Very nice experience dealing with this company, they were attentive, on time and respectful of the property. They were able to give us options to deal with the specific roof leak issues with a detailed explanation. Easy to work with and great customer service. We would definitely recommend.

We had Prime Roofing come by. We needed a roof certification. The employee said that he would have to go to his office to do some research. So far never heard back from him. We called them back and said let's put a new roof on that way we know it will pass for a certification. That still wasn't good enough. We are still waiting to hear back from them. Well no problem. We will find another roofing company to do business with. I guess our money isn't good enough for Prime Roofing! In response to your response, there NEVER was an email sent to me showing us a quote on a new roof!!!! And we understand that the roof CANNOT BE CERTIFIED IF THE ROOF NEEDS WORK OR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!!!! And that is what we called you back about!!!!! Let's put a new roof on our house. So how are we at fault for this review??????

This company was sent out by our property management and they did not treat us like we were unimportant because we weren't the homeowners or direct contact. They were quick and did a great job. The roof looks the best it ever has. They even came through the yard with a giant magnet to make sure they didn't leave behind any nails or other metal debris that my dogs and kids could get hurt on. Really went above and beyond anything I expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofer.

I highly recommend using Prime Roofing, LLC! I needed the roof repaired on my parents home after the intense rain we had during monsoon season. Alex speaks Spanish and that was very helpful to my parents.

Had a leak during last storm. They came, looked at roof. Didn't pressure me and made recommendations. I replaced the whole roof due to not wanting future leaks. They finished in 3 days. Only delay was due to rain.
They were professional, punctual and cleaned up before leaving.
Will recommend them to anyone who asks about roofing needs.

I had to arrange this from out of state after my parents had storm damage. Customer service was the best, they took the time to explain everything and walk through all the options with me. I was so happy to see they didn't take advantage of this emergency situation. My parents are happy with the results and felt like Alex's team did top-notch work!

My mom needed some Roofing work done on her house. Alex came out to inspect the roof. He was very patient and explained everything the way my mom could understand AND he explained it in spanish for her. Thank you Alex, you're great!
