When we began shopping around for a company to replace our roof, the owner, Chris, came to my house and provided me with an entire packet of information along with details about the materials they would use and answered all my questions. This packet also contained example material samples of what would be used on my roof replacement.

When it came time to make a decision on which company I was going to choose, the choice was pretty clear - Price PRO roofing. From the information packet provided, the expert knowledge Chris displayed, to the reasonable pricing and great customer service, I felt very comfortable with my choice.

The roofing team was very polite, kind, and efficient. They took the time to do an extra sweep of the magnet for nails in the yard to protect my pups.

I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and going with Price provided me with an excellent quality roof, a great warranty, and a very pleasant customer experience.

We were referred to Price's PRO Roofing for our hail damaged roof replacement by a friend who had a great experience with them and I'm sure glad we called. Chris was the ultimate professional in explaining what the roof replacement process entailed and made the insurance process simple and efficient. He guided us through the materials choices and his improvement recomendations for the new roof. The install was scheduled within a week of us agreeing to terms and went extremely smoothe. We even had record rainfall right before our install date so Chris arranged for a Sunday installation because of the rain delay. The roof installers were here and gone in about 6 hours and did an excellent clean-up afterward. The roof looks fantastic. I would recommend Price's PRO Roofing to anyone.

Jerry, Beth, and their team were great. The roof replacement quote was competitive, the communication with us and our insurance company was excellent, and the work was done quickly—just two days from start to finish. The crew also cleaned up the property really well after the work was done…that doesn’t happen all the time with contractors.

New gutters and downspouts were installed. Fair price, good quality materials, excellent installation, too. Old materials removed and disposed of properly.

The bid process was excellent- visual samples and extensive explanations on what they were going to do for my roof! Pricing was right in line with other bids and , in fact, got a little more for my money. Installation was flawless and clean up was excellent! Would recommend this company for any residential roofing job!!

After the spring storms showed their wrath, our house was in serious need of resuscitation. We were afraid there was no way we were getting our home back. Roof, shot. Siding, useless. Gutters, pummeled. We had any number of brochures and snake oil salesmen trying to get us to sign. Out of town crews promising the moon. Then I got a call from Bryan Ashcraft from Price's Pro Roofing & Exteriors and I was relieved. They are local. He took the time to meet me near my workplace, which is pretty far from my house. He met with my insurance agent and they looked at the house together and came up with a plan. He navigated me through the entire process and answered my endless list of questions. The communication was always present which kept me at ease. Then the crews showed up. Roof first, then siding, then gutters. I was amazed at the quality and efficiency in which everything was finished. The crews were very friendly and treated our home as if it were theirs. Not only was the work superior (especially compared to other crews in the neighborhood), they left everything better than they found it. They even installed our new mailbox for us (yes, that got destroyed too). Our home feels brand new, and it is again a place of comfort and peace. I hope to never be in need of this form of assistance again, but I wouldn't think twice about calling Bryan and Price's PRO again. We had our roof replaced, board and batten put on the front, and new gutters put on. The whole process was very easy. We even had insurance involved due to hail damage. Price’s PRO Roofing was easy to get a hold of and gave honest feedback on how different things would look. We even made a last minute add on to the board and batten and it was no problem. After doing some research we decided on the brand of shingles we wanted to use on our roof.
After going to the manufacturer website to get a list of authorized installers we contacted a few of the installers.
Price's PRO Roofing & Exteriors was the last installer that we contacted, and they came out the next day.
We were impressed with their professionalism and the information they provided us with.
They gave us an estimate/contract right away. We ask for couple of items changed and/or spelled out on the contract and they did so without any issues.
They installed our new roof on our two story house right away.
Our roof is a hip roof with a dormer on each side.
It has been all most a year and we haven't had any issues with our new roof.

