We are so delighted and excited to have had Priddy Roofing and Exteriors do our gutters. When they came to the house initially they were so professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They looked at what we had (the gutters were failing) and recommended several options for us. They took great time in explaining what we needed and what they could do. We had them install 6” gutters with gutter guards. They cleaned up after they installed them and you’d never know they were there! They went above and beyond. We love the gutters and gutter guards and made the best decision in getting them to do the job.

Our home had extensive hail damage from a 2024 storm. Priddy roofing responded immediately. Our homeowners (unnamed) gave Colton Lambert, and me a very hard time. They claimed damage was "collateral". Both Colton and I worked together, appealed... and my wife and I were made whole. The crews were exceptional, the work excellent... and Priddy corperate office... Justin, very cooperative!! I would, and have recommend this group!!

Priddy roofing was easy to work with. They came out fast for estimate. Any problems they got on it fast.

I began to have a leak in my roof and became very concerned knowing that a new roof could be very costly. I had no idea what had cause my roof leaking.
I called and Colton Lambert came out to my house the next day. He inspected my roof and advised me that I had extensive storm damage. I was at a loss but Colton told me that this type of damage could be covered by my homeowners insurance.
Colton assisted me in making my claim and saw me through the claims process. Help helped me to select the correct color matching shingles and schedule my roof replacement.
The installation crew came out in force and my entire roof was on in one day !!
They did a great job and made sure all the debris was cleared away.

Priddy Roofing did a great job on our roof. Theodore LeBlanc was our project manager and he did a great job. He took time to educate us about our roof. He informed us our shingles were defective and discontinued. Then he got up on the roof and gave us a thorough inspection for free. He found roof damage on numerous shingles caused by the wind. Theodore then documented and photographed all the damage and submitted it to my insurance company who he worked with directly. He got the insurance company to pay for the new roof while only my deductible came out of pocket. He got us a 50 year Roofing system that looks great. Theodore was extremely professional. He made the whole process stress free. The installers did a great job on the roof and clean up was immaculate. I would definitely recommend Theodore LeBlanc and Priddy Roofing. This is a first class outfit.

I had an issue with the collars around the pipe vents on my roof. Mike Babski got the replacement parts on the way over and did the job very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the experience.

Had Priddy out for another exterior repair. After they have already installed our roof and gutters (which were fantastic experiences) , they came back to install a bathroom exhaust fan. They worked with us on pricing as well as timing.

Michelle left a flyer and note at our front door where it clearly states "No Soliciting". She claimed that she "drives by frequently" yet the company is in Frederick -- we are in Hagerstown. When I called the number to ask her to remove any contact info she had for our property, I was told she "wasn't soliciting". I fail to understand how leaving a flyer and contact info was not soliciting, as that is the very definition. I would never use a company for any work on our property that can't follow simple instructions clearly posted on our door.

Priddy roofing did a great job replacing my roof system, first I found them so easy to work with, excellent communication taking the time to explain the process and the job, always making me feel like my job was important to them, and completed the contract on time, I would use Priddy for not only roof replacement but would take advantage of any of their skilled areas.

We recently had our roof replaced by Priddy Roofing. They helped us navigate the process of working with our insurance company, kept us updated throughout the process up to and after install. The crew finished our large roof in one day and cleaned up well afterwards. They were very polite and moved away items in the yard that could potentially get damaged (also returned them).The communication with Mike was very good and prompted me for what we should expect. There has been no issues since the replacement also. I do not plan on leaving this house for many years, but if I need a roof, I'll definitely give him a call.

I was turned down by my insurance company three times, but Tyler Snyder with Priddy Roofing kept playing the insurance game. He drove out each time an adjuster was scheduled, showed up early and marked the roof so that the adjuster could do their job easily. I believe the drive for him was around 3 hours , coming from Southern Maryland to my home in Boonsboro maryland, near Hagerstown. It was not the adjuster that was denying the claim, as each adjuster agreed there was hail damage, but a company is hired by the insurance company to deal with the claims, and someone sitting at a desk three states away was denying the claim, having never been on the roof. Tyler, Justin, Nick, and everyone involved with the company was relentless in their pursuit to get my claim accepted. I have been denied claims in the past, with other homes, and did not know that the roofing company and their knowledge of the insurance industry could have made previous claims valid. I highly recommend them.

Priddy Roofing was hired to replace worn out vents under the eaves. They also installed a specialty antenna using existing mounts. The antenna installation was a bit tricky, but the crew improvised and got the job done. Hard working friendly crew. Would use them again
