I have worked with Primaris twice on my home remodel. We split it up into two phases, phase 1 being the kitchen, dining area, flooring and entryway. And phase 2 being all the bathrooms, remaining flooring, paint and baseboards.

They did a great job on both phases, excellent workmanship and any small issues that we found were addressed and fixed quickly and to our satisfaction. Grant and his team were easy to work with and offered great advice on things we were unsure of, given their vast experience. The team was very trustworthy and were in our house day in and day out, with zero issues or concerns.

Pricing for both phases seemed on the high side, but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for!” I believe the workmanship and quality of materials used definitely warrant the higher price point.
