supposed to do. Did a fantastic job on my window cleaning. In fact, one of the windows were cracked while they were doing it and they’re taking care of the problem. I’d recommend these people to anyone.

Window Genie's employees arrived puntually, reviewed the job with us, listened to our concerns regarding the flowers and shrubbery, and completed the job thoroughly. The house looks new and the price was very reasonable. The flowers and shrubbery are fine.

Just had my second-story windows (outside, 9 total) and screens, along with inside/outside of 3 skylights done and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I wished after it was finished that I had taken before and after photos to show the amazing difference. Cleaned all around the frames as well.
I thought the price of $230 was very reasonable for the work they put into it and the sparkling results.

Great company. Got a call back super quick and had a quote scheduled promptly after that. Service was completed beautifully and the product does exactly as they said it would. The rooms where I got the film put on are a considerably lower temperature than they were prior to.

We had a team do quite a big job - they cleaned all of our windows (over 20), cleaned our screens (and had to replace a few), power washed our house, and tinted our bedroom windows. They did an amazing job and everyone was so friendly and responsive. Highly recommend! We will be using them again for sure.

I was hesitant about getting my windows cleaned professionally I had alway done them myself. Never again! I have used Window Genie for 2 years and they do a great job. The windows are so clean I can’t tell if there is glass in them. They also clean the tracking of the windows. I highly recommend!!

I wanted to have all my windows on my house cleaned, so I googled window cleaner near me and Window Genie of Bel Air came up. As a believer in reviews, I looked at all their 5 star reviews and I knew I wanted to work with them, so I called. The phone was answered by Ginger, who is very professional and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very patient. We set an appointment and I was glad this was finally getting done. She called the day before to confirm my appointment which I liked. On the following day, Joe called in the morning to advise that he was on the way. They arrived at precisely the appointment time. Again, I was impressed. Joe was accompanied by Jack. They told how long they would be there and they explained everything that they would be doing. Several hours later, the job was done and my windows look AMAZING!!!! Jack even took the time to clean off my little garage door windows. What a nice touch. They also gave me a brochure of what other services they offer! I am so glad I made the call to Window Genie of Bel Air and I will use them again, and I will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends. I just received the best pressure washing of my house by Window Genie. It looks brand new after 40 years. Jack and Adam were great and very personable. They took pride in their work. Ginger, the co-owner of the company assisted with my appointment and discussed everything that would take place. I had another company from Owings Mills do my house a few years ago and they could not compare with Window Genie (and at a higher price). Kudos to an excellently run company. I would highly recommend. They also do a variety of other jobs, including Christmas decorating, window cleaning, etc.

Had deck and patio power washed. Deck was seriously dirty! Green and dirt both. They power washed the deck then applied an eco friendly chemical (0 Evo consequence). Deck looked OK when they finished but chemicals continued to work for next couple of days. End result deck looks as good as day built! Going to have deck sealed shortly to preserve look. Great people to work with!!

I haven’t had my windows cleaned in over 20 years. The staff was professional and did an excellent job. Joe and Ginger were great. We got some lights for our backyard trees and shed and pergola for Christmas and I must say we had a wonderful experience. We were given the price and told exactly what was included and they delivered. On our shed we got some lights that when night came around the first night after they put them up we noticed it needed to be redone because they werent showing up as bright because of the placement and it's something you couldn't have known until after seeing it at night but we let them know and they came back the next day and fixed it, no issues and problems at all. They also store the lights and extension cords for next year but when we told them we actually wanted to keep the extension cords, joe made sure one of his team members came back to drop them back off to us. Extremely professional and friendly. I definitely recommend them and will be using them for when we need other jobs done, like pressure cleaning etc because of how well the lighting job went. I'm not the best at leaving reviews and when I give a good review it's usually because that business has gone above and beyond to get such. Thank you Joe again for everything!

Joe and Ginger are the best! This is our second year in a row using them.
Very professional and even brought to our attention that we had a couple of bulbs out and they came out right away and replaced them. Glad to find a company that we trust and that we will no longer have to mess with tangled strands of lights and wires everywhere and leave that to the professionals! Highly recommend!!!!!

Window Genie of Bel Air arrived again this year to wash the windows and the siding on our house. Excellent job! They have become an annual happening for our elderly built in 1900 home. But must add we had another issue, namely 2 hornets nests on each side of the roof peaks! A TALL order to handle. So the pest control company remedied the demise of further growing of the hornet nest communities. Not finished though, because the hornet production of glue in building the nests required serious cleaning. WINDOW GENIE came to the rescue! This job needed to be done by hand as a power wash would have possibly damaged the wood trim along the roof line. Result? A beautiful job! Thorough clean up and value for cost surprisingly low considering what the pest control company had previously charged. We are very pleased and highly recommend the WINDOW GENIE crew. They take excellent care of their customers.

They were very professional. Did a great job without disturbing anyone in the house. Cleaned all my windows inside and out and my screens. Powerwash Ed the house, porch and deck. I have already recommended them to my friends. I will continue to use them from now on! Very happy!