Chris was very responsive to every phone call and text. His team installed a new roof and gutters within a couple of weeks after Chris met with our insurance adjuster. First for a complete roof replacement on a home we purchased, to gutter and gutter guard replacements, and again in April 2024 for a different house’s roof replacement due to significant hail damage. I reached out to a few roofing companies for estimates. I was most impressed by Price's in terms of the professionalism, communication, knowledge, and quality of product. The process was fully explained. The owner of the company, Chris Price, was actually the sales person and was on-site during the installation. Any bad wood was replaced, exhaust vents and pipes were painted to match, and debris was cleaned up. Most importantly, the new roof is fantastic!

My roof was damaged by hail. I interviewed several roofing companies. Price's Pro Roofing was one and was suggested by my insurance agency. They indicated that other customers had good experience with Price Pro. I selected Price and am very pleased with the entire process. We have a big roof, and there was also gutter damage. Price was responsive, professional and very helpful in working with the insurance adjuster to get the proper payments from the insurance company. The workers were careful on a steep and high roof, roping for safety. They did a fine job and the roof looks great. The workers did the clean up every day and were careful to recover the nails with magnetic rakes. I am delighted with the job and the interactions with Price.

Chris Price was the most professional roof and exterior guy we interviewed for complete replacement of roof, gutters and shutters, and we got several bids. His invoice was very detailed so we knew exactly what we were getting and how much each item would cost. He was the only one who gave us a nice folder with all the information we could ever want on the products plus samples of the GAF material . I found this very helpful and worth whatever he has to pay for the materials. He answered all our questions with detailed answers that sold the products and his service. The roofing, gutter and shutter crews all arrived as promised and were polite, professional, and more than competent. They did an excellent job not tearing up my landscaping and cleaned up so good on completion I could not tell they were ever there. It has been 4 months since the work was finished and we have had zero problems. His bid was alittle above the average but worth it for the quality of the work and delivering what was promised in a timely fashion. I rarely highly recommend a company; however Price's PRO Roofing & Exteriors

We had hail damage to our roof. PRO Roofing worked with our insurance adjuster and provided a detailed proposal on full replacement. We have an awesome new roof a little less than six weeks after the storm. The crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They were very careful with our outdoor furniture and shrubs, and they did an outstanding cleanup job.

Hands down, from the excellent first impression, work logo shirt and matching vehicle, good rapport, and taking the time to explain every little thing, Chris Price was the most professional of the four candidates. When I had a question, he answered it in a reasonable time. His attention to respond way quicker than the others showed me he was the one who really wanted my business. His invoice was very detailed so I could know exactly what I was getting and how much each thing would cost. He put me on the calendar asap since shingles were flying off of my roof in the last storm. For all of those reasons, I chose Price's even though his estimate was underbid by the other three companies. His presentation had included samples of the GAF material he would be using, and based on my research, I knew that was the brand that was in the top three. 6 years ago, I had an aging roof that needed replacement. After obtaining several bids, Chris Price, then with a different company, impressed me the most and would get my business. Knowledgeable and not pushy, he responded to all my questions and concerns. He kept his quote (the best) despite me having to delay the project over a year to deal with another house issue that had arisen. When it came time, he worked around my schedule to get my roof completed. He was always on-site each day of the project. The "before" service was excellent. However, the "after" service was even better. Recently, some inclement weather took out a few of my shingles. I called Chris Price, now with his own business (Price's Pro Roofing), for advice on how I should proceed. Instead of just giving me advice and sending me back to the prior roofing contractor, he sent his own crew out on the weekend to repair it. I was a fan of his over 6 years ago, and I'm an even bigger fan today. He's as professional and loyal as they get and I'll continue to send my friends and acquaintances his way for any roofing needs.

We had problems with the roof with water coming in at one spot. We had the roof inspected by 2 companies for bids. The first company spent minimal time on the roof and the guy told me it had to be replaced for around $9000. There was hardly any explanation other than it was “a bad roof.”
I next had Chris from Prices PRO Roofing come out. He and another spent a lot longer on the roof taking notes and pictures. They then invited me up the ladder so they could show me the trouble spots. They were incredibly detailed and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They answered all my questions. They assured me the roof did not need replacing but just needed to have some areas looked at. Prices PRO Roofing are professional, knowledgeable, and offer great prices. With so many cowboy companies out there, it is refreshing to find an honest company that does right by its clients.
