I was a repeat customer of Dillon’s for several years and recommended them to others. I never had a problem, but something has changed. I called for a repeat job and was told they would again need measurements and they would send an estimate. I wasn’t given a date for this. I called 2 days later to see if I could schedule the actual work as I assumed they would soon be busy with spring projects. A very rude woman said she had just left my residence after taking measurements. There was no indication anyone had been there. I would have seen a person on the deck and the dog did not bark. She said rudely, I had called her twice in 2 days. I did not and have the documentation on my phone to prove it.
She said she would send the estimate in a little while. I asked if it would be ok if I called her later that day to schedule the work and she said yes. At 5pm I called to schedule the work and to tell her that I did not have the estimate. The woman had sent it to an outdated email which was not her fault and she resent it to the correct email address. She did, once again, confront me with the false accusation I had called her multiple times 2 days in a row. When I received the estimate it was clear the price for the requested work had increased quite a bit. Even so, I would have scheduled the work had I not been treated so rudely. I will not hire someone who treats customers with such disrespect. Very disappointing to lose a company that used to be good.

We are a local construction company and used Dillons on a project for one of our customers, We found their pricing was very fair , the communication with the office was top notch and they were very accommodating. And the work performed was fantastic. The house looked brand new when they were done. I would highly recommend and will continue to recommend to our customers.

Had a 4 o'clock appointment. Arrived early after a call to see if it was ok. The crew arrived and we did a walk around. Note, the siding has not been washed since it's installation 11 years ago. An amazing job by an amazing crew. Thank you.

We used Dillon’s to stain our deck and screened in porch and we were very happy with the results. It was definitely a large undertaking and the crew worked very efficiently to get everything done in a timely manner. Jessica did a great job at always keeping us in the loop and Keith, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great looking finished product. He has a great attention to detail and even picked up on some spots we hadn’t noticed when it was time for touch ups. We definitely plan to use them for future services and would highly recommend them to others especially if you prefer to support local businesses like we do.

The best thing about Southern MD is the great local businesses. I always do my research and Dillons reviews and recommendations were top notch and I needed my front porch and decks done. The service and professionalism were top notch. There were some hiccups along the way, but I was always updated and in the loop. I should have taken before photos so the difference between then and now could be fully appreciated. Not only does the outdoors smell fresher, the siding and soffit have been renewed and gleaming. The greyed 34 year old deck is now close to its original unweathered lumber color which will be much rejuvenated after staining. The guys were here about 2 1/2 hours and worked quickly and thoroughly. The price for the job was the best in the business. Very satisfied and will be a repeat customer. I needed a power wash on my house ASAP to get ready for an appraisal. Dillon's not only worked with me to get me on the schedule quickly, they did an absolutely fantastic job at a reasonable price! Jessica in the main office is both very professional and polite, and she sincerely cared about my situation. Crew leader Steve and his co-worker were both very polite and professional, worked hard and were extra careful about some delicates plants, etc. my wife was worried about. The team did a thorough, high-quality job, and then asked me to walk through to make sure I was happy at the end, which I was! Additionally, I greatly appreciated that they were also smart, careful and polite about COVID concerns and wore masks when I went out to speak with them. I give this company and the local team the highest recommendation possible!
